They said someone smoked in it. And it's funny I don't smoke. They charged me 75.00. I will not be renting another one from that location. They were very rude. And said that someone smoked in it cause they found a ash in it. Maybe it was the homeless guy that was sleeping in it. We had to remove all his junk that was in the back of it.

My Original U-Haul wouldn't start so I was given keys to another U-Haul without a new contract. When I returned they said I did 240 miles. I did 3 round trips of 15 miles. You guys never registered the miles from the last person and it fell on me, or this was purposeful!

The beginning mileage entered on the contract was incorrect and not confirmed with me by the representative. I drove a total of 20 miles total and ended up paying for 60 miles. Costly mistake do not take them at face value, make sure to check the fuel level, mileage and any damages to the rental before departing the U-Haul rental lot. Compare these items to the Contact. They don't automatically go over these items like a regular car rental place.

The one thing I'm not happy about is that I had to drive 188 miles to pick up the truck then 188 miles back to my location to load. I had called before the pickup to see if I could get some help on the price since it cost me time and money plus an extra day to start my move. I was told discounts aren't given. I believe making a customer spend that much time and effort should warrant a price break on the bill.

I was only two hours late dropping off the truck and they charged me for another full day. They also charged me for another full day of insurance. On top of that, they charged me .79 cents per mile and I thought it was .29 cents per mile. At least that is what I saw when I rented it. All in all it was $110 more that I had to pay. Basically twice the amount it was originally because I was two hours late. There should be an hourly or half day rate if you are late.

We rented a 20' truck and had all movers and schedules planned for the day of our cross country move. We were notified the day before our pick up date that they could only provide a 10' truck wish was not adequate for our move.

I was helped at the front desk, but when I completed my order I was told to wait outside by the truck and an attendant would help me. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked an attendant why I was supposed to wait, to which she replied “I have no idea” and worked with me to get the keys; consequently, the keys she gave me were for the wrong truck. Then I had to go hunt down another attendant who had the keys on him the entire time. Also experienced one of the lot attendants and one of the attendants inside the store arguing via an intercom system, which was very unprofessional. Truck rental was great, but customer service was lackluster this time around (I rented a truck in March), so this was very disappointing. I think I'll go to another U-Haul in the future for my needs.

I reserved a 15 footer and only got a 10 footer. And was charded a fee for going over the miles when it was uhaul that suggested the miles.

The Truck was dirty and on empty I barley made to the gas station .I pumped 40.00 and dropped of with half a tank. What started as 19.99 for four hours ended up costing 70.00 and that was with leaving it half full . The associate helping me was polite when explaining the final cost it just didn't make sense it was already 4:55 and you could tell he really wanted to get out there so when i questioned him about it I was pretty much shut down

Rent a 6 x 12 utility trailer... You caused me a lot of grief having me rent a 5 x 9 trailer for two 13'6" Kayaks. I wish you had more competition so that I would have more options in the future!!!

The people who work here are incompetent. They charged me a rental fee for furniture pads and a dolly that I never received. I returned the uHaul and I get a call from them accusing me of stealing them and they charged me for the missing items. After days wasted of arguing them them back and forth, I got a refund for the missing items but not the rental fee FOR SOMETHING THEY NEVER GAVE ME. On top of that, apparently there's a special procedure to returning uHauls and I was NEVER informed of that either so I was charged a fee for that. I will never come back to this location. Moving is already stressful enough. Train your employees betters.

The employees were very friendly at the time of the rental pick up. After arriving home we got a flat tire as soon as we pulled in to the driveway. Their roadside service was excellent. They fixed it in a timely manner. However, after opening the trailer we noticed some kind of oil in the trailer. My husband and I had to lay down cardboard so our furniture wouldn't get dirty. We let the employee know at the time of drop off and he wasn't too friendly or talkative. I recomend this place, but always check the inside of the trailers before driving off.

After telling them that I needed only an appliance dolly and 6 blankets, they charged me for 2 furniture dolly's, a hand truck, and 12 blankets. The blankets were $50! Please review this, and let me know when my credit card has been credited. I just saw this on my U-Haul app last night.

Less than 29,000 oil pressure dropped and left a dog and 2 grandma's on the side of the road in the middle of the desert. We called for help and they already knew what the problem was (a lemon oil pump) not the first, not the last. Got stuck 80 miles from my destination. Now I get to load my stuff back in a truck, pay for help and move to where I need to be, without even an apology or credit to my fully paid bill. I Will Not Be Using U-haul Again. PS, you can kiss my stuck in the desert ASS

I rented a pickup truck. Service was excellent, truck was well maintained interior was clean but outside of the track was really really dusty. It was in need wash. Other than that everything was excellent.

