The headlight switch was loose in the dash and I was unable to control them luckily it was set to automatic mode. The drivers side seat was all weird and deformed. Part of the right front front console was loose and hanging loose on the left side. The roll down door sticks near the closed position. The vehicle drove fine otherwise.

Marvin AI’ve rented a lot of U-Haul trucks. This truck has a lot more wear & tear than most. The drivers seat could not be adjusted when I was sitting in the truck. I had to get out to lift up the release bar and had to tug/push pretty hard on the seat to get it to slide forward. I didn’t check the passenger side. Also, the seat belt did not retract.

Irene DU-Haul at 28650 Canwood St. Agoura Hills, CA is gouging me by overstating the level the fuel (in a 600 gallon tank) at the start of the truck rental. Using data provided by U-Haul, I over-filled gas by nearly 2 gallons. I intentionally overfilled to eliminate paying extra from U-Haul. U-Haul claims I under filled by 3 gallons. This 5-gallon difference demonstrates U-Haul’s attempt to gouge me for gas. Below is the supporting documentation of U-Haul’s overcharging. U-Haul is to refund me the overcharging of $18 + tax. At the start of the day renting from Uhaul I complained the gas level was lower then they reported to be just below ½. My review and supported by my photo shows 1/3 of a tank. They said they corrected it. U-Haul did not provide an updated paper contract showing the corrected tank level. I drove 74 miles (nearly all hwy) and added 9.22 gal of gas for a truck that U-Haul reports 10mpg fuel economy on several locations on their website.

Adele DReceived a 20” Truck with an 1/8 of gas and one furniture dolly despite reserving 2 dollys. The owner could care LESS about the almost EMPTY gas tank and one dolly. He was too busy eating his Pepperidge Farm snacks. “Sir the dollys can’t be reserved only requested” he told me. Well, when I called in I was told they would be available and would be reserved for me. Oh if I gas the tank up I’ll get a credit on my bill. Bunch of LAZY FUCKS. Can’t even fill the tank up for a customer but want to “reward” you because they are too lazy to do the actual work. Terrible experience. Would not rent from there again.

Joshua OPicking up was great. Truck was a little dirty inside (some sand and coffee marks), but clean overall. My dissatisfaction came upon returning. I returned the truck with the exact amount of fuel. The gentleman checking me in was having some issues with his device. The truck had been running for approximately 15 minutes by this time and he told me I could leave if I wanted to and that everything looked great, he was just having some technical problems on his end. I left, and an hour later got my receipt emailed. They stated they needed to add 2 gallons of fuel and charged me for it, after I was told at the beginning it was at the correct level. I am not sure how long he let the truck run after I left (at least 15-20 minutes before I left) , but the bill was passed on to me, the customer, after initially telling me the fuel was good. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Thanks

George FEvery single person who helped us at this location were some of the most genuinely kind people we could have hoped for. This was the most difficult move we’ve ever done and the staff at the Agoura location were legendary. The same cant be said for the moving service i tried to book through the uhaul affiliate website movinghelp.com or whatever. I entered everything they asked, they authorized a charge to the card and then I didnt hear anything all day. So i email to confirm that I could expect movers to come help and they tell me i had no order and that itll only be charged if its successful. LET ME KNOW ITS NOT SUCCESSFUL SO I DONT WAIT ALL F*****G DAY FOR BAD NEWS. The customer service person was awful and unhelpful as well, never again
