Definitely not my preferred location. Was 45 miles away from the house. As to the location, the staff did everything they could to help me get the equipment I reserved over two months ago, and they did but not without some extra anxiety. Uhaul in general needs to revamp the pickups for customers, or be more accommodating or at least understanding ... but that's not a dig at the pickup location at all.

I would require reciept of gas. I drove 14 miles and went to put gas in as they require full tank. I started next thing I knew, I put in 5 gals. That did not fill it. Disappointed that I paid $25 in gas when it should have been $10

This is the second time I booked at one place than at the last minute told to pick up the truck at another location.

The ac didn't work in the truck. When we tried to check into pick up we still had to go inside and wait in line to get the keys and dolly we reserved. When we returned the truck we couldn't do it with the online check out and we were over charged for a dolly we did not use. Overall the online process is not smooth At all.

If you guys could like look at the mileage on the truck before you rent it to someone else because I only use 9 miles, on the app it said I used 17 miles I took a picture of the speedometer before I move the truck off your lot. Other than that I had a good experience. Gracias

Better comucation between roadside assistance and the store location. Broke down truck was towed to the wrong location and they didn't put a reservation in for the new truck. The time I loss trying to figure that out was way too long. Was told I would be reimbursed for moving stuff from one truck to the the other but haven't received that or any info on how thay works

Agreed to upgrade to the larger trailer, but was downgraded back to the original reserved due to the larger trailer was not road worthy based on lights not operable. Overall customer service was great, the staff friendly, and the trailer I used, perfectly suited for my needs.

As a regular customer who's experienced the different personnel changes at this location, I have to say the transitions have been smooth and the service is still top notch. The new Mgr Toni is very knowledgeable and she is great at customer service!

Well the computer at the front desk kept locking up so I couldn't leave when I wanted to so that needs to be fixed and it was hot in the lobby you need to turn some air on other than that it was a good experience.

I was given an initial price point of 20 for the rental. When I went to pay, it was 120. I was also hit with another fee. I came in for the 20 per rental price and paid 150 for a PICK UP TRUCK. I have friends that have pickups. If I knew I was going to be taken advantage of, I would have just asked a friend or family member to borrow their vehicle.

I had an appointment for 10 am. Was told when I got there at 9:30 am that my car would not be done till 1- 1:30pm. At 1:14 pm I get a phone call from the person that is supposed to put the hitch on. He tells me that they can not remove tail lights to remove bumper and can not install the hitch. I then went to uhaul place to look at car and hitch and after I read the instructions on the installation of the hitch. I had to explain to the employee on how to install it. I was then told that it was past on to him from another employee that told him what was going on. No one at Uhaul took the time to read the instructions. Very poor service.

The truck was in very poor running condition. I asked when I checked out if we were going to inspect the truck the guy said no need to. N never got out his seat, I left only to find the truck when I got to it later after hours to get it n load it the passenger door panel on inside was broken. Like all pressure clips were missing the handle on the door panel also was not secured to paned so u could not use it to close the door as it was intended for. The the metal guid/track strip for the door glass on out side was missing. So as u drive the glass rattles. Also when u shut the door to make sure it is lat he'd cause at first my 15 year old thought it was and almost fell out the door driving down warwick when he leaned on it and whole door opened up. Thank God for seat belts. I don't know I just was not impressed by this transaction. I was only supposed to go less than 20 miles but because of condit of the truck I had to take the truck all the way to my house which is almost 4 miles 1 way cause I didn't trust the door wouldn't pop open on my kid. So that cost me like $60 plus dollars i should not have had to pay if the truck was in proper working/repair condition. I have pictures with time stamps of the damage and would really like a refund for the extra mile usage. I would have never used ur location if I knew they were going to give me a truck with so many issues.
