Employees were far to short-handed. More employees needed working morning shifts. Worst uhaul experience(s) at this location then at the multiple others I've used.

Absolutely no management at this facility. I booked online because nobody was working the counter. The next day to pick up my van, the one guy working comes out and double books my van. It was a pretty sweet UHaul weekend. 0/5. Garbage company.

Tried using the mobile phone app about a half hour before we were to pick up the truck, got as far as starting to look for the rental van. After getting out of the my car and looking around a bit I notice the app wasn't up anymore, and I had to start it over again. I said the heck with it and just went to the front desk and finished the rental paperwork.

I was told my 15 ft truck was 1/2 full of gas and that I needed to bring it back 1/2 full. IT WAS NOT 1/2 FULL, IT WAS IN BETWEEN 1/2 & 1/2. I FILLED IT OVER 1/2 FULL AFTER DRIVING IT ABOUT 30 MILES, I PUT $20.00 IN GAS IN IT. THEN IT WAS BETWEEN 1/2 & 3/4 FULL. THE EMPLOYEE SAID HE WOULD CHECK WITH HIS BOSS TO SEE IF HE COULD GIVE ME ANY CREDIT FOR THE GAS AFTER I SHOWED HIM A PICTURE ON MY CELL PHONE OF THE INITIAL GAS GAUGE. HE WENT OUT FRONT & TALKED TO A GUY & CAME BACK IN & SAID THEY DON'T GIVE ANY CREDIT FOR LACK OF GAS WHEN IT LEAVES THE YARD OR THE CUSTOMER OVERFILLING IT. I WENT OUT TO THE FRONT YARD & ASKED THIS EE WHO HAD A SHIRT ON THAT SAID GENERAL MANAGER IF THE COUNTER EE HAD TALKED TO HIM ABOUT A GAS CREDIT FOR ME. HE SAID HE DIDN'T WORK AT THE HUNTINGTON U HAUL AND DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MY GAS ISSUE. HE FLAT OUT LIED TO ME. WHAT GREAT EMPLOYEES U HAUL HAS!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IN 2 MONTHS I HAVE RENTED A TRUCK FROM THEM BUT I WON'T BE BACK.

Tires, Lights and wiring should be checked when equipment returns, not when it leaves. Wastes cudtomers' time.

The trailer I rented was in terrible condition. It had a bad vibration in the wheels. I was just happy to get to my destination. I went very slow with it. It could have caused an accident. Could not safely travel at speeds higher than 45 mph. Bottom line, this trailer should not be on the highway. Terrible experience. ... Otha Mass

Charged me an extra $418 miles, however it was a mistake based on the starting locations wrongly writing down the mileage and refunded it to me as soon as I went in. Only 4 stars because i talked to 2 different customer service reps who had tried contacting them over and over and me trying to call them over and over and they wouldnt answer and I had to physically go to the store.

Not helpful with what I was promised for refund - given the truck broke down, wheel bearing fell apart during transit across country. Was promised refund, no one said they could help, and no refund has been issued yet. Bad all around,

The two gentlemen running the desk when I arrived were ridiculous. There was no one in the building yet it took me 15 minutes to be approached. It took a half our to go through the process of renting the van. One guy with dark hair and a heavy beard was rude and did not seem like he wanted to be there. He walked by us several times without acknowleding us. THERE WAS ONLY ONE OTHER CUSTOMER IN THE BUILDING!! The second must have been new because he did not know how to run the system and had to restart it three times. Eventually the lead came in from the back. He was blonde gentlemen was quick, very customer friendly. He is the only reason I would recommend this place to a friend and needs to be an influence on the other two. On the way out as well as coming back with our vehicle, the new guy that helped us kept stopping in front of us to VAPE. It was almost comical, and probably would have laughed if I wasn't on a time restraint and was getting frustrated with all the screwing around he was doing. I normally don't write bad reviews, but this is something the owners need to know about.

customer service needs improvement, employee I dealt with in the morning was sullen and aloof. My transactions however were quick and I was on my way both during the check out and return of equipment which I appreciate.

Kid that checked me out was very short and more concered with getting Burger King than working. I never got a receipt except for the emails that were auto sent he charged me $56 for the 14.99 trailer and insurance when I was checked in then charged another $26 when retured still not sure what the $56 was I paid for when there the first time. Bank shows them as charges not a hold or fund verification.

Employee and GM very rude. We returned truck on 9/6, was rudely told my receipt was emailed to me( was not given print out option) email wasn’t sent until today. I will not go to this location again, would rather go to one of your competitors even if more expensive!

Delivery of u-pod to end point went fine and driver was pleasant and helpful. Site office staff was rude, sullen, uninformed and uncommunicative. Had to call repeatedly to set up delivery.

The UBoxes are poor quality, no one can confirm when the hours for the warehouse are (apparently not open Sunday but have been scheduled to get box then), and found different lock on my box.

The manager was the most helpful in resolving a problem that occurred in the big chain of processing our u pod..... I will however be contacting corporate to resolve our issues

They were three days late picking up the boxes, which caused problems. They never called me to tell me they wouldn’t get the boxes. I had to call each day and get an explanation as to why they hadn’t.

The people working in the warehouse are courteous, but the manager & entire experience with U-Haul was absolutely awful. I will never use U-Haul again, and neither will my family and friends.

We rented 3 U-Box containers. The people who delivered them were very nice and helpful. The containers came on trailers which we had not accounted for and there were trash and debris in two of them.
