The counter person at the Fresno location lied about the fuel level and I didn’t get credit when I returned the truck. Also the truck had a fuel leak which the people at the Scottsdale location smelled. Very disappointed with the whole experience....

The staff was one person short. It took almost 2 hours for me to get my vehicle which had been completed quick check out ahead of time. Employees only move in one speed. The long line of folks like myself expressed our frustration after the first hour.

I took a friend with me to pull my trailer rental with his truck and then when I went to pay, he was “associated” with a different customer who had a balance. I was blacklisted and required to pay off the $140 balance in order to rent, I was desperate at they were closing, so they got me, not happily, totally felt scammed, but this has lead me to decide to buy a small trailer Aluminum trailer rather than deal with this sketchy company in the future. I usually rent 6 times a year.

Put more sales ppl on . There was a line of about 20 people and only one clerk. And he was so slow. Wait time 45 mins and better.

Would rate it better but there was way too much time spent waiting outside for help and the employees outside would help whoever and not in any order. There needs to be some kind of a system in place to help the process along.

1 hur line to wait to get truck at reserved time.inadequate staffing. Also, truck gas level at times rental was grossly overstated in the contract.

Scheduled my appointment for 10/12/19. Received a call back that hitch needed to be ordered. Rescheduled for 10/20/19 at 10am. Called the store several times to schedule later in the day. Kept getting the call center instead of the store. Call center says they see my order but no appointment. They said they will email the store manager to call me. No call ever received. Finally got thru to the store and rescheduled for 4pm. The rep tells me the installation will take about an hour. I arrived at the store at 4. The clerk says installation will take about 30-45 minutes. So I opted to stay and wait for my car. The installation took nearly 3 hours. Only one update from the staff that they were having difficulty getting the bolts reinstalled, that they couldn’t allign the holes and they were watching an instructional video on what to do. This was a very poor customer service experience. I would appreciate some sort of refund/credit in regards to the installation. Uhaul was recommended by a friend, but I can’t say that I can recommend Uhaul with this experience. No apologies by store staff who seemed to be interrupted constantly by other customers and duties while trying to work on my vehicle.

Only one cashier, so I waited 50 minutes in line to get my key for my reservation. Then waited outside for 20 more minutes to get my truck.

Staff is not professional, trucks are not kept clean or filled with fuel. They do not seem to care about customers, except Jacob, he seemed concerned and better customer service skills

Uhaul locations need to WASH their trucks and clean all windows prior to renting, also check to be sure there are no more flower pots inside the vehicle.

Customer service is not there first or second priority. When I managed a U-Haul. My main goal was to make customers happy and get them on their way. This U-Haul wants you to stay at their facility all day. I’m not gonna say it’s poorly managed because I like rob. But maybe poorly trained.

I had to wait 45 minutes for the truck because they had to go put gas in it. The truck was old,the engine sounded like it was ready to give out and it road really rough??

Surprising fast... as my experiences with Uhaul are generally that staff is short staffed and slow. There were several associates and I was given a lot of support on my needs. Thank u!
