Uhaul online get there shit together. If I resevre a equipment online I expect to have it that day and the location I pick. All uhaul has to say is Im sorry but you can drive 20 miles round trip to get one. No discount offered. Yet they will charge the person that didint return the equipment an extra day. The person that made the reservation get screwed. This is my second time this happens to me in 4 month. Will NEVER use uhaul again!!!!!!RUBEN M.

Within an hour of renting the equipment I brought it back saying it wouldn't work requesting to exchange it for a different one they refused and said I could rent another one but I would have to pay for the first rental thought that was ridiculous. Customer service was horrible. The experienced rep was annoyed that people were asking questions, didn't send the proper link to login and had us waiting at least 20 minutes while helping someone else get propane. The location was ok it could use better customer service, I spoke to a lady who was nice and had great customer service today but the day I got the truck the guys in there didn't have much communication skills. Yesterday after dropping the truck off I was put on hold for a long time trying to get info about the paper work that I still haven't received. Also the truck I drove definitely needed an oil change. I am a regular customer to rented a 6' x 12' open trailer and this is my second times had experiencing problems with hydraulic brake on trailers reaction when my vehicle stop at stop sign or traffic lights intersection. The hydraulic brake shucking very hard front to back very times? The first time I notice it after I left from Uhaul facilities something not right with this trailer I told an associate? I return the trailer back and associate exchange with another trailer. Yesterday I rented another trailer and notices that this trailer has the same problems with hydraulic systems and Uhaul needs to step in and do some adjustment with this problems....I wouldn't recommended to someone looking to rent a 6' x 12' open trailer. Due to the sever weather, I didn't go inside and meet any staff because it was closed. The location was very convenient and close to my new location. I did have some trouble locating gasoline due to the weather again and it seems there was a shortage that day and was forced to fill the truck up with Super Unleaded Gasoline at $269 a gallon.GILDA Q.

Rented from here before and was flawless. Weekend crew sucks and leaves the staff that comes in Monday so much to do is why I can't give a perfect rating. Your Monday crew was top notch and assisted me as soon as possible as they were dealing with people not doing their job over the weekend. The 26' van I rented had a bad oil leak. When I started the van the oil light came on almost immediately. When I complained, the attendant mentioned he'd filled the oil, then put two quarts of oil in it. Once the engine was hot, the leaking oil dripped onto the exhaust manifold, and oil smoke would fill the cab when the van was stopped. The steering was sloppy, and notchy and if driven above 60 mph, the van tended to wander around the road. In general, the van was unpleasant to drive, and unsafe for a less experienced driver than myself, to drive; I've driven tractor trailers. Had I not been in a time crunch, I would have taken the van back and asked for another. However, it took more than 45-minutes to check out and I decided I couldn't spare the time.Erik B.

They rep that checked me out was very dry and no help for my first experience. Didn't explain much. Next customer in line got the VIP treatment I only knew because I had to keep going in to ask questionsDavid F.
Only problem I had picking up truck was that another truck was parked too close to the drivers side that I had to crawl in from the passenger side. And being 62, overweight and bad knee's I was not happy about that. Need to make sure trucks are accessible before renting them out.MICHAEL K.

My complaint has to do with the national reservation center that took my reservation for a 24/7 contactless pickup. I was confirmed at a location and was assured the truck would be there and the pickup instructions sent upon arrival. Arrived on time at 8 am to learn that the location I was booked at was not a 24/7 contactless location. After having to dial back into customer service five times I was finally able to get to someone that cared. Unfortunately, I had to go to another location and lost 1.5 hours moving time. The new location was fine, the 24/7 contactless pickup needs work.MORRIS G.

I was with this storage company for 3 year paid monthly . They went in my storage without my consent change the lock left no key . My son had to break the lock . The company change hands so much you don't know how is responsible . For any problems, just glad it's over. And they still owe me money. So can you check on that ... We rented what they called a Climate Controlled 10x10 storage room for $140 per month including insurance because we had furniture and other sensitive items that would be damaged by heat and humidity. We put our things in the facility in May and all summer, the temperature was between 85 and 100 degrees Farhenheit. I have a photo of the temperature gauge they have in the hallway that reads 98º. It was always hot and humid in the storage areas. Many times I went to retrieve things and all the doors to my building were locked. I had to go to the other building and ask somebody to unlock the building. We ended up moving everything to a LifeStorage facility that was always so chilly that we almost needed a sweater when we went in, and it only cost $82 per month. There are a LOT of better options. Do not put your valuable things in this place. You will regret it. The worst part is, it is not even the lowest price around. Not even close. You can get better accommodations for less. My unit had a leak I was in storage unit 0167. This leak ruined a box of my military memorabilia from my time I served in the US Navy. I told the employees about the leak but they didn't seem to care. I just wanted to inform her that I lost items and it should be repaired before someone else rents it. I was pleased with everything service oriented. It was when I emptied the unit, found tons and tons of rodent droppings in the climate controlled, rodent controlled environment I paid for. I lost a lot of clothing, and towels due to holes chewed in them. Thank goodness I did not have much stored there. Your marketing president Gabe Mindieta was so rude and so nasty and so threatening is the reason I canceled my storage unit there after over 10 years because he didn't like me using the dumpster. Kept raising my rates and was full of mice and bugs. When I canceled I had to ask three times to take me out of the system fully paid as they sent collections tactics to both me and my father separately to get payment and then have the audacity to charge by mail with a late fee… I was fully paid, and I was told this was handled, but it was not handled.
