I got to the U-Haul location and they told me they would pull the truck up front and I would be on my way. I go outside and the truck is dead. Come to find out that was the only 15 foot U-Haul they had that I reserved a week in advance and the battery was dead. They then made me sit there for three hours while they charge the battery. Which was just unbelievable. Next I go to drop off the U-Haul in Loveland. They told me the place I had to go close at 5 turns out they close at 2. So I had to take it to another location miles away. Then on my contract they wrote I only had to fill it a quarter full. I go to drop it off. Apparently I had to fill it to 5/16 and I got charged for it. Worst experience of my life dealing with anyting.

Staff was not knowledgeable. Took about 12 phone calls to make sure my order was correct, including too much time on hold--and still was not confident the process would work. Have an option to talk to the local office.

the odometer reading, which I photographed, was padded on the bill increasing the alleged miles driven. staff said upon return of the vehicle that there would be no charge for fuel. On the invoice sent days after return of the vehicle, are a charge for gasoline, 4.5 gallons for 23 miles of driving, and a fuel service fee of $30. The gas gauge was less that 1/8 when the vehicle was picked up. The vehicle hadn't been cleaned and had dirt and mud inside, which wasn't a problem for me until I reflect that it hadn't been well accounted for upon its return from the last user, which might explain the inaccurate gas reading and inaccurate mileage being charged to me. When raising the issues of inaccurate mileage, inaccurate gas charge, assurance that there would be no gas charge, Ryan Moorehouse not only refuses to acknowledge the mistakes, he has threatened me with collection for the errors, if not fraudulent entries, as I refuse to pay the inflated invoice while offering to pay a corrected invoice immediately.

It is not clear that one will be charged for cleaning the vehicle. This should be more clearly stated as it is close to the cost of the rental. I returned the vehicle very clean, but was still charged.

I was billed for almost $50 worth of gas that I did not use. Which would have been obvious if one compared the amount of miles I traveled to how much gas the employee claimed was in the tank. The cashier that helped me was very kind but his manager was very unprofessional. He was yelling at the employee rather than helping him. Likely why this mistake was made. Your management needs training with regard to what it means to be a leader. I will not be back..

I arrived about 15 minutes after the store opened, and there was already a very long line. There was only one person at the front desk, so I was stuck waiting in line with everyone, even though I had a reservation and had done the express check-in online. The process of getting the van took me about 40 minutes longer than planned. That being said, all of the U-Haul employees were very kind and helpful.

The local folks were great, but the central telephone service dropped the ball in regards to passing on important communications to the local folks. This has been a common problem in the past.

I am not sure if this is a joke as I have not rented a storage facility! However, I did rent a U box in September # AAA2460C and paid for it in full! Yet,I keep getting charged for a U box #AAA4603T!

I'm still being charged for a unit I returned almost 2 months ago. Items of mine were also damaged because of employees at uhaul. I've tried multiple times to talk to people about filling an insurance

Staff was friendly and accommodating-I arrived early to pick up my Ubox and he helped me out right away!
