Your mileage charges. I don't know how I could have gone over on designated miles! You should look at adjusting them to where they don't her your customer!!!!!!

Pablo A.Unfortunately, We have not received our receipt as of yet. I asked the young man to give me a copy of the receipt and he said it will arrive in my email in 10 minutes. We even waited outside while he checked the gas meter & odometer. We had a full tank of gas upon return and the mileage was less than (40) miles one-way but he just sat in the truck for a long time and didn't come out of the truck. We had to signal for him to let us know if everything was okay. He said everything was fine but we still have no receipt to show that we dropped off the truck at 4:30pm on today. This is a bit concerning for me.

Philip G.I reserved the trailer from the location that was right down the street from my apt a week in advance. When I arrived there, I was told they didn't have the trailer and that it was at another location. I went to that location and waited in line behind 2 customers and when I got to the desk they also said that they didn't have the trailer I had reserved and that it was at another location miles away. Evidently my original reservation had been cancelled without communication to me and re-reserved at another location. So after going to 3 different locations I finally got my trailer and lost over an hour of moving time.

Christopher G.Make sure the trucks are set and ready to go. The truck that I had was dirty from the last person with trash on the inside. There was barely any gas in the truck when I got in. I also paid for a dolly and it wasn't inside the truck.

Van K.Had to find my own Uhaul truck by walking a lot filled with vehicles to finally ID the right one all the way in the back. Good thing I walked around it to check it because it had a screw in the tire. Then went through the same ordeal to find a replacement only to get pulled over by local police that night for a headlight being out. Poor customer service and maintenance.

The building is trash and the workers (at least the two men who worked 3/26) were trashier, they were not helpful at all, barely even said two words and have no business working in customer service. The truck also ran horribly and the a/c barely worked. Then when you call it's “nothing they can do to helpâ€. This business is careless and it shows, the roof is about to cave in and clearly they don't value customers. STOP HIRING ANYBODY

He stopped what he was doing to help me when the phone rang and the other polite young lady had to answer it. I made me reservation online and they helped finish everything up. I only needed the truck to pick up a mattress that I purchased.

Daominhduy L.When I arrived, nobody came to help with the return. They had profane music playing so loudly from one of the returned rental trucks that it was crackling the speakers. After I found someone to help me, he said I would get a confirmation receipt via email in 10-15 minutes. I never did. I called back the next day and then they emailed me a copy of my contract, not the confirmation of drop off, FOURTEEN times! Pathetic and rude service.

Addie C.The 6x12 trailer had to be serviced upon my pick up arrival. A tire was flat and had to be replaced before I could rent the trailer. A replacement wheel was installed and delayed my departure by an hour. The replaced wheel and tire leaked air the entire 5 days, causing me to constantly have to refill the tire daily. The electrical connector by the surge brake had issues which caused the lights to intermittently work. I had to repeatedly stop and adjust the plug to keep the lights working. The trailer did pull well and did not leak water when it rained.

However, when I arrived, the main building door was locked so I had to wait for somebody to arrive and unlock it for me. Don't offer unit access outside of normal business hours if you're just going to keep the doors locked until after the office opens anyway.

Alfred s. | Overall ExperienceTo start, I called to make the reservation everything was good there, when I went to pick up the truck was horrible, I dont know what kind of people you guys hires, I have been in United States for about one year, and the worst experience I have had with a company. As soon as I arrived to the store to pick up the truck, the system was completely down. Then they checked my reservation and told me they didn't have the dolly furniture and don't have pads; when I made the reservation I have chosen a different place but the lady on the phone told me this place had everything I need; They didn't have nothing there. I was very upset and the Manager JOHN PENA, are you guys sure he can be a manager, he didnt even approach to me to resolve my problem, he just ignored me, you can verify this information with the CCTV system. They didnt bring the truck to me, I had to go out and find the truck by myself, the truck was not clean, the gas it was just in a quarter of tank, this is HOUSTON the distances here are big so I had to stop of the middle of the trip to put gas, then when I checked the storage unit, I have requested to be on 77095 not to the south of the city, So I have to call customer service to fix this problem, at the end it was fixed but I had to deal with a lot of stress because of you. I wont recommend anything from you, or use your services anymore. And please you need to fire this guy John Pena it was not respectful with nothing, how is it possible to have a manager that was not resolving the situations in the store and keep ignoring me all the time? That what you really want for your services?

BEVERLY B. | First ImpressionsWe rented what they called a Climate Controlled 10x10 storage room for $140 per month including insurance because we had furniture and other sensitive items that would be damaged by heat and humidity. We put our things in the facility in May and all summer, the temperature was between 85 and 100 degrees Farhenheit. I have a photo of the temperature gauge they have in the hallway that reads 98º. It was always hot and humid in the storage areas. Many times I went to retrieve things and all the doors to my building were locked. I had to go to the other building and ask somebody to unlock the building. We ended up moving everything to a LifeStorage facility that was always so chilly that we almost needed a sweater when we went in, and it only cost $82 per month. There are a LOT of better options. Do not put your valuable things in this place. You will regret it. The worst part is, it is not even the lowest price around. Not even close. You can get better accommodations for less. Don't even think about putting your stuff here.

I told the employees about the leak but they didn't seem to care. I just wanted to inform her that I lost items and it should be repaired before someone else rents it. I only rented the unit for two months glad it wasn't longer.

It was when I emptied the unit, found tons and tons of rodent droppings in the climate controlled, rodent controlled environment I paid for. I lost a lot of clothing, and towels due to holes chewed in them. Thank goodness I did not have much stored there. I also want to state that the staff was always very helpful and friendly at every encounter but the one when I told them about all of the rodent traffic I had in my unit.

Kept raising my rates and was full of mice and bugs. When I canceled I had to ask three times to take me out of the system fully paid as they sent collections tactics to both me and my father separately to get payment and then have the audacity to charge by mail with a late fee… I was fully paid, and I was told this was handled, but it was not handled. Worst experience I've ever had!!!! Unit E309... If I were on the board, I strongly recommend firing Gabe who is a disaster to humanity
