I had a bad and good experience at this location. When I first arrived I pulled into the return area and a worker driving by in a golf cart just told me I needed to take the car off first and that I needed to move. He didn't offer any help and then drove away. I pulled to another area and unloaded the car by myself. I drove back to the dropoff area, and an older gentleman came over to help me. He was very nice and helped me remove the trailer from the back of the truck.

I thought I had made a reservation but I guess I didn’t complete it. They hit us in right away for a hitch installation. They were very nice. There was a constant stream of customers but they remained calm and helped everyone and answered the phone promptly.

Apparently I had two reservations and the original one I had was canceled. I was charged over $500, but was never told that it will be an additional $20 a day after 4 days. I returned the vehicle in TX and it took nearly 35 minutes to get issues resolved with the reservations and had to pay over an additional $200+ for travel. This was an overall mediocre experience. I've used uhaul numerous times in the last with bo issues, but now I'm rethinking my decision.

After my entire experience with Uhaulfor my move I will never recommend Uhaul. Only two people we appreciate and understanding. The other Two people were cold and seamed Like they didn't care even though Uhaul screwed things up. It seamed like the blamed me for Uhaul"s failure. Very unprofessional!

My Experience was horrible. They had me pay for a U-Haul online when I got there to pick it up it wasn’t even available they release the funds back to me then took it right bk that was other issues after finally finding a truck for me when returning they charged me extra money from mileage I didn’t even use the staff was rude. Not organized all over the place . I will NEVER go back to this location! Staff was very argumentative and rude

I don't usually complain but I was pretty upset on how everything ended yesterday. When I first picked up the truck and got the storage unit everything went pretty smoothly. We had initially got a 5x5 storage unit but when in the office and scoping out the model unit we had upgraded to the 5×10 realizing we probably needed more room. The lady at the desk was sweet and she accommodated the switch to the larger unit... so we thought. When we returned to unload into the storage unit we realized the unit was never changed to the larger unit which resulted on me having to go back to the office which was empty and I had to wait for an employee to rectify the larger unit we had initially switched to. The employee helped me out and changed it to a larger unit which I was grateful for. I unloaded the truck and put everything into the new unit. Here is the part I'm most upset about. It was now was after hours to return the truck so I had to do the self check in. I followed the instructions to download the app and return the truck online, however the app kept erroring. Others returning their trucks were met with the same issue. I spent forever retrying the app trying to just be able to return the truck and drop off the keys. I called multiple times to customer service to explain the issue and were met with very long hold times where the phone would disconnect while waiting. Meanwhile I'm in the truck in the AC burning gas. (It was about 95 degrees outside and humid) I got nowhere with customer service because no one was picking up after 15minutes of waiting and getting disconnected. After talking to the rest of the customers experiencing the same issue we all decided to just take pictures of our returned trucks and just dropping the keys off in the return slot. When I returned home I decided to call one last time to customer service. Someone finally answered after another 15mintues of waiting. They said they would notate the account that the truck was returned. Today I got an email confirming the truck was returned but then was charged for 2 gallons of gas which is crazy. I would have never been over the gas return limit if the return procedure worked like it should. Another hour of sitting in the truck using the AC battling the issues I was faced with is why gas was consumed past the returned limit. Overall I am not satisfied on how everything went down yesterday.

More Staff!!! We waited in line for quite a while and then got a text that our reservation would be canceled because we didn’t show up. Once waited on the girl was very slow and overcharged us 100 dollars. Had to have the guy next to her come over and help her try to remove the extra hundred. It was a mess!!! We had movers coming at 8, but at 8 we were still standing in line. More employees would have helped tremendously!

The app sucks too many issues directly why force ur customers to use / app when it doesn't work 100% then your prompt by help desk to use www.uhaul.com when u have an scan code that takes you to app directly connectivity issue HUGE my opinion no one cares then if u don't use your accessed a $20.00 fee that's crazy !! Side note: this location was the third place I was sent. the original drop off location did not open until 11:00 am and their lot was lock so virtual drop off was not an option. The second drop off location was not able to take trailers. Improvement of drop location limitations and receiving hours would have been helpful.

I did have trouble when the trailer unhinged itself from the 20' truck. But luckily it was on the road, no injuries or accidents. The tow personnel did let me know the knob was old and could have failed. I don't think this was the UHAUL employees fault. It just happened and I'm glad no injuries or accidents occurred. I would.still rent equipment again if I needed too. UHAUL staff were very kind and helpful.

