MARIA MThe manager and staff at this location are fantastic. There were a few problems with my truck and trailer reservation from North Carolina. The manager at The Woodlands location solved the problems for me saving me some hassle. I'm very happy with the service and location.

ANDREW SIt was a misunderstanding when we got there the gentleman couldn't find our reservation because he was looking under u haul instead of storage things got out of hand just next time listen more so things don't go sideways we were also told the spot would fit 2 cars and was only 139 but we were charged 151 for 2 spots so a total of 300 was paid just not enough communication between uhal and customer so it was frustrating to say the least

TRACY DThe truck barely ran just by the grace God it did not break down when I had it loaded. Then when I called this location the only thing the lady would even say is "call road side assistance". She would not listen to anything I was saying even after I called her to tell her this truck was not making it back. Then I have other employees calling me asking me why I have not returned the truck after I had already told the woman why but again she would not listen and all she wanted to do was say call road side assistance totally ignoring what I had to say. Overall the experience was crap that said the crappiest part was paying all the money I did for broke down piece of S#!T. Then being expected to just sit around and wait on mechanics and tow truck drivers for something I spent so much money on is a joke. Why should that be my responsibility to handle all that I mean you guys are not paying for my time 6 hours lost. Garbage experience.

KIARA AThe lady who handled customers misrepresented the availability if the vehicles, then i made the reservation online, which she did want to honor, claiming there is no vehicle i requested. When confronted about the $50 compensation she refused, and i had to engage her manager to get the issue resolved. She specifically lied about the vehicle availability, as there was a truck just as i booked. The manager handled the situation so i got what i booked, but it was really an unpleasant experience renting from this location.

You have to exit the freeway, and then you have to pass location because the feeder road is blocked by a median, so you have to go down make a u turn under the freeway, go down and make another u turn under freeway, then you have to drive very slowly. Visibility is terrible. Riki was very nice and helpful

Delton H | Overall ExperienceI reserved a dolly to move a refrigerator and there was not one for me to use nor was there any at the neighboring locations. There does not seem to be a reason to reserve something and then be told when you get there that equipment is on a first come first serve basis.

APRIL CVery difficult location to navigate, but the staff was top notch. Met Rico, and he was super helpful.
JONATHON RRico was amazing and very professional. Second shift guy was rude. Complaining he was the only one there because his co workers couldn't show up on time. Was charged 30 extra dollars for less than 1/4 of a tank when I was given the truck with less than 1/4 a tank. Drove total of 10 miles and was charged 30 extra dollars . The gas needle didn't even move.

JERMONTE EPerhaps when someone rents a dolly, provide it or do not charge for it. That and don't advertise "after hours drop off" if it will cost the customer $20. That is an entire days worth of charges for returning it within the day you paid for.
Kaitlyn SNot much. This was a very positive experience. The rental truck was clean and well maintained. Staff were professional, prompt, and courteous. There were no problems with any part of the process. But if you are specifically asking for areas of improvement, I would point to the vehicle itself. I thought backup cameras were legally required in the US. It did look like the vehicle had a backup camera on it, but there was no screen on the dash. This was compounded by the barrier between the passenger area and the cargo area. I completely see the importance of such a barrier from a safety standpoint. But it made it impossible to use the rear-center mirror for anything besides gross observation (nor was it easy to turn around and see out the back). A functioning backup camera would have solved that problem entirely.

Fany FEverybody gets these vehicles for carrying a different load. Some people have pets with them. It's better to check the car in between customers and take precautions. Owner was a kind and practical man. Thanks for the support in our first u-haul rental.

When I moved in there was a young gentleman that assisted me and he was so kind and accommodating making sure I had everything I needed from checking in my truck to making sure everything was wonderful with my storage unit. When I checked out Mr. Michael was just as accommodating and kind. Mr. Michael offered me water and even offered to sweep my unit for me because he could see how tired I was from the move. Although I swept my own unit it deserved to be mentioned that he was even willing to go above and beyond to be of assistance. This is by far one of the best experiences I've had with uhaul both moving in and out. The staff deserves to be praised for their kindness, customer care and attentiveness in a time where this is hard to find within businesses and people. Thank you for making my transition extremely easy and care free.

It was 2 months before I realized that I was auto paying for the storage unit. The clerk manage to give me back one month but fail to return the first month pay that was taken
Roselin Z | Overall Experiencemy unit was rented out before my day of renewal without I was under contract until the July first 07/01/2023 I came 06/26/2023 notification or simple a phone call will fix the problem i have the rest of my things and have other personal property to putting back in the unit. but when i when someone was already moving in . very poor and cruel action. after been moving and all the hard work and fatigue and the heat to be be back and forth all in vain to drive around the big city of Texas not knowing where to go from one place to another just to put my things ,the clerk he did not care at all he was his washing his hand and telling me it was not me it not my fault .not taking responsibilty for the company that he work .really a bad experience wishing not one to go through it .not ever going back and not the best storage to go .sorry but this was my experience extremely bitter.. bad actitute and bad charater will corrut a company due to bad customer service

JOHN M | Online Move Inme and another 5 people we where in the same zone of loading and un -loading ours belonging at the same time . due to one of the exit door was not working according to the staff the clicker was not working for him but working for other staff the use the door multiples times in front of us it was extremely difficult for all the people that have to move constantly theirs cars to allow others to pass by. it was a horror experience having only one way in and one way out making all us spending more time in the heavy heat of the day. the attendant did choose not to fit his clicker or changing battery or borrow another staff remote control as a customer services to families arriving at the location. customer services was not the best . After more than 12 hrs been driving in the road ,a little compassion would be greatly appreciated it ... that was my honest experience...
