Equipment was not in a useable condition. Had to make 3 separate trips before leaving with my rental. Facility was understaffed which isn't a surprise with the labor shortage. Showed up early and did not get helped until 20 mins after my scheduled pick up.Nicholas H.

Truck smelled like urine and have problems with mechanical partArtem L.
The vehicle was not in great condition. The windshield on the inside was very dirty and so were the side mirrors. The left driver door was very difficult to close. Had to pull hard several times to close it properly. The driver front tire had 20 pounds less air than the passenger side, making a very unsmooth ride. There is a discount code for AAA members, reducing the mileage from .79 to .69 but both employees, who in turn asked their district manager, said no one ever heard of uhaul discounts and the on-site manager said he's been there more than 9 years, and the other employee more than 5. I told them I would walk through the booking process with them on-line to show them where the discount code can be applied. Uhaul needs to provide better training for their employees so the customer has a better experience. Also, its not inexpensive renting these vehicles so they should be in clean condition and working well. The location was convenient for me, but I will probably go elsewhere for my next rental.Lisa H.

Thank you for having the equipment available for rent. My daughter had an issue with a Colorado to Iowa one way truck rental earlier this summer (truck not available as promised) and caused a huge hassle & significant expense to move with another company. With this rental we were able to get our son to university quickly/easily.Steve D.
Fix the online return instructions. The instructions tell you the first step is to return the key. That should be the last step! You need the key to keep the ignition on to take photos of the mileage and gas gauge. The guy working when I returned says those instructions screw a lot of people up who return equipment after hours!Andrea P.

The engine light on the truck came on as soon as we pulled out of our driveway with a fully loaded truck. We drive back to the place we rented the truck and they would not even talk to us, have no assistance way so even. It was a nighmear.Mark P.

Don't understand why my reservation that was made 4 months ago would be cancelled one hour after scheduled pick up when the reservation was secured with a credit card. Just charge the card. Fortunately the unit was still there later in the day when I went to pick it up and no issues after that. I was under the impression that since I used a credit card to secure the reservation I would have been charged if I did not pick up the unit or cancel in advance. Glad it worked out.James F.

My only complaint is the fullness of the gas tank. When I got the van, the needle was right on the full line. When I filled it at the end of my usage, it was well PAST the full line. I put in 3.5 gallons, after driving only 25 miles. I bore someone else's burden. Other than that, it was a great rental.Daniel W.

Customer service was a bit snarky and kept making comments about customers while they were standing in front of them. (Example: when asking the man at the front desk to print out a copy of the contract, he looked at the other man working there and said â€œwow customers really do be asking me to do things that are not my jobâ€ while we were standing there waiting for him to print the contract. I'm pretty sure printing a contract is in fact part of his job). Would recommend some customer service training.Lauren M.
