The staff were extremely helpful in making sure I was able to move in without stress
DANNY I | First ImpressionsWe had to take the trailer to a U-Haul location in Oklahoma because the door wouldn't completely close, which took two hours to fix. On top of that, when we initially picked up the trailer, it reeked of rat poison. We had to spend extra time scrubbing it down with soap and water and using an entire bottle of lemon cleaner just to eliminate the smell. Overall, we're extremely disappointed with this experience. Between the two hours lost cleaning the trailer and another two hours spent getting the door repaired, it significantly delayed our trip.

BRIAN ALast time I rented here, Jan 2024, when I inquired about a dolly/hand truck, they told me they were included in every truck rental. This time, the store manager told me I had to reserve one and they didn't have anymore to let me use! I think for the fee I paid, ALL the trucks and vans should have a dolly as part of the equipment free of charge too. Also need to have 3 agents checking out people for busy times, like weekends, end of month and beginning of month. I waited 1/2 hour to check out!
JANET STruck smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. Employee checking in and cleaning truck was smoking while cleaning and left awful smell. Let front desk know and they responded he does it everyday. Not professional and a health risk to people
Jhony MLocation is very convenient, right on DNT. Was looking for a Pickup truck, but wasn't available at this location. The cargo van had a cattle like odor on the inside. Also few hay strings lying inside. This is the 2nd time I'm observing this at this location. Not sure if uhaul is used to move around cattle.

JOSEPH RI have been using this location for many years to rent vans for my catering business during busy seasons. It used to be so simple and pleasant to go in and work with the great people there. They must be under new management. I feel like I'm dealing with a correctional officer when dealing with (who I think is the manager). She is very unprofessional to the point it is uncomfortable to work with her. I will simply find a new location to work with. I urge anyone who needs to work with UHaul to NOT use this location.

RICHARD BI have an issue with when U-Haul has not maintained their vehicle. I have water damaged contents. Only reimburse was $94 & moving services offered, but I have already moved! I spend over $500 more due to the delays of the truck issues & damaged items due to water damage.

SHARON GTook me over an hour to pickup my vehicle because the front desk people did not know what to do. I came in with an online reservation but the keys were not located in the vehicle. Once I went inside the manager wasn't in a customer service mood to help so I spoke with another employee who didn't know where the vehicle keys were. Then a bunch of customers came in and the employee started helping them while I waited for someone to find my keys and address me. 45 minutes in the employee said well why don't you cancel that reservation and just make a new one. So I did online. Then again the second vehicle assigned to me did not have the keys either. Finally the manager decided to reprimand the employee working in saying well why didn't you just assign another vehicle?! Finally an hour later I was able to get a vehicle.
Dmitriy PRandall was rude. We weren’t sure where the drop box was or how to use it and he was rude and acted like we were bothering him with questions about how to get our uhaul.
BRANDI FTrailer + truck couldn't be checked in separately. Had to leave trailer at location a day before we could unload the truck. So prayed that it showed up that we returned the equipment. I was told "we'll have you on camera if there's a dispute." Not very comforting.

