My window was dirty the windshield wiper blade was broke. The AC WAS BROKE And I think their should be a refund if you bring it back way over the gas limit you was given. I got it on a quarter of a tank brought it back at 3 quarters of a tank and no way for refund .

Susan W.The reason for no on the well maintained there was debris wrapped around one axle left from a tire blowout on that wheel which wasn't as bad, after pulling out my truck was shaking from the rear pretty worrisome at times above 45mph after making the trip and unloading I noticed belts were broken in left front tire and has been it was bald in that spot.. this unit just came from the shop I was told and if they cant check everything while its in the shop.. someone should...but customer service was good..

Ron S.Experience was overall good. However when we returned the trailer we followed the instructions on the pamphlet just like the employee said to do. No drop box for paperwork so didn't know where to put my paperwork when I dropped it off. Couple days later I get a call from the same uhaul location asking when I was going to return the trailer. Told them I brought it back at 9pm the same day I rented it like I told them I was going to. She told me she'd give me a call back and went to check. Never heard from her again. Kind of feel like that should've been checked before calling me and accusing me of not bringing the trailer back.

Heather R.I like the option of dropping off equipment 24/7. We had to unload the trailer in the middle of our street because we didn't have room to back it into the driveway. We couldn't leave it in the street all night until the next day when we were supposed to return it so we were able drop it off at 10pm when we were done unloading.

It caused a huge mess because we had hired movers who we had to just send back home. 2 agents told me they'd adjust my cost of needing it an extra day but we returned it after hours so that stillv needs to be done.
