Not wiped down. Floor Boards and dash dirty. (COVID standards)? Found dirty rags behind and under seat. Maybe the vehicles could be ready upon arrival to rent. I'm barely 5ft tall, had to back out of a spot with 2 vehicles on each side of me in a cold truck.

When I rented the truck from app, it said available. I get call 15 minutes later that none are available at that location. I agreed to go to another store 10 miles away. When I get there I asked the clerk can I return to any u-haul location and she said yes. After I finished with truck, I returned to a uhaul I was going to orginal rent from close to work. I dropped off at 5:30pm and clerk said everything was fine, so got a ride home. 2 hours later I received a call saying I couldn't drop there and had to be taken to original location because it was in-state rental. I stated the clerk said I could return there with no problems. He said its a $500 fee to return to wrong location. I was now 10 miles away in bed and no way of getting to locations without Uber at 9PM. If the clerk would have done her job correctly I would have made proper arrangements to get it to right locations and not cost me extra miles and gas and Uber fees.

They are doing something right. In the past I had a few bad experiences, now however ; these folk are great the service isn't super fast but fast and safe never go hand in hand.Thanks for being careful and safe. They are doing a good job

The first impression was good however when I returned on my scheduled day to pick up my reserved vehicle the customer service was uncomfortable because of rude and cold behavior of the customer service rep and.Kate. She was less than patient and gave me the impression that she didn't want to answer my questions. I was a new customer that asked questions and this seemed to annoy her. I was expecting a different van advertised above the counter however I was given a older different body style that was beat up inside and out and the engine light stayed on. Luckily it didnt break down. Returning back to swap out for a box truck that I had scheduled I asked about estimated price and was rudely dismissed. I thanked her anyway and she gave no response making my experience miserable. However dropping off the truck the next day with the outside attendant made my experience much better he was professional, patient , answered my questions with delight. He apologized for my negative experience and said that when I returned in the future he would be happy to help me. He treated me like a valuable customer and because of his effort I may consider that location again. My suggestion is that you're front desk agents are your first impression to the public and some people are not suitable for customer service work! Thanks

Picking up equipment, waited 45 minutes with 2 others in front of me also waiting, turned out from 7am to 8am an older gentleman who usually (mechanic) checks equipment, adds oils, adjust tire pressure, etc....was the only uhaul employee at location.

Gas gauge was below 1/4 tank when I picked it up from the lot. As soon as I moved the truck the gauge registered 1/8 of a tank. Had to get fuel just to get to my destination.

Make sure the check engine light is off. It causes uneasiness as customers rent them out. All love. Overall I had a great experience. The staff was extremely helping and made renting quick and easy.

Although the locations were fine, the overall rental experience was not. I made my reservation online and was offered a discount if I chose an alternate drop off location, which I did. I did the online check in the night before and paid my total bill. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was told I owed over $200. After some time messing with the computer he got it down to $90 couple dollars telling me I still owed. Although this was not right, it was over $60 more than I should have paid, I paid because at this point I had already been there for approx a half an hour. I contacted UHaul customer service that day and was told I would be credited back the overcharge, which as of this review still has not happened.

I picked up a trailer and I was told an associate would come out to help me and the associate that came out didn't know anything about hooking up the trailer at all! The female that eventually came out put the hooks on the trailer and she didn't give me the black rubbers that go over the hooks . I ask her for them and she told me they would be fine ! This is unexceptable on any level! I am a tractor trailer driver and I know the consequences of doing things half way! This trailer should have never left the yard without them rubbers!

a little slow on the inside, however i may have come at a bad time. i reserved a truck the day before so that The next day the process would be very simple I was limited on time hence the reason why I reserve the day before. I was in line for a good 30 minutes before I was helped. total process took about 15 minutes on the day I picked up the truck I would've liked it to of been about 5 to 10 minutes..

We requested 24/7 contact less pickup. Our key wasn't in a lockbox, but instead was inside the store that we couldn't access bc it didn't open for another hr. Then we had to wait in line for 45 minutes bc when I asked the lady at the desk if she could just hand me my key (since I had completed registration online) she told me no, I had to go through the whole process again so I had to wait like everyone else. When I got to the front after waiting a different guy told me I could have just "asked them for the key"

Engine light was on, sun visor latch broken. Rubber around windows loose. Truck felt old and unclean. Rep said they were aware. Didn't really feel safe, but the truck worked as needed. Thought it was going to break down.

Im waiting to hear from the manager to call me since September ,29 tuesday you charge me for 3 times and I never even was able to leave your store w/no TRAILER!! corporate told me 48 hours from Tuesday @ 12:00 p.m that would have been yesterday @ noon. STILL WAITING!! 443-250-6670.

Loved the Rosedale location, but we had reserved a van in Philadelphia a while back. We received a day or two prior to move in and said there were no 15 ft trucks. Lease was up and we had no option but to drive it round trip, definitely not a convenient location for us but if there was such a shortage of 15-17ft why would your reservation system not pick this up? Appreciate the mileage exception, but still ended up costing us more.