OMAR PReserved my 20ft uhaul weeks before pickup at a location 5 minutes from me, got moved to this location (30 minutes away) because they were supposed to have a 20ft but instead I find out a day before that it is actually for a 26ft. My selected a mobile pickup reservation because I needed the truck an hour earlier than when they opened. When I tried going through the steps to get my key out of the lockbox I received an error through the app and prompted me to call customer service. I was unable to get a customer service rep on the phone after being hung up on twice so I do live chat and she proceeds to tell me that there was nothing she could do because the Uhual store would have to assist me but then proceeded to change my reservation from mobile pickup to in store? And changed my time from 8am to 9am since that is when they open? I couldn't get her to explain why she had to change it but this created further headache between me and the man who would eventually help me at the store. At 8:30, as I am walking around the building looking for someone hoping that someone is there early, my wife sees a Uhaul worker who had actually gotten there early and caught him to explain we had a Uhaul mobile pickup for 8am and he told her to have me come back and he will see what he can do then he turns and walks inside and locks the door. She calls me and I come running back to the location where he was but will not come back out. He locks himself in the store and I am knocking on each door trying to get him to help me. At 8:50 he finally comes out and I explain the situation, I show him the chat between me and the customer service rep and my reservation which showed 8am for mobile, then how the customer service rep changed it to 9am because of a store error. He then tells me that he never got the order and the reason it didn't work is because he never had the key in the box for me and says I'll have to wait until 9am (it was 8:55 at this point) then walks back inside and locks the door. I stand there for 5 minutes and until he unlocks the door and then follow him to his desk where he acts like the last 30 minutes never happened. Once we got through the painfully slow check out process he grabs the blankets and dollys I also ordered, gives me the key but says he is going to move some trucks out of the way so I can get the truck out and he will have someone load the stuff up when I pull it around to the bay. I wait 10 minutes and again he is nowhere to be found and I cannot wait any longer as I have already wasted an hour and half at this point. I go a locate the truck myself, pull it out without hitting anything thankfully, but of course I cannot pull it to the bay because by this point there are other uhauls in the way. So I park far away and see another worker who I loading up other uhauls for customers who are not even there yet and ask him to possibly help me and he looks at me and keeps walking so I go into the "workers only" bay unassisted and just load the dolly's and blankets myself. As for the truck, it was not even clean, I had to clean the inside cabin and the box truck cargo area out before I could even load it. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I also called and demanded a manager the same day and was supposed to receive a call back and never did.

Stephen MMake sure you check the mileage out and that they credit you properly for fuel in. I was charged for fuel and turned it in with more than it was when I picked up the truck, as well, the mileage of the truck out was set 3 miles lower than what the actual miles were resulting in paying for 3 more miles than necessary and 2 additional gallons of fuel.

Carlos DThe vehicle is horrible. Me and my family member have thrown up from Dallas to San Antonio. Driving there was an animal stuck in the engine, bang, maggot, rotten, awful smell, and the fan of vehicle have chopped it up everywhere in engine Bay when I return it the U-Haul person now at the job point cannot even get close to the vehicle without Puking. I do not want to pay for the services requesting all my money back and when they file it complain, it looked like the store manager, and the worker is backing each other up. So I Refuse to pay for the services. I also have a video. Keep in mind when I complain to the manager, she stopped making all kinds of excuse and refused to take her ownership of this problem. Only thing you tell me about is why don't I bring it back? My answer was, I have gone too far and at the time I did not know where this mail coming from until I pull up to the gas station. They also say themselves there's nothing we can do for you. I have to call Road side. assistant that makes no sense
SOMNUK GI checked in online ahead of time. Even though I did this, I had to wait on line for a long time. The U Haul employees were very courteous and patient, considering that everyone in front of me in line seemed to have problems with they're ID's and credit cards. There should be an express line for the people who did the paperwork in advance. Gracias

Joseph SThis location is always unprofessional. I only use it because of its location. This rental included: The attendant could not find my reservation. The attendant blamed issues on the computer station and moved to another station after wasting about 10 min at that work station. She input the wrong vehicle into the system, which took over 10 minutes. Then, when I pointed out her mistake, she blamed it on me. Then she had to start over with the entire process. Again, over 10 minutes. She coerced me into taking the liability insurance, even though my auto insurance fully covers me in this type rental. She said UHaul will immediately go after me and my assets if I damage the van. She was extremely rude when instructing me on inputting my driver's license into the data link The entire process at the counter took over 30 min. When given the key to the van, she said if I lose it, UHaul will come after me and revoke future rental privileges. The link to review the condition of the van was not sent, so I had to go back into the store and tell her to send it. Her comment was "My God"! The van was parked so close to the next van I literally had to squeeze through the opening. I told the outside attendant about it, and he said it's not his problem. I normally don't write negative reviews about any experience, as I realize any company or individual can have a bad day or moment. But this facility continually hits the lowest mark in customer service. Let me know if you'd like my experience with the previous rental at this location, I'll be happy to share.
