At pickup, lower parts of van and wheels were covered with dried concrete. Front and rear tires measured 20 and 15 pounds below specified pressure. Windshield inside was coated with hazy grime. I had to spend time preparing this vehicle before travel due to lack of checkout.JOHNC K.

When I attempted to return my equipment, I was informed that this location only accepted trucks and not auto transport. I then had spend 20 minutes on the phone trying to figure out where to take the trailer. I was eventually rerouted with both the truck and trailer to another location.RYAN V.

I picked up the truck with gas tank under 3/4 full. Returned with even more. I took a picture when I picked it up and when I dropped it off. But Uhaul agent STILL charged me $7.12 for gas. I called and spoke with the guy who checked my truck. He accepted the mistake. Told me he is going to refund the gas amount. And still dont see the refund but I see REVIEW refund.Kadirhan C.
I really appreciate the 24/7 online service and the vehicle was clean and in excellent condition. The only problem was obtaining the key in from the lockbox. It was super difficult to open and even reach because it was placed high up at the location. My husband is 6'0'' tall and he was standing on his tip toes to try and see the code to enter the lock. Someone had placed a brick underneath the box to provide more height but it was still hard to access the key. After finally the lock opened, it was super hard to open the box--it took some major pulling and pushing. I'm 5'5" and there is no way I could have obtained the key without help. If the box could be lowered for shorter people and a better box--that would make it easier. OVERALL, I would use UHAUL again without question--great product.Melissa S.

Truck was very clean. But truck was in serious need of a tuneup and had a lot of play in the steering column which made it more difficult to control on the interstate. It handled better on slower backroads. I would rent from this UHaul location again, but ask for a different truck.Janet C.

Engine light was on in the truck, when I took it back ask them to check the gas he did not bother to do that he said everything is fine just leave the key in the truck everything is fine, then he turned around and charged me $19 for gas and $30 for service I have to go back spend all my time explaining, Then he refund me $52 Which he overcharged me on the first place. Not trustworthy. He cheated if I have not review my receipt it might have gone unnoticed then I would have lost $52TANWIRA B.

The staff were very kind and courteous throughout the entire process, which would earn 5 stars if it were based on them. Can't do much about the location itself, it's accessible but nothing special. Customer Service was excellent. Very helpful and efficient team. The truck was in rough shape - burning a lot of oil, "check gauges," warning light, and rear door latch was jammed. The day laborers are also pretty aggressive. I didn't have issues with them but I witnessed them harass another customer.MICHAEL H.
Mobile check in didn't seem to be available at this location even though I was allowed to select that option when I made the reservation online. The agent working the desk was very quick and friendly, so it all worked out.MARY M.

I tried the online login during office hours to get a feel for the process and ended up frustrated as it was asking for my passport details. I would love to be able to use the process but it proved to be cumbersome and I ended up just checking out the vehicle in the front office normally. I do hope you can streamline the online checkout.John W.

My truck was not ready on time. The back hadn't been swept out and the truck's check engine light was on. Also the truck was parked in by other U-Haul vehicles. I could tell that they were very busy. Maybe U-Haul should hire some more folks at this location.HOLDENCHARLES E.

Very professional. Fast pickup of 19' cargo van. These guys work very well together as a team. One of them even helped me back the van out of the parking area during the morning rush. The dropoff was even faster and easier than pickup. The vehicle was clean and smelled fresh. It has bluetooth, an integrated USB type-A outlet on the dash and other great features such as driver and lane-change alerts. Handled great, even fully loaded. The only thing I would change is to offer trailers at this location. It's probably due to a lack of parking space, but I can hope! As it stands, I have to go to U-Haul Alexandria and troubleshoot/patch up their gear (broken wiring harness) to make it road-worthy. Thanks, guys! It was a pleasure.KIRTALAN L.

Customer service was outstanding. Great staff. The vehicle had some problems - I dont think that the engine had been serviced in some time. There was a bit of a delay when I pressed on either the gas or break pedal- nothing would happen for a few seconds when I pressed either pedal. Because of this I was reluctant to go over 25 MPH with truck. Additionally there are leaks in the cab of the truck. The only reason I noticed was because it was raining on the day I moved and I essentially was rained on the entire time I was driving. Thankfully there were no leaks in the actual truck so none of my belongings were damaged. I was only moving 6 blocks away so it wasn't a big deal. But all 3 seemed worth reporting. I was able to stop by the store at open the day after I returned the vehicle and was able to pick up a parking pass I had unfortunately left in the vehicle.
