Great customer service with very helpful truck leasing specialists. For example, I had the unfortunate situation of movers not showing up on the date of move and the specific truck was due for another rent. The truck I rented was scary to drive. It was severely out of alignment and had to really struggle to keep it straight. The passenger door would not stay shut tight no matter how hard it was shut. The pull down door was a struggle to close. They were busy when I dropped it off and didn't want to hear the complaint about it. They have a lot of trucks on the lot but I heard many times they can't find keys to them. I was checked in a hurry so they can rent it back out. I tried to tell them it wasn't safe to drive but he didn't care. Also I was told when I rented that my insurance would not be accepted if anything were to happen so I felt forced to pay for uhauls insurance. When I brought it back I heard them tell someone else they had to show proof of insurance. That was a wasted $30.00 for me.Dana W.
About 10 kin after I started driving the truck the check engine light came on. I called and they said as long as it wasn't blinking it was ok. I was scared the whole time I was going to break down. Thank God I didn't. That was the only problem I had.cynthia W.

Even though I booked weeks in advance, the two hand carts I ordered were not available. The clerk simply said they were out and on order. No one bothered informing me when the final confirmation call was made to me two days earlier. My move could have been ruined except for the fact that I did not trust the company to honor my order and secured back up carts in case.Dennis J.

There wasn't any customer parking. When asked if I could park around back they said they would have my car towed. Yes I'm not lying. Keep in mind I was only using the rental for less than 8 hours. I had to park in another businesses parking lot and hope my car didn't get towed. The rental was clean but engine oil needed to be changed (service light on) and truck ran rough with less than 10k miles. The staff were helpful and efficient. But if there's nowhere for me to leave a car for the day I'm not using this location again.JASON G.

We were told that there was a note on the account that someone else could pick up the U-Haul. When he tried to pick up up I was called and told I needed to be there which is the reason we asked about this before reserving. I was also told the card on file would be charged. However, the person who picked up the truck had to use his credit card. The regulations should be the same across the board. This was booked my customer service and the actual facility had different rules they needed to follow.Jimmy L.

Woke up at 4am to pick up my rental. Signed up to complete transaction through my mobile phone. After being instructed to find my truck on lot I was informed my reservation would not be honored due to crack on my license. Was left stuck losing 6k. My paid help and my time. Let them know up front that the dents and marking on the truck has already been indicated so the customer doesn't have to go through writing it down. Make it where you don't charge that much for refueling because sometimes people g orget or they are trying to meet the time to turn the truck in. The gas station is uo the street. 1. I was stopped from pulling off with my assigned truck by Ann the manager because she said the truck needed service and took the truck keys and had me get back in line to get another truck 2. Avery Johnson refused to assign me a new truck saying wait for ann to do it because he refused to do it costing me loss of money while I paid movers by the hour to wait for me to be assigned a serviced workable truck 3. Ann after helping more customers outside came inside to process me another truck after hearing that Avery Johnson refused to Summary: I have been a faithful customer for many years and have never experienced this horrible customer service experience that cost me time and money on my move. I did an online reservation for a 26' truck over a month ago. Website was good and no problems. Web recommended that I do the cell phone only check-in when I pick the truck up. "Available 24/7, no need to go inside or talk to anyone". On morning of appointment, the website said my reservation didn't want to accept the cell phone only check-in. Fine, the store opened at 7 am and it was 7:30, I planned for this just in case. I went inside and was the only one there. Counter check-in went well. I went to the truck, used the website to document damage and went to leave. Check engine light was on. I went back inside and now had to wait 30 minutes to gave someone literally hand me a new set of keys. Did no one check the truck before it was good to go? You knew of the reservation over a month ago. I then got the keys for a truck that was only parked 5 minutes ago. I watched the lot staff "check it on". The new truck was fine, clean, and worked for my reservation. I returned it early and suddenly the website actually worked! It didn't matter because there was a staff member who checked me back in. I wish he walked me through the check-in rather than "just leave the keys, I'll take care of it when I get a chance". Other reviews talk of bad mileage readings and damage that didn't happen during their reservation.Christopher D.
Afrer I rented a truck from them there was no place to park my vehicle.Had to park my vehicle way down the road as the very limited parking spaces on their lot were full. Tried to give me a truck with the maintenance on a tire dash board light on. The several employees I spoke to either acted like they were doing me a favor, couldn't answer my questions, none were smiling and all were complaining about a meeting they had!! I was handed the key and they never even told me where to find the truck. I was told to look for the number that matched the key tag! Very poor customer service! The Gentleman that was cleaning and checking the trucks in was very nice and helpful! I been in management all my life and would have fired all of them with the exception of the Gentleman that worked outside! Never again will I ever go back there or recommend to anyone! The location and staff are great and extremely friendly and helpful. I was a bit disappointed in the truck that I had received though. Nothing to do with any employee or their job but the truck reeked of marijuana like someone had hot boxed it. The smell did not go away either it remained the whole entirety of my use and make me Ill to my stomach.Joseph D.
