The truck and the staff were good, the app however the U-Haul app left a lot to be desiredKenneth M.
The equipment worked well however the staff at this location is very ghetto there was a long line of customers waiting when return the vehicle. The young lady who checked me in did not put the amount of miles on the bill that I asked for. Even the reservation that I made was incorrect. Management needs to train their staff properly. I am a regular customer to this location . I recieved a 20 dollar service charge for returning vehicle 20 minutes before opening. Normally they are open at 8 am. And they changed there time to 9 am now. I was very upset to see that. I would like a manager to call me back about this . Don't want to speak to a regular employee about this . They seem frustrated with customers on phone if there busy. Other than that my experience with this location is amazing. Please have the manager call me please!Raymond G.

The staff was friendly and professional. The only delays (checking in and returning) were caused by STUPID customers who could not understand instructions/explanations and who could not follow instructions... and who did not understand the difference between a debit card, cash card, and credit card. --- The staff was very polite and patient (much more than I would have been) and were doing their best to remain courteous and professional. Your customer service center operator called me when I was 5 min away on the highway to another location to pick up the trailer. Not the Warwick people. That employee explained that I needed to now go to Warwick for my trailer as another customer never returned a trailer at the other location. She gave me the street address for Warwick but when I asked her for the town name, said she could not provide that as she â€œwas a bad speller and U-Haul did not pay her enough to spellâ€. Rude. We had pulled off a major highway and wanted better info as cars whizzed by. The people at Warwick we were wonderful. Your telephone agent calling us to change the pick up location was is however a disgrace to your company. Too bad as service was perfect up until we came across her.ALANLOREN D.

Only problem I had, the van was not fueled up completely when I got the vehicle. I explained this to the person at the front desk and she took care of it. I real appreciated this, most people will never trust the words of people but she did. That service will keep me coming more and more for uhaul service. The box itself wasnt in great condition the latch didn't fit well the door was janky, like it had been used too much and instead of replacing it...things were just put on it to make it work. For the most part my items were fine. I was not happy with the way the box was treated. My lock had gotten smashed somewhere in transport, making my key to open it unless. That tells me that that may also assist in my broken items if things were being slammed around. I wouldn't recommend uhaul for cross county moves. There was little to no communication with the company, my box leaving was delayed, but I had to reach out, it was not told to me. I waited on hold for over 45 minutes to request my box to be moved out of storage so I could get my items. I ended up chatting with someone (while still on hold by the way) and then it wasn't even relayed to the location correctly, so they had to reach out to me, to get the day and time I wanted to access my box. For the cost and the pain of communicating I delt with I would use another company in the future. I was disappointed in the service all around. The pick-up location was great and worked with me.Courtney G.
My only complaint is the lady and man who checked me in were extremely rude, and not very accommodating. The manager made things right later,but they need to train their staff to be friendly and kind, moving is already stressful as it is... these people were rude and nasty!