Only complete i had was the covered parking Everytime it rained couldnt get inside of my trailer. Would be standing in water or mud. Spot 115 was there for years. Nothing was never done to fix the problem. My spot was not the only one either.

The truck was in horrible shape - missing knob on window stick on drivers side. Driver side door would not close with a normal shit, had slam. Missing window shade on passenger side. Engine light came on about 20 miles from return. Engine sounds awful. Not In a condition to be rented.

For the third pickup in a row, you moved my pickup location from the one I selected, 4 miles from my home, to a location over 14 miles from my home. I drove past 3 UHaul locations getting there. I had an 8 hour drive ahead of me and you added another hour of driving to get the trailer and back. I made the reservation a month ago, you changed it the day before. What is the point of making a reservation?

The staff in the office were amazing, however the management was terrible. While I had the account auto-pay, the amount was withdrawn at arbitrary times. When I tried to get help, NO ONE returned my call. The management NOT the regional management. That is the exact reason I left & went to another facility. When I give access to my account for auto payments, it is a covenant of trust. It is NOT meant to give unfettered access to my personal bank account to withdraw the monthly payment at random times as it disturbs my ability to budget. This needs to be improved.

Troy was very friendly and had me laughing throughout the process. He showed me where my unit was located, and educated me on the process of swiping in and out when I come to my unit. I also had to come back later in the day to drop off the U-Haul truck and the checkout process was quick and that agent was also nice. This location has great customer service.

The whole moving boxes in was a nightmare. Tied to the returning of the truck. The whole return after hours was long. I got charged a refueling fee (when I returned the truck with approximately the same amount fuel). In addition because of the long return process I only had an hour to get boxes in the unit. I used fifteen of those minutes trying to access the storage facility. Finally Adele from UHaul customer service was able to help. I got things situated with only four minutes till lock out time. The storage facility locks you out at 22:00. I finished at 21:56. Yet I arrived back at the UHaul center at 20:01.

If not for Adele (the agent that I spoke with because I couldn't access the storage facility). It took over forty minutes to get through the drop off sequence. It took almost 15 minutes to access the storage facility. I picked up the truck at 18:45. Arrived at the apartment approximately 10 minutes later. It took about 32 minutes to load the truck. About five minutes to add $10.00 (about 3 gallons of gas). It took about 7 minutes from gas station back to UHaul. Took approximately 15 minutes to unload onto the bay. Took an hour to get through the return sequence (on top of which UHaul wants to charge me $25.00 for gas. I received the truck with approximately 3/4 of a tank. I returned the truck with approximately 3/4 of a tank. Wasted precious minutes trying to access the storage area. If not for Adele I'd be sleeping in the car with my mom and son. (It's a VERY small four door car). I barely made the cut off. I finished getting everything into the unit (a 5×5) before 22:00. I actually looked at my watch. It was 21:56 when I locked the unit. But it's not shut correctly. Something was preventing the slide from going into the slot. So I'm going to have to go back at some point today to correct that. Something I don't need on top of the disaster yesterday. I've only gotten about 11 hours of sleep in the last 48 hours. So I didn't need the app telling me they're going to take an additional $25.00, an hour return process, and a storage facility access situation.

No disputes. Just facts. When first moved in.. it was well maintained and clean. Later on, they let people store all sorts of junk vehicles. I was under the impression it was a storage for RV'S only. Was I proved wrong. Did not get the chance to move to the new area. The old was a mud pit everytime it rained. A time or two could not walk in the 2-3" deep in mud. Not to mention the rate increases. Guess that's how they got the funds to upgrade.

I love this U-Haul. First off when I first got the unit the staff was super friendly and super patient and understanding. It wasn't until a week after that I was able to secure the unit with a lock they provided. Then I had cleaned it out and moved everything into another storage unit on the same floor they had noticed. The reason this is awesome is because they called me and did not want me to be charged for a unit I was not using. I seriously would recommend this U-Haul to anybody in need. This place is always helpful with employees who are real kind people. I honestly thank all the employees who work there.

We had the building for 9 months. Once there were roaches in the common area. Which the company cannot help if someone is disgusting. I let the staff know and she assured me that they would put something out for the pest. I also added traps in my unit. Never saw a single one after that. I would see the staff cleaning. I was pleased with the service and would use u haul again.

I expected more security my RV had the Catalytic Converter stolen and U-Haul did nothing but said it was not something they could help with. My insurance covered $2500 and I had to pay $1000 deductible and another $1000 the insurance would not cover. You would think that a company that says they have secure covered storage would take care of their customers property that i was paying them for storage.
