Fix the South Blackstone, Fresno, CalIfornia location. I lost may entire day shuttling their Bad Order, 6 x 12 tandem axle trailer to and from the North Blackstone U-HAUL Service Center. The manager Heath, leaves at 15:00 each day and leaves his team to close each day, they are short handed,his team is excellent. I returned the equipment at 15:00 after shuttling U-Haul equipment. I have 4 companies, and an operations manager needs to have his boots on the deck plates with his team from before the shift starts until the gates close. I called to follow up on out equipment turn in 44 times, was told by his teammates that he would return my call regarding the no charge by U-Haul. I bill out at US$ 1,000 / day. TPlease send me the contact information for your Accounts Payable Team. I will prepare my invoice and submitt it to your AP Department. I u-haul has an issue with Paying my Comany, please give me the Contact information for your Corporate Attorney and my Corporate Attorney witless attempt to sort out this event through arbitration before a pending Corporate Law Suit. Your Operations Manager, Briana is very on top of her game and I strongly recommend her for a site location posting. I am on the West Coast Continental United States. I will make arrangements to be with my Corporate Councel at the appropriate time later this week before 1OCT21. Trucks and equipment are always good. Horrible, customer experience. It's not that the staff is directly rude but indirectly they are. I have rented from this directly specific location a handful of times. The desk service ladies never greet, they have informal conversations (including distasteful conversations about other coworkers) with the use of informal language. Their conversations, distracting them from the task at hand. Also rather than adding something of the sort such as: "we'll be with you in just a minute" when completing another task, they have you standing there like your invisible. They lack courtesy, customer acknowledgement, and work conversation etiquette. Also lack proper help amongst each other. Coworker had to repeatedly make it clear that she needed help before someone stepped in.

I was charged 100 dollars extra because I was 45 minutes late. the van was returned clean, undamaged and full pf gasoline. I don't understand why I had to pay an extra 100 dollars after already paying 150 dollars.

The truck was full of grease or some type of oil all over an got my white couches all full of oil and or grease to were I had to have an upholstery cleaner come to my hoe and clean them which I was extremely upset!

Everything was excellent except I realized I rented a truck that didn't work for me. I honestly realized I needed a truck with a tommy lyft but you guys don't rent them. I had to rent a tow truck for what I needed it for because Penske, Enterprise, Budget had all there trucks rented out for 2 weeks. I wish you guys had those trucks

We had horrible customer service. They couldn't help us to rent the truck because we started it online. Then when we returned the truck after hours, the website wouldn't take our info. The truck was on empty when we received it. The staff had no personality and we're not helpful at all. We will be using Penske or some other truck rental in the future over uhaul

It's ridiculous having to wait for in line for my rental when my scheduled time of pick up was at 9 and I was in line at 8:45 and did not leave your location until 10. The truck had a problem with the rolling back door but was fixed prior to leaving the lot. Unfortunately the truck had major engine problems and emergency services had to be called. Luckily it was on the way to returning the truck and the move was completed.

First they didnt have the equipment I asked for. At the end of my online reservation it said I agreed to something I did not agree too. Whatever i took what they had because I was in a bind. Then when I went to drop it off on time. The online system failed to work, I got hung up ok n twice when I called and ignored when I tried a online chat. Just ridiculous. To top it all off I got charged a $20 after hours fee i didnt agree to for dropping off the equipment on time. Completely ridiculous.

I came to get a U-Haul at 5:30pm (my indicated reservation time) on August 20th 2021 and it was a 26 ft with a auto trailer. The manager on duty at the time indicated that the truck was being ciphered and that is why the check engine light is on and begin to put gas in the in the truck with a gas can. He indicated once I put gas in the truck that the check engine light will go away. I informed him there's something wrong with the truck not having gas in the truck would not cause the check engine light to come on. I drove off with the truck as he refused to give me a different truck and went directly to Arco which is adjacent on the corner from the U-Haul location. I put $100.35 in the tank and the gas nozzle clicked off indicating it was full. When I started the truck the gas meter only read half a tank and as I would accelerate it begin to make a grunting noise. I went a couple of miles away so I can be able to turn the truck and auto trailer around without causing any accidents and came directly back to the location and told the man I needed a new truck as well as a credit because I literally just filled up the truck he refused saying he could not give me a credit and that basically I was paying for gas that I wasn't going to use upon going back and forth with this man he said that he would give me a new credit and a different truck that works with a little bit more gas than this one had two account for the difference in the credit. He printed out a new form stating that the credit would be applied once I arrive at the location where I would be dropping off my truck and auto trailer due to the fact that I paid cash. This was not the case not only was the new truck having issues as well shaking when going uphill, accelerating when braking the list goes on and on I had my kids in the truck with me and the man could care less about either of our safety. I then went to drop the truck off on Sunday August 22nd 2021 and was told that even though I brought the truck back on the 1/4 meter range as indicated on my form provided to me I still owed a fee for fuel for the gas and my credit that the lying representative indicated I would get upon returning the truck was not there either and the representative at my drop off location who is more than helpful and very professional and had great customer service skills unlike in Fresno on Blackstone he indicated I need to call traffic because he was unable what his location to apply the $77.62 credit that was shown on the form that I had in front of him. I called traffic I explained to the first representative my issue she placed me on hold and then put me back into the queue to talk to another representative when this one indicated he could not help me and he had to put me in a queue for a manager who did not assist me whatsoever when she did get on the line she initially told me that that location was closed and it had to put me on the hold which was a silent hold for over 5 minutes and came back stating that the representative was sorry that I was confused and that the fuel credit was for the fuel on the truck that I barely even had for 10 minutes if that that I not only paid $100.35 in gas then then I turned around and had to pay an additional $138 for fuel on yet another truck which was also faulty and I would never recommend this company to anyone given my experience and past experiences because this is not the first horrible experience I've had with your company!
