The key for my truck I had to fiddle with it to get it started, the truck's windshield was not cleaned off so I could jump in and go I had to sit there and wait until the windshield cleared the employee credit out and sprayed windshield defroster on it to try and help.

Let customers know if some of the equipment that they ordered in advance is not going to be available. I ordered two furniture dollies and a utility dolly and was told when I arrived that they didn't have anymore. It would have been nice to know before the day of our move that we wouldn't have all the equipment we needed. I was also charged for the utility dolly that was not available.

My location for pickup was switched to a less convenient location. I have used your services with regularity and usually I'm very impressed. This time, however, I was overcharged by more than $65 and had to have my billing redone. Although your advertisement says you recalculate at the end to give the customer the lowest price, in my case you changed my reservation and overcharged me. I didn't appreciate that at all.

We ordered a furniture dolly and one was not provided at pickup.i had to drive 30 miles to a Walmart and purchase one. The truck was okay, ran a little rough and the oil light came on and off. The pick up process took almost 30 minutes as it kept on using up my phone's memory and I had to keep on taking photos of my license.

Very little to complain about. The truck was clean and well-maintained, the rental process itself was very straight-forward, and the gentleman who checked me in and out (I believe his name was Ken) was very polite and helpful, making sure to offer me any blankets or boxes I might have needed for my move.

I asked 3 times for no safe haul coverage. When I left with the trailer there was a $24 charge. I got back he said he would remove it. I got back he said he took it off. I get home and looked at my invoice and there was a $16 charge. Really annoying.

Not add charges that weren't needed or justified only for me to have to come back in and get it resolved. Brought it back with more miles to empty that I left with, yet you still charged me $12 for 2 gallons for gas. Where is $6 gas? I should have been refunded more than my $12 just for the inconvenience of having to come back in.

The ladies at pickup were amazing and the gentleman at drop off for maintenance was the best! Uhaul please take good care of all these employees at that location because you don't wanna lose great employees. The price was great too. The unit was spotless and it was obviously well maintained.

Made prior arrangements with U-haul for a truck and auto trailer more than 2 weeks in advance to pick up at a different location. U-haul still couldn't get it right and made me run more than 30 miles each way to pick up the truck and then to pick up the trailer 30 more miles. Of course the trailer wasn't there and I had to wait again. I will do everything in my power to not use U-haul again, even it I have to pay more

Was at front desk for 15 minutes before anyone arrived. Had to call the store then someone came in to answer the phone. That's when I was finally helped. Then they didn't apologize or anything for the wait or asked if I was waiting long. Not great customer service.

There was a lot of confusion and miscommunication. I never received a promised email, the location for the Sunday pick up was incorrect, the "pick up your truck" link never worked on the website, I was constantly told "not to worry" when I called with these concerns in advance of the pick up date and that everything would happen as promised. Well it didn't, and I was in a full-on panic because I needed the rental on this particular Sunday and couldn't reach a live person on the phone. I was an hour and a half past my scheduled leave time, I had no rental van, and I was on a 30 minute call-back from U-Haul and I was VERY frustrated to say the least. Then, out of the blue Joe called me from the East Petersburg location to confirm if I was still interested in the rental. JOE LITERALLY SAVED THE DAY!! Because of his follow up, we discovered the information originally provided by U-Haul was wrong. He was a true professional, he got everything back on track and made the remainder of transaction as smooth as it could've have been. U-Haul is lucky to have such dedicated and professional employees as Joe in East Petersburg. I don't know what U-Haul is paying him, but he deserves a raise!!!

I asked for assistance putting my car on the tow Dolly for the first time and was not given any. I paid for 3 dozen blankets and was given half the amount. When my order was moved to this location and given a larger truck, I was told I'd only be charged for my original truck size. When I arrived I was told I'd have to pay for the truck I got and I'd have to take it up with u-haul.

We Rented a 6 x 12 Trailer and had difficulty due to the Gate Area having the Back pieces come in at least 6 inches on each side making the back opening being only 5 feet which made it hard to get things in and out. Anyway to change this for the future?

I do not appreciate that the entry and billing process was forced to my cell phone. The whole process was confusing and not transparent. I am sure that I did not approve the Safe Move Coverage surcharge, yet there it was on my final bill, which was not available to me to view at time of order or when I dropped off the truck. I only saw it today when I reviewed the email receipt. This process is for Uhaul's benefit, not mine.

I had a reservation for an 11:30 pick up at a different location which was confirmed in an email. On the day I was supposed to pick up the truck I went to my confirmed location, and there was no truck available. My truck had been moved to another location and the reservation time had been changed, neither or which I was informed of. It was very frustrating to have this happen.
