Would recommended to upgrade the WiFi system so that guess can jump on and use the self check in & checkout as there is really bad cell phone signal in the area.

Truck had no gas was barely able to make it to the gas station. When I return it I put way more gas that what I was given almost filled it half a tank and only received $18 back. Which I think is not fair I should be given more than just $18 for filling up their truck.

I had reserved a truck with dollys and blankets and got none of those things. I was told they were first come first serve and that there weren't any left. Why allow me to reserve it if you're going to just sell it to someone behind my back?! Not acceptable ever. Next time you make a reservation at one of my restaurants I'll put you at the bottom of the wait list because "first come first served"

HORRIBLE! I am writing an extensive email and expect a refund. Chris the manager worst possible example of customer service! I asked for customer services number since he was of little help, he said its on your contract. How about customer service? Rather than making me hunt how about providing it? Begrudgingly he finally did and then hung up on me!!! This on top of not verifying that vehicles to be rented are in safe condition, both fuel and other levels checked prior to renting would have prevented a lot of DANGEROUS and frustrating experience for this customer. I expect customer service to address this horrible, costly, and DANGEROUS rental.

The U-Haul Center did not have enough trailers for my ordered # of boxes, My Moving Helpers handled the situation and insured we got out of our place on time by changing up their schedule to assist us. U-Haul owes them a great debt, as I would only use U-Haul again to use my Moving Helpers service again.

When my Moving Helpers arrived at the U-Haul center, they were treated poorly, the boxes were not ready, they didn't have enough trailers. They were given lots of excuses. My Movers were, outstanding, U-Haul not so much.

The website is not updated and not user-friendly. I had to call a few times to either confirm payment or confirm the location. I am pretty sure I will have to call again because my "reservations" are still open. I also was not able to make a payment when I was at home and not busy. Uhaul did not allow me to pay when I was on the phone and instead waited for a few days and then I was out with my family having to return calls and work on my card being accepted while in the middle of a store when I should have been able to work all of that through on my time. The site kept texting me and calling me. incoming call texts were helpful, however, I really needed an option for the call to come at a later time as I was driving or busy.

Was told there was 3/4 of a tank of gas, but the dashboard indicated that it was empty and I could drive for 3 miles. Notified the attendant, she said their gas gets stolen all the time and that I would have to take it up with Uhaul when I drop it off. Ran out of gas at the gas station that was only 1/4 mile up the road. I'll pay more next time and use someone else.

This is the only U-Haul place I will rent from. CRAIG it's just so helpful and always comes through for me at the last minute when I need a truck. The other employees at this location are also the best and you can tell CRAIG runs a great U-Haul business thank you so much for having Faith in Craig to lead an amazing place!!! Absolutely horrible! I got charged driving the truck for 100 miles! That is ridiculous! I drove no more than 40 miles within Fresno. When I turned in the truck the girl that “helped” was extremely rude and didn't even walk to the truck to confirm the mileage with me present. All that was said was that I will be emailed my receipt. I want my money back for the miles that I didn't not drive!

The truck was very dirty and full of bugs on the front windshield. There was mud on the front of truck too. My brother had to wash it so I could see out the window. I know it's a one way but at least make it easy to drive since it was going out of town. Never had an experience from all the times I rented a U-Haul.

Tire was a little low when picked up, was flat by time I traveled 4 miles to loading address. Possibly make sure that not only body of truck is road safe but also tires. But toad side Service did come out and problem was taken care of in a good time frame.

The people were just fine, the equipment ran poorly and was not very nice, cosmetically, but my biggest disappointment was having to take it back to a gas station because I didn't fill it back up quite enough (like a gallon) and they/you wanted to charge me over $20. What a ridiculous hassle over a gallon of gas. I spent another 15 mins in that thing because of that.

Terrible experience, Assistant manager was rude and had huge rocks on property, terrible location. Asked her to have the manager Chris call me, never called. I was given a rental with a lock still on the truck. I did not have a key. When I was given a key, I discovered the truck was full. Very unorganized location. Many customers had issues the day I picked up my rental.

Made me pick up in a different location on a different day notifying me that morning which required me to call out from work, losing pay, customer service was terrible got charged for gas even though it was at 3/4 which is what I picked it up at and for milage despite having to drive it farther. - Was given keys to 20ft truck and told its "out front". Wasn't true, spent 15 minutes looking for for truck with no help only to find out it was in the side yard. Employee had to pull it out for me since it was parked halfway behind a dumpster. - Was told truck had 1/4 tank of gas. Went to truck - it had literally zero gas, running on fumes to the nearest gas station. Later told upon return "yeah, the gas in the trucks gets siphoned overnight often". Would be nice to get a head's up about this so I don't stall in the middle of the street. - Truck ran fine.

i have never had to pay for gas at drip off i always made sure it was at the line i left with today before drop off i put gas to make sure not to have to pay over and when the worker checked she said it was a little under i was already having a rough day and just left but i know for sure it was where it was supposed to be

Ask your employees to be considerate and communicate. They work as if they HATE THEIR JOB. Maybe it's the company, I don't know. All I know is jumping into a truck you just rented and have your nostrils burn with the putrid smell of concentrated dog urin is nothing to be happy about, and to be charged a cleaning fee for it, is downright awful! I'm thinking Penske from now. No thank you!

When I picked the equipment, they told me that the gas gauge read 1/2. When I got into the pickup the gauge was just a little under a 1/2. I assume they were saying it was around 1/2. Also the odometer on the paper said it was at 9, but it actually read 10. As I drove off the property the odometer immediately moved to 11. They recorded my distance from 9 to 18 for a total of 9 miles. I also went to the gas station and filled it up with 2 gallons of gas. It hardly moved the needle which it still read just a little under 1/2. When I turned the vehicle, they charged me $10.50 for not having it at the 1.2 level and 2 extra miles. I shared my concerns, but the only thing they said was did I take a picture of it. Of course I didn't. I did have the receipt for the gas, but they would not take it. I felt very deceived and misled. I understand I should have read the fine print, but I have always trusted people and I have trusted U-Haul. I hope I never have to rent any equipment from you again. What was suppose to be a $19.95 plus tax and 7 miles turned out to be a $52.00 expense when I include putting in 2 gallons of gas. I did talk to the manager. I am not wanting anything in return, only that they would be totally upfront and honest with their customers.

Upon my return of the U-Haul, the two front-line employees were very responsive to my needs. They were polite and professional. The store manager was very helpful to address the cash transaction. The store, itself, was kept clean. This U-Haul store, now, has a new and consistent customer due to the service I received.

Being honest there's was a starburst wrapper in the cup holder, van died on me while going home due to no gas, front bumper look like it had a accident including the side skirts and the extension rail failed on first use couldn't put it back inside. It also didn't ride smooth shocks we're bumpy especially on bumpy roads. This is for the van I receive and that van was horrible. It took me about hr to get my van doing the mobile purchase.

Bunch of young kids that didn't know what they were doing. I was picking up for a family member and when I got to destination it was the wrong equipment. They did not charge for the equipment at least. I couldn't even park in the business. They told me to park on the street or in the bad neighborhood where my car. I rented from this business that should provide a parking since I am renting the truck. Where I took the truck I could have parked my car in its place. They had tons on nails in the drive way and metal shrapnel everywhere. I told the kids at the desk and acted like they didn't care. I will never rent from this place again.
