Parking is a nightmare for customers who are just trying to buy boxes, shrink wrap and other items. There is no indication of where else you can park and there are signs all over not to park or my car will be towed. However, the staff is excellent. I commend Jeremy, especially, and Daude, who also was very kind and helpful, and efficient.anne L.

Where to begin. I've used this location twice in the past year, both were bad experiences. I will talk about my most recent visit. First off, the mobile express check-in did not work (also did not work the first time). Fine - I go to wait in line. Only 1 person working the desk and it was a good 25min wait. Finally at the desk, it took him an additional 10-min or so to check me in. I get my key and go outside. First, the truck was parked between other cars - I could not drive it out. I go back inside to tell them but they tell me I have to wait in line again. WHAT? by this point its been an hour since I arrived here. Finally they move the trucks blocking my rental so I can leave. Second, the truck was dirty. There were white stains and streaks all over the seats and yet the report said the car was clean - wrong. Third, a few minutes after being in the rental we realize that the tire pressure was SO LOW. We had to immediately find a gas station to fill up the tires. This would have caused a SERIOUS accident if we had loaded up the truck and gotten on the highway. Insane. Fourth, returning it, as I pull into the drop-off zone and am pulling up the Uhaul app on my phone to complete the drop-off procedure, a worker bangs on the truck until I get out. He yells at me "get out so I can clean". So rude. Terrible place, jeez, they need to be inspected by corporate ASAP. Terrible.christopher W.
Very convenient because it's close to where we live. The facility is quite crowded - small parking area with a lot of vehicles, which is something that can't be fixed. It has been quite a while since we rented from this location, but I will note that the interior of the facility seemed more inviting than I remember.John A.

The rep I dealt lacked â€œpeople skillsâ€ and came across as cynical. I observed the rep treat other customers with the same lack of common courtesy, so it wasn't just me. The rental was clean enough but it was a bit suspect, mechanically. It had a repetitive whole-vehicle vibration that occurred every 0.1 - 0.2 of a mile. I would have brought this matter up when I dropped off the vehicle, but the same rep that I started the rental with was also the rep that I returned the vehicle to, and that rep certainly did not give a shit about my rental experience.Kevin M.

I rented a van for a day, I returned at night round 11 pm , I got charged for 2 days, I trusted uhaul before in the same location I was satisfied with the costumer service, not anymore I am asking you to give me my money back for one day that I did not use the van and I called that location prior and let them know I still moving my belongings and that I will drop off the van when I am done, they assured me that there is no additional fees after I asked, that I was good to go At the end they turn round and charge me for another day they lied to me I am not gonna forgive them I am a father off four kids hard worker and I don't eat the same bread as uhaul people do They feed their kids other people stolen moneyredouane B.
The staff at this location were friendly, but the process of renting the van was disorganized and took longer than it should've. My designated van was blocked in, so we had to retrieve staff to get it out, then upon getting my key another staff member ran out and said my check-in process wasn't complete and I had to switch vans. I then had to take multiple photos of the inside and out of the van. After about 15 minutes of checking in we finally took the van off of the lot. My total for a 3.5 hour rental and 25 miles driven was $78.Nicole K.

We placed the order online and her quote was almost double but she would not explain why and said her amount is what we needed to pay if we wanted to rent the vehicle. Poor customer service! I can't remember the gentleman's name at the counter, but he was VERY courteous and VERY helpful! I was caught in traffic and running late to pick up my truck. He answered the phone and when I told him about my dilemma, he rectified it in a matter of seconds! He made the entire experience stress-free and when I returned the vehicle, it was even easier! The first time I went by to reserve a Truck the lady could not help me because of something with the computer or your system. She basically said I had to go home and do everything online. On pick up day there was only one person there. Fortunately I was the first one there and didn't have to wait but I could see people behind me were getting frustrated. The Truck I rented didn't have much gas. Fortunately I looked and was able to add some gas to make it to my first stop. I am only leaving a comment because I have rented from this location in the past and this is the first time it felt completely disorganized and under staffed. Hopefully this will improve but for now I wont be going back.Adriana T.

The 2 employees checking customers in were very nice and clearly trying hard to work through the very long line of customers looking to check-in -- nothing here necessarily is against them. But: - I requested furniture pads and a furniture dolly. The store didn't have any of *either* to rent, so I had to purchase my own *from you*. That leaves a very poor taste since you're just nickle and diming me for equipment that you DO have, but won't let me rent. It simply shouldn't be my problem that you aren't prepared with the equipment I reserved weeks ago. -What's worse is that the truck came with LESS THAN 1/4 tank. Now that's just unacceptable because I immediately had to go get gas right out of your parking lot. I know you charged whoever had the vehicle before me with egregious fees for not filing the tank, then you didn't actually use those fees to fill the tank. It was still left to be my responsibility to put gas in so it wouldn't simply run out of gas. That's unacceptable, especially in this economy. I've used U-Haul several times in the past few years but this was just a frustrating and poor experience. It's probably time to start hiring professional movers for my next move.Ryan F.

U-Haul needs to revamp their gas gauges. I drove 30 miles and when I filled up the tank to return the truck, the needle didn't move. I kept on filling a gallon and checking and it took 12 gallons for the gauge to register. I ended up filling a quarter tank more than I needed to. Dislike.Paul A.
The return process was easy. Pull up leave the keys and go! I requested a Dolly but they were out of stock when I arrived. They had bigger ones for more $$$. I ended up canceling. They should have just upgraded for free in my opinion.Jeffrey B.

This was the worst rental van I've seen. It had multiple dents and scrapes. The parking brake release handle was broken. When it came time to return, I attempted to check it back in online, and again and again the system failed.Scott R.

First of, it basically took them 30 minutes to get us a truck at the location. Truck basically broke down on the way back to returning it even though it was a brand new truck. The key wouldn't turn in the ignition. The customer service took 20 minutes to respond and when they did they texted us on a number that did not allow replies. They were waiting for our answer and never showed up even though the website said he reached our location. We were able to reach the next customer service assistant after a while, the ETA for the roadside assistance they assigned us was 60 minutes. Thank god we were able to get it started again.KAAN T.

You should make it clear how large the fuel tank is if you are asking people to return it to the same level. Otherwise it's hard to calculate how much gas to add to get it back to 3/8 full, for example. So I ended up buying more gas than I had to.Jordan W.

Truck was broke, took back and no other truck available / back door kept flying up/ they fixed and we were on our way again. then charges double what should have been. Was on phone for 3 hours trying to get fixed, and have sent several emails all with no reply. Was charged for 5 miles when we literally moved .7 miles- should not have been charged to take truck back to get fixed- THEN- THEN!! Was charged for 2 gallons of gas! For going .7 miles!!!Nikolas P.
