I reserved online but was told nothing may be available. A smaller & cheaper vehicle became available which was fine. Because of some type of mixup where I was told that I have 24 hrs to return the vehicle, I am being charged a late fee ven after the supervisor called & admitted to a misunderstanding & that I in fact had 24 hrs to turn in the vehicle & not just 6hrs. I will be calling Taylor tomorrow.DAMON O.

I had two different times to pick up a van and l got there at the first time and the said they didn't have my reservation and there was no van this was at 1:30 the second time was at 3:00 but the guy was parking a van so when I came back at 3:00 the same van that he was cleaning and parking he said that was my van because he had made the reservation for a couple of days before I had the same reservation number for both times she would not let me get the van until 3;00 this was a real inconvenience to me when I rent from that location all the time for I uses the van for my Catering JobsMATTHEW A.

Dear Customer Service, I reserved a van @ the Bear location. I received an email the evening before my rental that my location was changed to the Kirkwood Hwy location. I arrived on time and the location was closed. I checked my account for the code to obtain the key to the van. A message was never sent or information to retrieve it via my cellphone. I called the 800 number to obtain assistance. The representative was very helpful & set me up for a 11:15a.m. reservation. Since I had to travel out of my way, I had to pay for an additional 30 miles. I'm so disappointed in the service that I received from U-haul. While I was very happy with this location, I was annoyed with the fact that the original location that I reserved the truck from (closest to my home) ultimately wasn't able to supply me a truck. I reserved a certain truck size a week in advance. On Friday evening I received a call from the reservation line and was told someone didn't return the equipment that I needed. I was given a new time of 4:00 which was a huge inconvenience for my family. Then I receive a text message that my reservation has been changed to 5:30. I called the location and Steven took my information and said he would call me if someone returned the equipment. I needed going to the location around 5:30 pm to pick up the equipment. Donald was helpful and apologized for the inconvenience.FAYETTA H.
We had to wait over an extra hour because the staff didn't see that the truck we reserved was sitting on their lot. Their system said the truck hadn't been returned by the previous customer, so they wasted time calling other locations for a new truck. Finally the previous customer called the store back and told the staff the truck was on the lot. We could have saved an hour if the staff had thought to look out their window. So perhaps you could institute a checklist where the first thing staff does is give their lot a visual once-over.DIANE J.

I had a really bad experience with trucks not being available at time of pickup set me to a different location with the truck was not there talk to someone else they wanted me to go to a location which was about 3 and 1/2 to 4 hour drive to pick up a vehicle was moving had to be out of my house by the 30th of September I had to pay rat for a extra day because U-Haul was unavailable for myself so I could not move out and so the first then when I finally got the trucks it wasn't the size that I needed that I made reservations for then I was called back to bring the truck that is originally picked up station because someone was waiting for the truck what's the office called me and I was wondering why didn't the office still the same for me for the person who had a truck that did not bring your back was very disappointed and U-Haul servicesDESIREE G.

Nikki, who is the General Manager, is a miserable, racist, evil, person, who I would rather not ever deal with again. It is bad enough how she treats whites. However, watching how she treats blacks, customers or Uhaul employees, is one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen in my like. Forget about the fact that her conduct is illegal. It is simply disgusting. I realize you will never do anything.
