I did my reservation 3 months before and you(uhaul) changed the pick up location 12 miles away from were I was supposed to pick the truck up, and you wanted to charged for extra miles, it is not the right way to overcharge customers.

Advise the customer for the 10ft trucks that this model of truck has continuing alerts regarding the Tire Monitor System. Typically not a driving concern as long as the tires remain inflated.

Worst customer service. I think, the employee kind of racist. They went outside to explain everything about their rent things to the customer before me. I waited for them because both of them went to outside for customer before me. When they came to me, they did every process about my rent and handed my car U-haul car key. Then, they send me outside to search my rent car myself and told me there have some kind of box put my rent car key when I return this. And the lady order me very rudely move my car to outside and don't block their parking lot. I was very polite in those certain moment. I charges unexpectedly huge amount from me without any reason. I don't know I might have any misunderstand about this all incident. Overall we at list expect a good customer service. Sorry  for my bad review.

I was pleasantly surprised that U Haul uses technology for a quick inspection of vehicle and allows you to upload photos of actual condition of the vehicle. However, the status of the vehicle as I received was not updated, but I was able to upload photos of odometer and gasoline level.

To be honest, I have nothing nice to say about my last of many U-Haul uses. I kick myself for not looking inside the covered trailer that I rented. This, because when i arrived at my destination to load it for it's intended purpose I discovered it was full of empty boxes of power tools. Front to back just full of debris. Many of the boxes contained plastic bottles of urine and baby diapers. I called the pickup location for a remedy and was told by the manager that they could not resolve my issue in anyway but offered a discount of $90.00. Truthfully, my time to remove that garbage and then find a responsible place for it to be discarded is worth far more than $90.00. This has been such a miserable experience that I can't see myself ever utilizing U-Haul ever again. Not that in the scheme of things it matters in today's world. U-haul will continue and my experience with them is immaterial. In the hospitality world if a major error on the service provider occurs some compensation would be negotiated so that each party involved would walk away balanced. I am not balanced at this point!

I pulled in and waited at the stop sign for several minutes before realizing nobody is coming to help and that you need to use self service. I did the self service checkin and couldn't find the key drop so I went inside. I ended up dropping the key off inside with the employees.

The two employees couldn't be bothered to stop their conversation about how dry little Caesar's pizza is, to help me when I first arrived. Then after returning the trailer, they failed to check it in and then charged me and additional 2 days after the trailer was returned to their property. Horrible customer service.

My customer service rep was extremely RUDE. I was a returning customer from the day before. I went on to ask her why my total was higher, even before checking out. She proceeded to brush it off. She was too busy on her phone and drinking coffee at her work station to pay attention. The rep in the next station (Ms. Ellis) confirmed that my rep over charged me. I'm so glad my move is over because I'll never use uhaul again. I should have just went to Home Depot.

Received a voicemail 20 minutes later from a different enployee asking when we're dropping off since they close at 7 (it was only about 3:30 at the time). Called back, spoke to get another employee who said they would pass the message along. Very sketchy experience

The truck was well maintained but when I picked it up the bed and tailgate was very dirty with an inch of dirt. But the most part it was great and very helpful transporting tables and party decorations for my event. The staff were very friendly and made pick up easy and quickly. Drop off took awhile because it was before the place opened and I had trouble with sharing my location on my phone but eventually got it. I would definitely be using this location again.

I originally rented the U-Haul and reserved a car trailer to drive my niece to rent a room in in Phoenix, from a Facebook friend. I filled the truck up with gas and the morning of I had this gut feeling not to take her, bad vibes… I called the same U-Haul to cancel and spoke with someone about my original contract and not taking the truck to Phoenix and driving it back and he said that contract would be dissolved and a new one would be written for my daily usage and mileage. When I return the truck to Moses, I was told he couldn't do anything but to call the other U-Haul they should be able to. When I called them the woman in accounting said that since the truck was dispatched I had to abide by the original contract which was more money and included the trip to and from Phoenix, which I did not make, I only kept the truck in town…I have put my homeless (for now) niece in a hotel for now, her stuff in storage, so any break would have been greatly appreciated. Charging by the day and milage, would have saved me over $100
