Personnel were very personable, especially owner Nathaniel. I found comments about congestion and difficult access unfounded. All the trucks were carefully maintained and arranged intelligently. A nice experience.

Justin H.Not tie up my money on two cards because the person waiting on me don't know what he's doing. Over charging me to start with. Then saying my card was declined because the person the day before put a hold on my card for the truck so when I went to pay for the truck the money that was on hold for it did not come up or the guy doing it did not know how to do his job to get the money on hold for the truck so I had to use a nother card witch I was over charged 56.00 dollars and change now I'm waiting for the 56.00 dollars to be it back on my card plus I'm waiting for the 87.20 to be put back on my card from the day before. So no I'm not very happy with the service I received and I'm still waiting to get the 143.20 the I was over charged and the money that was on hold for the truck to begin with. Plus what it cost to rent the truck so would you recommend your friend's

THOMAS Z.Leave the gas level at full so there is no problem in over paying for gas ESPECIALLY with today's gas prices. I hope that I am not charged an additional day for being 25 minutes late in returning the van and that you will reimburse me for 1/4 tank of gas.
Mary Ellen M.The individual working was tremendous, however…he was stuck doing the job of three people but he was the only one. Why any manager would allow for this is unfathomable. Also, the night drop off did not work as advertised and I spent over a half hour trying to get the website to work with no luck. The 24/7 support team was useless. I understand that there is an employee shortage and this individual running that store that day deserves a healthy raise. He kept his cool and handled the sea of customers while checking vehicles in and out, invoicing, and answering the phone.
Mark B.You need more counter people, as this is a very busy spot. The location is terrible - located between two very busy gas stations and difficult to get into and out of with little to no parking. My truck needs to have the oil changed and the hood was not closed tightly and thank God I noticed it before I got on the interstate. The two gentlemen - Nathanial and Carlos - were very nice and efficient, but a bit overwhelmed with the amount of traffic. The self check in and check out procedure is difficult to follow on the website and the app and it does not give the correct total for what a person would be paying. Also, I was told that I would be charged $79 per day for the truck and only be charged mileage if it went over 100 miles; however, the receipt I received on line did not reflect that discussion, which I had with Nathaniel. Hopefully, you will be able to find more staff to speed up the check in and check out process.
RONALD S.There was a long line in picking up the vehicle resulting in a loss of a half hour on the rental time; hire more help at busy times so there is very little waiting time to pick up a vehicle.
Robert Z.Nathanael (sp?) was clearly overworked - without a day off in awhile, but he had a positive attitude and was extremely efficient and friendly. Great experience. Drop off was super easy also. Didn't even have to go inside.

The app would hang and it seems that most of what is painfully entered goes to a person somewhere that is manually completing the check out process.

Christina G.This truck had a slight leak at the front wall of Grandmas attic, or whatever that up part is called. Our boxes got wet and a little soggy, but nothing was damaged. I let the person at the place know. Silicon caulk will probably take care of it. Just so the next renter doesn't have an issue
Mark S.I would not recommend Uhaul at this time. 1. The reservation system a joke and you can't reach anyone at the store. You have to go through their centralized phone system and reach reps that aren't even local to the area. Hold times were RIDICULOUS.

Larry H.It was not clear that if you book a truck from 8-4, you must arrive at 8am or else the reservation expires. When I tried to check in on my phone, it would not let me continue but did not give any details. I had to wait in line for 45 minutes to find out the problem was due to not checking in right at 8am. Thankfully there was another truck available and the manager was very helpful. Please make it clear that pickup must happen at the beginning of the reservation window or else the reservation will be cancelled.

DAVID W.I had a mixup with hours needed. The app auto inputs 6 hours when reserving a truck. I put estimates of 500+ miles. That should be a clue that I didn't mean to rent for only 6 hours. I needed 24. They called and left a message after the 6 hours they extended it to the 24 hour mark. Cool no problem right? Well the voice-mail finished with a threat to contact the police and report it stolen. I don't understand why it had to even be included in the correspondence. I have used uhaul so many times but now will seek alternatives when in need of equipment.

It is dangerous to try to maneuver your way into this little spot when you are tired from moving, which is what U-Haul's customers are doing almost by definition. I am sure the real estate was inexpensive, but the location is just bad. The customer service was excellent here.
