Poor customer service on the pick up of the truck The guy did not even wanted to get up from his chair and show me where the truck is parked after I searched for it 10 mins. Truck was in terrible condition also i had to pay for mileage that i did not drive extra 50 miles that i have no idea where they came from i was overcharged… what a scam. I do not recommended people to use uhaul services from this location.
BOZHIDAR MI was overcharged as if I had the truck a second day, although I was immediately reimbursed, it shouldn't have happened if I was there at 4:55pm asking to close out my yes for the day. I'm sure that this may have happened to others who just don't pay attention. I had to call and get transferred twice and submit a complaint but as mentioned, was reimbursed in minutes. The location had many types of rentals in stock.

I rented a van earlier this summer and it took almost an hour and a half to check out the van, in spite of checking in on line beforehand. They said this was only for that time and it would be much quicker next time. This time it took more than 45 minutes, so I suppose that's an improvement. Still, you can do much better.

Alvin RI love this particular U-Haul site. The service is very friendly. Check-out and return are as smooth as one could ask for. $20/day for a van is cheaper than any rental car place. I am a European who has been living in the States for 20+ years. U-Haul is one of the very few American companies that I love for their service and price/quality ratio.
Jochen AEverything was great. Had a little trouble finding where to drop off the keys during off-hours. The app showed an orange box but this location did not have a box. Maybe better indications. Either wayi have no complaints of the location, staff and/or process.
JAEL HThe only hiccup was that the vehicle that was assigned to me in the app was parked in / inaccesible, but I went inside and spoke to the attendant who was quickly able to switch me to another vehicle.

ADALBERTO GI liked not having to wait around the young lady at the desk had me out in no time even with not having a reservation for the rental she promptly walked me the the process I my phone I didn’t have to stress it and she was nice about it and didn’t seemed annoyed with me at all.

SYBIL GI went twice in four days and encountered the elevator being broken. Since the elevator is vital to moving items this is not acceptable. To me it is a management issue. Maintenance is obviously lacking. It also is not very clean and I am aware there were people living in at least one unit.

ANDRESV GEverything was great, but I do have one complaint. I came in without a reservation and rather than just take my registration information at the counter the staff made me use the app to set up the registration. The AT&T service at this location was spotty and the final image from my driver's license would not upload. The staff wound up entering my info anyway. They could have saved themselves and me a lot of wasted time if they had just been allowed to take my info directly up-front.
ANDREWNATHAN MThe drivers side mirror was not able to be adjusted manually .i had to keep my hand outside the window to keep the mirror face to the traffic. Emily and Hugo at the service desk were extremely professional and a huge help . They are a credit to your organization. Sincerely Chris Taylor

JOHN MDon't add bogus fuel charges to the rental. I drove the truck for 4 miles brought it back at the same fuel level but I got charge for 2 gallons of fuel for no reason.
Adrian GI dealt with2 customer representative. The first one, who initially rented me the truck was not helpful. The representative who was involved in serving me at the time of returning the truck was curtious and more social.

I fell from the storage unit and hurt myself pretty bad. Nobody came up to ask me if I was okay or if I had any help. That's the only thing I wish uhaul had.
