Unable to get the key. Put on hold for an hour in the late evening hours. Finally had to hung up and go home emptied handed?Very disappointed with customer service. I would rated a number less than zero! 24/7 pick up service is a joke! A disoriented organization with no head or tails

Fix the return process. I busted my ass to get back there on time. I followed the instructions in the pamphlet to return the trailer & was told "Thank you" on my mobile device. I was still charged the fee and now there's no record of my effort. It's super shitty and I'll rent somewhere else that doesn't have this stupid return process next time.

So impressed with the service rep that too my order and gave me a good Appointment time, then things got really good when I stopped in to have my hitch installed, so happy, Charlie

I find it ridiculous that I rent a trailer at a given location, well in advance, confirmation is received from U-Haul and then I have to drive 40 plus miles out of the way to pick it up. I rented the trailer based on it being in Denver, PA not East Petersburg, PA. If U-Haul or the owners of your various locations are too lazy to transfer the trailers, then I think I should be given a discount for doing U-Haul's work for them.

The entire process was very easy, but I had to wait for a half hour to get my truck cause I was #3 in line at 9:00 when they opened , and they had only 1 person to help all customers

I had 24/7 share set up for a 730 pick up and had to wait till 9 when they opened to get my truck rental.

Checking in / getting approved online took about 15 min. By the time it was approved the vehicle I was supposed to pick up was given to another renter. So, I had to get in line in the store. 5 people in front of me with 1 guy behind the counter. The whole pickup process took almost 1 hour - valuable time that you don’t have when you’re moving. General Manager was friendly and helpful though.