Rental experience was good, with nice people serving. My usual complaint: All U-haul vans and trailers come equipped with wooden or rubber rails that make it impossible to use adequate tie-down straps. Tie-down hooks will not fit on the wooden rails. Rope sucks for tying items. This trailer at least had 6 D-rings in the floor, but that is also not enough. Please figure out how to fix this huge problem. Even your guys in the lots recognize this problem because everyone complains.

Employees were very nice. I placed my order of a cargo trailer and 20 rental blankets 2 weeks in advance. I was charged $153.00 for packing supplies I didn't order. No one could figure out how this happened but I was refunded. When I asked for the rental blankets they said that they wouldn't have rental blankets in until November 3rd. I let them know that I had ordered in advance so they went to the back to see if they were there somewhere and couldn't find them. I ended up having to pay for blankets to own from their store, very expensive. The next day when I went to drop off the trailer after using it, I looked where the rental blankets were placed in the store but this time the shelf wasn't empty. There were 20 blankets wrapped in plastic available to rent. I can only assume those were the ones I was supposed to get. Everything was difficult from waiting a long time in line to pick up and drop off cargo trailer. This location seemed to be very unorganized even though it appeared the employees were trying to do their best but everyone had to work twice as hard as they should because their system was so unorganized. I looked at their yelp reviews after this experience and saw that at least 60% of people had a bad experience. Someone needs to investigate why this place is run so poorly.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The guy working when I returned truck repeatedly yelled at me for no reason and seemed annoyed that he had to answer basic questions like “what do I need to do to return truck?” Unbelievably bad.

First rep I spoke to (at this location) was incredibly rude for no reason. I was pleasant throughout the call, but every answer she gave had a thick layer of unnecessary attitude, to the point of open contempt for a new customer. Second rep I spoke to was in the store (because the online check in was not working). He had a beard and a trucker hat, and was not wearing a mask the entire time (indoors), didn't even have a mask on him, so that was an inexcusable and unnecessary health risk. Third rep handled my vehicle return, and he was perfectly pleasant.

It was an awful experience and I've rented from u haul many times before.The air did not work in the truck. I sweated . The fan blew hot air. The mileage on odometer and and on contract did not match. When I went to return equipment, the AC in return store, Khalil Oil, was broken. I was there 45 minutes and the attendant, Reyes did not know how to take returned trucks and he helpedother people-despite my being there first and I had to ask him three times before he ever calling his boss. My chest started hurting. I wound up having to take truck back with me and returning it the next day and Andrew did not check the truck in before left.. I called u haul on Blackstone 4 times and was on hold for over an hour each time before my all was answers and twice during call, call disconnected and I had to call and wait again. I do not feel I should have been charged for the last day since I tried to check it in on Thursday before 5 when store still open and o feel like credit should be applied due to broken AC and I do not authorize charge on my card for one cent more than initial charge. There needs to be a credit apples back to my card. The ladies on the phone I spoke with was nice but it took forever and a day to contact them but they were empathetic and nice. This was a BAD bad experience.

Nothing really. I pulled in to the drop off lane, and an employee met me to get all the info from the truck. Easy. A few minutes later, I was done and on my way.

Customer service was terrible. The guy working there did not have any sense. Getting the rental was an ordeal with him. We asked for a box truck anything between 10'-22'. He said, “Have you seen our parking lot? We have NO more trucks” to which we said “what are those trucks all lined up there?” His response, “Those are 17'. You didn't specify size.” Not sure how 17' didn't fit in with 10'-22' in...Then he said we could only rent it for maximum 24hrs. We said fine. But then, he put the wrong return time to which we were going to be charged for an extra day. We would never come back here again.

This was my first time doing a mobile check-in. Would recommend all the driver license pics be done during the time I reserved the vehicle and then maybe just a scan of the DL at the time of pick-up to verify the correct driver. But all in all, it was easy and everyone was helpful and pleasant.

Don't let the customers who rent the trucks from you, drive all the way to the location where they need to move items and not be able to get the lock off the back of the truck, and then have to rent it for another day and get charged almost twice the rental price for having to keep it longer, I can tell you many ways that I have been treated like garbage from the uhaul company and its employees,

The truck he rented us was a complete disaster. It smelled like cigarettes. We had to crawl across the seat from the passenger side to the driver side to unlock the door. The power steering screams every time you turn it right or left. That truck is a total overall
