The Truck Which I rented had a stench of stale cigarette smoke and was very unpleasant to say the least throughout the entire ordeal.$39.99 a day + $149.00per mile is bullshit. So the truck i rented from you had 258970 miles on it so that would mean that your co has made some $385865.32 before rental charges and taxes and other administrative Bull Shit Even Before All the other charges holy shit what a great business plan. why didn't i think of that .

Excellent service , there is no way to ask for better service. I made my reservation night before. Came at 7:50am next day. In like 10 min after I was on my way. Truck was in excellent shape. Almost new , definitely no way I can complaint. If I complaint I would be the crazyheaded because sometimes people always find a reason to complaint. And they don't look at themselves.

My Ubox arrived intact and my property undamaged, (NY to NE) However It arrived 2 days late .And the delivery location was changed twice from the location I originally requested which was 1.7 miles from my house to a location that was 11.1 miles from my house . To a third and final location that was 23 miles from my house. This was done without notification or consent. Needless to say that the cost of renting a van to recover my property from the UBox was more expensive as you are charged by the mile and you must return the van with the same amount of gas as you received it with. I am not a happy camper.

When I dropped off the van the costumer service was terrible because the person don't want to give me any proof that I returned it! Only told me that I will receive a message letter when they check the van! But I returned before 5 pm and now I check my invoice and charge me $20 dollar fee ! So that is inaceptable! Plus that when I try to talk with someone anybody help me to resolve this situation. I am really bad about that! Poor costumer service and charge me extra fee that don't apply to my contract. And you can check the video cam at the time when I was in the location returning the van

Had 1 issue on pick-up. The vehicle was on E for gas. I didn't catch it when I drove out, and had "approved" 1/4 tank without looking, but I had to stop at the first gas station I saw.

Employees disputes are poorly handled -primarily because management is either unavailable or completely disengaged regarding customer concerns. There is simply no incentive for the employees to perform basic tasks such as closing an account or printing a receipt. They don't care; care being the operative word. I would never use Uhaul again or recommend someone else.

Karina Diaz was the absolute best! Had it not been for her things would have been disastrous! My only regret is that I was not aware that I could have been associated with her from the beginning of problems that could have been avoided, like my unit being damaged by water. Instead I depended on other workers that promised to attend to the problem and did not! She is a "Gem" though. Would not recommend anyone I know unless they had direct access to her.

This branch is better organized than the Homefield location. They put a little red sticker on my card that had my unit number. Nice touch. They look like they take covid seriously with barriers and the charge card units 6 feet away from the staff. I really liked the Yonkers location. At Homefield I've had to go to in 6x to fix my card. I hope the 7th time is a charm. Staff allowed a customer to stay in store without a mask yesterday. Horrible. Please get the Homefield location to take covid more seriously there is a rise coming. And help them with workflow regarding fixing swipe cards. A customer should not have to go back 6x to get the same issue fixed. The Yonkers location has their act together.

I had 2 storage units, one for 3 years and the other for 5 years or longer. The facility was ok as far as cleanliness. Could do a better job with extermination- vermin and insects. After emptying my unit, I found mouse droppings in boxes. The elevator was broken for several days which was a huge inconvenience and no compensation was offered. I had to walk up the stairs with furniture. I would not recommend this facility. The rates increase consistently every year and you're at their mercy.

I've had many problems with this place. Its hard to get staff on the phone and if you do get them on the phone, its because they are calling you because you're late on a payment. They'll keep calling back to back till you pick up when they want their money. I've been a customer for years and several times they've done repairs or upgrades and had debris from the ceiling fall all into my unit. I paid my unit late once and they left their lock on my unit for 3 weeks. They charge a "maintenance fee" for cleaning the storage facility but some how debris always made its way in my unit. Especially when they installed the new air units on my floor. This is also not a 24hr access storage facility.

there are ways today to screen people and make sure they don't miss-use the space (sleep over etc.) so that regular users won't have to pay for after hour access or get stuck coz it ain't working.

Facility clean and well kept... just had a difficult time getting in access was always denied on my entry card, which made it annoying when all o wanted to do was get in and get out!! W
