Uhaul staff members were very knowledgeable and helpful in the overall pick up and return process. I found them to be very accommodating as i needed to upgrade the truck in size. I was very pleased.

The mobile pick up needs to be worked on. Having to authorize a 2am and your system is not working properly becomes a little tedious. In reality if I have verified before a pic of me at location with license should be enough. 2021 guys so many better ways to do it.

I rented two vehicles, one box truck and a cargo vehicle to transport food for a charity event for our community. No discount was offered. The vehicles were not sprayed or wiped down. The key couldn't start the van until I found the right spot when Turing the key and the wheel. I called for help and was told the key is damaged but I would eventually get it to start! I slipped and fell in the front of the store because it was not shoveled. Customer service is not very customer friendly but did what they had to. I hope that they vehicles can be inspected. Cleaned and proper instruction can be given in the future.

Give me a location closer to what I chose. I had to go all the way up to the bronx to pickup, instead of Manhattan and then drive back into the city in the worst traffic imaginable! It took over two hours to get there and get back and really made my move more stressful than it already had to be. Also there were no furniture pads that I ordered and was counting on having. I had to unpack and use my personal blankets.

The only problem was there was no place to park and I did not know the area. The attendant was nice enough to help me and allow me to park on the lot which was nice but I would worry about that the next time.

The car is clean, but someone smoke that bad stuff and it smells so bad. I drove more than 100 miles with that bad smell. Please, use spray all the time before renting the car. Other than that, I love that GMC van and the customer service. Thanks!

Please clean and disinfect your trucks well, we are in the middle of a pandemic. I saw a lot of dirty residue in the cup holder areas, etc. Also, the headlights on your trucks need to be maintained better. They were very weak/ dimly-lit. Making the drive through unpredictable, dark, and rainy weather without adequate head-lighting feel VERY nervous and unsafe.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. The staff were busy talking with each other or doing their own stuff. They won't talk to you unless you say “excuses me sir” 3+ times. What kind of service is this?

I don'tlike how I had to change my whole plans around because I was promised a reserved van for 24 hours. When I get there they tell me they only got cargo vans till 9am. I think that's highly unprofessional! I will NEVER USE YOU GUYS SERVICE AGAIN! It's ridiculous I had to loose sleep time and money. To be told they don't have no cargo vans till 3:30 so I gotta return it at 9am. I couldn't switch or go no where else because I needed at the time I reserved it. This is the second time this location does this to me. Thank you for the horrible service you guys lost a good trusting customer

My initial reservation was for 24 hrs so that I could take my time with the trips between locations. The guy at the front desk had a rude attitude about the fact that the truck rentals were only 6-8 hrs at a time which is ridiculous. Why would the system allow for that time slot if it isn't meant to be available? the whole process was rushed unnecessarily

This was the most horrific UHAUL experience I've ever had. The Bruckner Bronx Location to be exact. The customer service was LACKING to say the least. The equipment fell apart as we were loading the truck. And the UHAUL employees tried to blame us for the wires that open and close the door getting tangled. Which is something that can only be done by faulty wires. It was an over all TERRIBLE experience. I would never recommend this location.

Well I'll say that the same way you send customers a customer's service review, as soon they rent out an equipment from Uhaul send them an email thanking them for choosing Uhaul for their moving needs and a reminder to please take care the equipment as their own.

The customer service sucks...The associate address me with slang and I enlightened him to the use of SIR as s universal way of addressing a Male. Second they were more concerned with what they were going to eat. Third there was no handtrucks or doilies available.. I had to get a friend to lend me one I need at least two though..

Called for help to modify rental and representative knew less than I did or did not want To help. Then once I picked up the van the dolly (which I rented) was not there. Called costumer service no answer after 30min. Had to go to the location the next day to resolve the issue and was told they ran out of dollys. So why they didn't let me know instead of wasting my time?

This store called me last minute to tell me they didn't have a 15 ft truck available. ( They did tell me about a 17 foot at a different location, but it wasn't convenient for me) This made my move more stressful than it should have been bc all of my things didn't fit. I love U-Haul, but was also disappointed about the phone costumer service - when I called to have my pick up location switched, I was told the Hunts Point location “should” have the extra equipment I had originally reserved, Instead of just making sure first. Uhaul of Hunts Point told me the next day that they don't even carry dollies, hand trucks etc. By then, it was too late to switch back, everything was booked. So I got stuck with a small truck and no equipment.

uhaul changed my rental pickup without notifying me, service was awful, and the wind blew a uhaul sign down and it almost killed someone next to me while waiting in line an hour
