Vickie W.I wad chargec for cleaning and the truck was clean inside and out. I had the truck for 2 days returned a day early and got charged for turning it in at night. What the fuck?
SHAWN L.Staff was less than friendly. Inside of uhaul smelled like a strip club and old cigs. Very little information on return process given.
Brandon D.Securing a reservation was difficult. I was told by the staff on site and at the state dispatch office that no vehicles were available only to check online within 10 minutes of talking to them and secure a truck from that very location. Other than that, my experience was fine.
Matt S.I had the rental scheduled for 5 hours. A contractor showed up at my destination 5 days earlier than scheduled. I had to wait until this contractor was close to finished to pay them before I returned the UHaul. I returned the truck 2.5 hours late and got charged for a whole additional day on the truck and on the dolly? Well you just lost a repeat customer.

Michael B.Despite ads promising that I will be able to get the equipment I need when I where I need it, I was "upgraded" to a larger truck. A truck that didn't fit where I needed to make my move. The truck also was not ready at my requested time, and I couldn't get any answers as to why. Then, 40 minutes after my requested pick up time I was notified that my truck was now expected to be picked up at a different location too. When Uhaul fails to maintain every aspect of a blatantly advertised guarantee, I no longer have any trust in the company and do not expect to rent from Uhaul again in the future.

Shawn S.1 problem though, and tried 2 call 2 resolve with no results. Rain came in the cab on both sides, I had 2 shift my body 2 the right 2 dodge the water and my granddaughters seat was soaked. I have video of the rain pouring in the cab.
SCOTT T.didn't have the dolly with furniture straps i paid extra for and the back of the uhaul had to be swept out and wiped out upon retrieving it.
Joseph N.The truck leaked and while not water proof, it's water resistant. Which means my stuff shouldn't be dripping in water, it covered the floor and ruined some of my household goods.

Thomas D.Reserved appliance dolly and 2 furniture dollys. None available when I picked up the truck. Employees were nice enough to loan me a smaller dolly at no charge.
Charles K.I reserved an appliance dolly to move heavy appliances. When I picked up the truck, I was told they had no appliance dollies. I was given a utility dolly which made moving the appliances very difficult. If they didn't have any, I would have gone to another uhaul. Very frustrating.

christa B.My window was dirty the windshield wiper blade was broke. The AC WAS BROKE And I think their should be a refund if you bring it back way over the gas limit you was given. I got it on a quarter of a tank brought it back at 3 quarters of a tank and no way for refund .

Jamie B.I think suppling a few ratchet straps when renting a truck would be very helpful. Of course they would have to be returned, in good condition same as the truck.

Margaret L.They had to do a bunch of rework that the UHaul in Richmond did not accomplish. They required our entire trailer hitch so it would light up the turn and brake lights on the trailer! Did so without complaint and helped us out a lot! Man deserves a raise!

Susan W.The reason for no on the well maintained there was debris wrapped around one axle left from a tire blowout on that wheel which wasn't as bad, after pulling out my truck was shaking from the rear pretty worrisome at times above 45mph after making the trip and unloading I noticed belts were broken in left front tire and has been it was bald in that spot.. this unit just came from the shop I was told and if they cant check everything while its in the shop.. someone should...but customer service was good..
