When I arrived I was greeted curtly and told that this location was full and I would need to take the trailer to a different location. I explained that we had a one-way rental contract which specified that we could drop off at Marshall St Location. The agent said "we are full" and turned and walked away as I was asking to speak to a manager. I went inside talked to a second agent (as the first one sat feet away ignoring me). I explained the situation to this agent who also flatly stated this location was full and would not accept the trailer. I explained my position that I had contracted to drop at this location and if UHaul was having parking or capacity issues it was really their responsibility to move equipment to different locations. I indicated I intended to leave the trailer and asked where I should leave it. She rudely told me to unhook it where it sat. Offered no help, did not answer my question about anything else I might need to do to verify the drop off.I went outside and was unhooking the trailer myself when a third agent, named Tara, came out and offered to takeover unhooking the trailer and confirmed the trailer had been checked in. Tara was very professional, was courteous and helpful. The other two were extremely rude and unprofessional. I can not ever remember being treated with such disrespect as I was by the first two agents. the best thing you could do to improve for future customers would be to find more employees like Tara and have them replace the other two.John W.

Have your app or whatever the customer signed into can change or put location themselves!! I called customer service and have YET to talk to anyone!! Also just cause some rents a truck in one location and you decide where it needs to be dropped is not acceptable!! Also, the mileage is determined by pick up to customer address but my storage building was actually further away which after spending a large amount of money to rent, I'm being charged extra on the mileage which is the exact amount of miles to and from my home!! I'm highly upset with not being able to contact customer service!!!Teresa M.

Need to ANSWER the phone !!!! I started calling at 7:05 over 10x and being on hold. And didn't talk to someone till 8:15 when I was told to call at early to check if my rental was ready. The previous renter brought the equipment back the night before with a flat tire. I had an 8:30 pickup time which they had ready. (pressed for time )TREVOR K.

This location was fine, however not very friendly or personable upon arrival. In addition, neither the gentlemen we received the truck from nor the personnel at the return disclosed to us that the gas tank was supposed to be completely full, not halfway full, which resulted in an extra charge for fuel fee. Understandable, yet I would have preferred that to have been explained to us by at least one uhaul personnel instead of again, spending excess money without my knowledge or consent. All in all, I used to have good experiences with uhaul, but in the future I would rather take my business elsewhere.Claire B.
They returned the truck I rented with the wrong milage and gas. So when I rent it everything is off. Gas is also on empty and the female GM could careless. As a mover I always try to stay clear of this place for this exact reason and recommend my customers to use third party dealers. Even with a mobile dispatch I still have to deal with their mistakes. I feel bad for the previous customer because they probably charged him 20K in milage. Not one apology, nothing. As a old Uhaul dealer for 13 years Uhaul wonders why this place doesn't capitalize on their traffic and this is why. Poor management and customer service.JUSTIN H.

Truck was not clean, had almost no gas, and check tire pressure system light came on as I was driving it back to the Uhaul location. Also, they didn't have the dolly I had reserved. After a long wait to return the vehicle, I got my receipt and noticed they still charged me for the dolly -- it wasn't worth trying to get the $7.00 back if it meant having to go back and deal with the staff again!!Deborah S.

I was fourth in line when I arrived at my 7:00pm appointment time. So, by the time I waited through that line and then set in line to get my trailer hitched, I left 40min after I arrived.John A.

Okay please listen to this review. I have used this location for the last four years, and it has always been a great experience. The middle aged Caucasian woman who checked us in/out was absolutely PHENOMENAL. super friendly and kind. HOWEVER the younger African American guy working there was horrible. Literally attempting to start fights with the other worker (Caucasian woman) and seemed like he could care less about having the job. He was even yelling at customers to drive off once he unhooked a trailer. Asked him where our reserved truck was and he said â€œit's not here, go back insideâ€. The unit was in fact there. Again, I love this location, but he needs to go. Many, MANY of the other customers in the store were commenting on his awful actions.William M.
