When the customer picks up a truck it should be examined. With the truck that I get it was very dirty, I have to sweep all the trash out.

Erik GardnerI love technology and being able to do many things using cellphone & Uhaul App is convenient up to some point, but the personal touch is also important in a business. In the future, I would like to see more personal interaction when visiting a Uhaul facility. By the way, the staff was there during the return but feels like they were just not paying the right amount of attention to provide service to patrons coming in.

matthew aparandiLove this location!!!! Most amazing people ever. Will not go anywhere else. U-Haul- should make a rule if you rent and find out it’s not needed or wrong date- and return within certain amount of time- should do a partial pay! I rented in error last week.

beatriz shockThe location was good, but the vehicle was not. The window rowing door handle was broken, so I could not raise/lower the window efficiently. The alignment of the truck was off centered making it difficult to drive, but did not know until I got on the highway. Since I was on a time crunch mission I just continued on. Also, the hood of the truck was not latched on properly which I had to stop and lock it down. This should be locked down already or it is a safety hazard. Also, the knowledge of the representative informed me how much a half tank would travel and I was told about 60-70 miles. I then decided to get it full so I would not have to stop since it was going to rush hour. I filled it up and realized I overfilled the truck and did not know if I would get credit for the fuel. I finally did when I turned it in. I didn't get full credit for the whole tank, but I did receive some credit. I put in $90 and got back $30. I got the truck less than half and returned it with more than 3/4 full. I do appreciate the credit since I did not know if I would get anything. The rep was helpful, but the information was not the best. I do the great accommodation of the company to help service me to get my move done. Overall, it was a good convenience experience, but it does need some attention to details. The cost was reasonable and the mileage and service was good. I just didn't the type of truck I would get would be out of maintenance, but it did the job. It could have been a better experience overall.

Randy LuttrellMake sure that any prior damages on a vehicle have been noted and not try to put it on the next renters account as if they damaged the truck and because of inconveniencing that person you should give that renter a free truck rental with free 20 miles of mileage since the renter had to call U-Haul send pictures call smart move and other places to make sure this was rectified because somebody at U-Haul fail to do a proper inspection of the U-Haul prior to-jmo as a frequent flyer renter of U-Haul trucks thank you 443-823-5654 as far as I know the manager and assistant manager are handling this situation and will be back in contact with me thank you and don’t use a customer phone to take a picture of the customer or their license I never had to do that at 222 Northpoint road

Justin MeserveExtremely rude desk clerks. Waited over 45 minutes even though I had done pre check in. Someone else was having an issue and we stood there waiting forever. When I finally went out to get the truck , it was blocked in by another. The woman at the front was so nasty to me when I told her the situation. Honestly a terrible experience here.
Amber HolcombGas was way below 1/4 tank as it was supposed to be. Really don't have time to complain to people, I know they charged me to bring gas back up to 1/4 tank but I only used it for like 20 miles. It's just a little disappointing that someone didn't take the time to put gas in the uhaul truck. Seems lazy to me and I had to pay for it.

Leonette BullockAt the time of booking a reservation, we’re never told we could be subject to picture taking. This is in addition to us presenting our DLs, payment and being physically there. The picture taking was new since we had taken a truck the previous week but our pictures were not taken. When we asked the stuff they were agitated indicating policy is policy. 2. The truck was covered with snow, we were never given anything to use in removing the snow. 3. Our card was run 3 times we were worried our card could charge 3 times. Again, staff were not happy by our questioning. How does this U-Haul even use customer data? We were never given documentation showing how they use customer data including the ‘mugshots’. I WONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Anna KochI didn’t feel like a customer, I felt like a co-worker. Having to go through everything on my own using my own phone was ridiculous. Very unprofessional. There should be a person that goes through everything with you, pointing out features, explaining possible charges, etc. instead of sitting at the counter looking at her phone. None of this was done, I felt like I had to wait on myself. If I’m going to work for your company, my rental fee should have been much lower. I know everyone is short handed these days and technology is great but this is just unprofessional and your customer service is extremely poor.

There is more personal conversations going on behind the desk and in front of the location and lack of customer service. I tried to reach the location and no one answered yet my daughter was att the location and indicated they were all outside wondering who was going to take a truck to go to chic fill a. I finally get to the location and ask for a final bill. The girls got upset I asked her to do her job by slamming her fork down. Then to find out more money was removed from my bank account
