Please train your employees to know what they're doing and how to operate the equipment. We spent two hours at this facility trying to hook up the trailer ourselves. The employees never showed us how to hook up our car or tighten the straps. Which happened to be frayed and ripping.BRIAN S.
When I came to return my truck, a female driver came racing through the parking lot several times. I guess she was moving the trucks around but she was driving very fast and dangerously. Not safe!TERRY C.
When I got to the truck the gas cap was off. I asked a gentleman that worked there if that was normal and he said, â€œthey must have siphoned the gas againâ€! I asked if that was normal and he said it happens often. It put me a little bit behind as I had to immediately go to the gas station for gas.Kassy G.

I had a flat the moment I got home with the truck within 10 miles. Was unable to use the truck 6 1/2 hours later but it was too late to do anything at 11 pm. I'm about to rent another truck again this afternoon to move again to our final destination. Is it possible to provide a little bit of credit towards another rental. Gracias por considerarnos. I am a Militray Veteran & Honorable 1 @ that. Day I went to pick up Rental I was wearing Militray Attire & showed Militray ID. I was treated as Suspicious & made to feel as if I had just got Released from Prison like I am some CRIMINAL. I have Rented from other Locations & have Never been Treated nearly Close to how I been treated @ this location. Customer Service is Subpar & if my Credit Card has my Name on it & I show multiple IDs I do Not Understand the Issue. If I was anything Remotely close to any Implied Accusations then why did your Employees take my Money ??? Guess its OK to take peoples money & Verbally accuse them of Grand Theft Auto thats premeditated before Rental. LMFAO if I was going to Steal a Vehicle I definitely would Not be an old beat up UHaul lol.... I would of took a Black Hawk Helicopter from my time in Service or a Bentley !!! Get your Employees in Check should Not be disrespecting Customers nor US Military Veterans.... Horrible ServiceNathan S.

Guy at the counter was awesome but he was a one man show. There was someone in the back that original did the trailer hook up but not really sure of their responsibility. Guy in front was doing it all. I would go back again but they need to add help to the skeleton crew.Louis Q.
Had a few of the steps already completed before arriving so it was a quick procedure to check in and get the keys to the truck. Had about a 10 minute wait when returning the vehicle before someone was able to check it back in.Overall a very good experience in renting the truck.Eric R.

Everything was great except the vehicle needs to be repaired. When I was driving it downhill and had to brake on a winding and curving road, the suspension became wobbly causing the steering wheel to jerk back and forth.Martin P.

I came yesterday to rent a truck, at $19.99, it was about 5.30 pm. I returned the truck this morning about 8.am, with 29- 30 miles, and they charged ne for a U-Haul instead of a small truck, and the total does not match at all what I am supposed to pay. This is not okay at all. Please fix this. Moreover, when I call they put me on the record and they did not answer. That is no okay.Chantal P.
Check the Truck before renting it I almost got seriously injured because entire truck had oil or grease in the whole bed and the ramp and my 80-year-old dad was helping me with the couch and he could've fallen and died I'm very disappointed and I had to waste time and drive back and switch trucks and end up paying for the Extra miles and time which I don't think it's rightElisei B.

Jose the manager in training was very unprofessional. The cargo van I rented was filled with trash and the back of the van was dirty it had wet oil on the floor of the van. When I asked what happened they had no answers for me. I had to help Sonia clean the oil spill/stain it did not come clean. Sonia had to use a moving blanket to cover it. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. Unacceptable.. There were other issues as well..The list goes on of how poor the service was regarding the rental of the cargo van. truck was filthy inside and out, manager was VERY RUDE!! My reservation was to drop truck off in Victorville and the manager said I couldn't take the truck because she needed it the next day. I showed her my reservation she said I'd have to sit and wait to see if another truck comes in! Unbelievable! Talks down to customers and acts as though she is doing you a favor by helping you. We had a van reservation and had a terrible time getting it honored as when we arrived we were told that they couldn't rent to us with an out of state license. Mind you, we dropped off a rental truck two weeks prior that we had driven from WA. We had to go home and bring back escrow paperwork for our Redlands home To prove we had a local address. This was a ridiculous waste of our time.David R.

The only problem I had was when I returned the trailer after hours, I called an 800 number to notify that the trailer was returned, initially it only took a minute for someone to answer but that person said she was going to transfer me to someone to-do a verification, at that point the recording said to hold for the next available person which took over a half hour before. A man answered who apparently could not hear me and after a minute or two he said to call back and try again. By that time my phone s battery was so low my phone shut off. I was going to call this morning to the store but I was tiered and ended up sleeping till after noon.thomas L.

Chase was extremely rude. I told him that the truck was blocked in and he said â€œooh okay, that's coolâ€ then I told him it said we are supposed to skip the line and get a key he responded â€œ you still have to wait in line, do you think a key is going to magically appear?â€ He obviously doesn't have any customer service skills.
