The truck was in poor condition. The air conditioning was not working and it was very hot and humid. When I returned the vehicle and told the staff that the ac was not working they were dismissive and offered no resolution this is unacceptable.

Truck Maintenance, i.e, Brakes and Alignment. There were also ashes and a cigarette butt left in the truck’s ashtray. It worked out because there was no smell of cigarettes and I saw it when I was checking the truck back in.

You rented a cargo van to me that had a damaged rear bumper, which prevented the left back door from opening. No one informed me of this, and we had to physically force the door open, once we we're able to push down on the damaged bumper. I brought this to the attention of the manager (by personally returning to the uhaul shop the next day). The manager informed me that they were instructed to rent the truck for the remainder of the weekend, even though they were aware of the damaged and the difficulty opening the left rear door. The black bottom panel on the door was even missing, do they had to be aware of the damaged when the van was returned before I rented it. It should have been taken out of service and repaired...not re-rented! And...they never mentioned the damaged bumper to me. I was 45 miles away a picking up furniture that would not fit thru the one working back door. If I had been alone a I would never have been able to force the damaged door open! I didn't pay good money to rent a damaged van, especially when uhaul was aware of the problem. NOT COOL!!!!!!

I came to pick up a truck like I do every week ,i understand the back up with checking in the trucks ,no place to park my vehicle. So I went around to the left to go park to rent the truck and this employee was very rude said i needed to go around the building (which I wasn't aware I could )Erica is her name . I called tracy in traffic and told her I wanted a manager that her employee was rude and being disrespectful. Not good customer service skills on her part and has a bad attitude on top.

Ms. Tiffany is a five-star quality without question Superior customer service employee.. Ms. Tiffany; people like her allow U-Haul to continue to be the Gladiator in Moving and Storage .. Renting a u-haul has gotten too expensive. The $1.29 a mile is excessive - but I'm sure you already know that. As the cost gets closer to what you can pay someone else to do, there is less incentive to rent a truck - just my opinion. Service, however was very good.

This location seems to be relatively busy. But I did not have to wait very long which was nice. I rented a pickup truck for some light moving and a trip to the dump and the truck was clean and very nice. The customer service was exceptional and the vehicle return was very easy because I was met upon return and everything was done in the drop off lane. I will definitely use UHaul and that location should I need a truck in the future.

Everything was great but there seems to be a shortage in customer service reps. I was there at 9am and waited in line about 10 minutes. This was the only issue.

The only thing you can do to improve your company is to declare bankruptcy and close all your doors and fire all the incompetent employees you have all the way from you customer support, which is a joke, to all the sad and even more incompetent employees at 3 of the locations I had to deal with because every store didnt know your policies and got everything wrong a just royally screwed up.

This location and everyone there was great ! Your corporate office however needs drastic improvement. This was not easy renting from your web-site and even worse when you call the 800 #. No one could give us answers to basic questions and they could not locate a reservation #. This happened more than once. I assure you if not for the help I received last week from the people at U-haul of Golden Ring I would have looked elsewhere to rent.

Danielle was really awesome! Even though she was the only person attending to customers when I picked up the van, she maintained her customer service. She apologized to everyone for the long line, but she was THE ONLY PERSONNEL. She still smiled and was really nice and helpful!

I waited for almost an hour to pick up the truck. There was only 2 people working and the line took forever. There needs to be a quicker process for those that do online pickup to grab their keys and go. My appt was for 9am and I didn’t leave til about 9:50am. Then when my husband dropped off the truck, he had to wait in line again. When I walked inside to pick him up I said ‘What’s going on?’ He said ‘I don’t know, the guy took the key and ran out’. Clearly this location needs more staff and the pickup/drop off process needs to be re-evaluated. It’s terrible.

The employee Patrick was one of the rudest, unhelpful people I have met. I asked him to help with the mobile pickup and he told me he was overbooked and wouldn't have a truck. He didn't explain why, only that he wouldn't have one after I reserved online, he didn't even bother looking at my email. Mind you this was all explained as he took his third cigarette break with a line of ten plus customers. Something should be done at this location. I plan to contact the corporate office and review this interaction on social media today. I will be certainly taking my business to another company to service my rental needs in the future.

Used the phone app for the first time. Took longer to use than to stand in short line at counter. Tried to use it to turn in the vehicle, same thing. An employee approached me and had me returned in about twenty seconds. Immediately uninstalled the app. Never again!

The customer rep I dealt with in the morning when I was picking up the truck spoke very low. I told him my hearing was bad and he would have to speak up. He didn't and I got annoyed considering I had just ask him to speak louder. Also, the $1.29 per/mile is excessive.

This location has a lot of equipment, but it is perpetually under staffed. Wait times to check out equipment, even when booking ahead and checking in online, are ridiculously long. The staff who were working were doing the best they could. They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable... there were just too few of them.

Parking - We should be able to park in the lettered area. If you have a spot for each truck, then customers should be able to park in one of the spots as that truck has been rented. Telling us we would be towed, isn't really acceptable. Having to park far away is not convenient.

So I was a hour late in picking the truck up at 11:30 , but I had to return the truck at 5:00 pm. I did not feel like it should have been that time. In the past they would have extended the time for another hour. Very disappointing!

I don't think that it is appropriate to bill for the same service twice. When I arrived my bank account was debit $118.21. When I brought the truck back, debit my account a second time for $85.33. A total of $203.54 was taken from my account for a transaction that should have cost me $85.33. It used to be that if you overpaid from the beginning, when you brought the truck back they would give you a credit for the difference. My bank account will be overdrawn because they took two payments instead of one

Manager was very helpful and understanding. He explained everything very clearly. Assistant manager on the phone previous day, not nearly as friendly. Would prefer that vehicles were fueled upon pick-up and we just fill it back up. Everything worked out fine though. Thank you.

Had an employee there who refused to help due to what he said was a lack of knowledge to disconnect a trailer from a truck. Started to do it myself and after paying close to 1000 dollars, this was unacceptable. Finally another employee helped to finish the disconnect.

The customer service was insanely poor. The 24/7 pickup option led me to believe I could just go pick up my truck with no wait. I pulled in the lot and there was a truck in front of the one I was slotted for. I went inside to get someone to move the truck, but while waiting about 10 minutes it ended up moving. So I got in the truck and took my pictures to get verified. Was then told to go inside to get the key. With the 24/7 option I thought I'd use the lock box, but the key was inside. I went inside and waited. Then I saw a gentleman that was definitely a runner, and was clearly waiting for something to do. I asked him if he could get the key for me, showing him the prompted screen. He said the other staff would have to do it. So I approached a gentleman with headphones on, who got me the key, which took about seven seconds. As I walk out he caught up to me and said his supervisor told him to move the truck for safety reasons. So he did and I left. Upon returning I tried doing the app for no help and a gentleman approached me with an attitude as I put the sign back in the dashboard. Nobody was friendly here at all.
