Prices are very high obviously than I had the truck it was supose to be for two days and I get a call after one day saying that I needed to bring the trucks back cause there was a reservation for it not ok with that at all not very happy at allmellisa W.

The pins were bent and broke on the lift gate, when I dropped it off it would NOT let me unless I clicked on a cleaning fee if $15. It did NOT need cleaned cause I had already do it took pics and submitted but it still made me click and pay in order to drop off.Faith H.

So many things went wrong, my reservation was canceled by accident by some customer other than me without my permission on my ~$300 rental, so I was returned the money and had to get it UN-canceled. I was sending a liason to do all of the driving and transportation as I was out of state so I called to assure they can still charge MY card and not my friends card. I spoke with 3 seperate people who confirmed they left a note saying they would charge the card on file. They did not... getting the u-haul apparently something was wrong with the order agreement as my friend was given the wrong info for a completely different trailer because they had messed surging up, so when it came to return the product we had the wrong agreement paperwork because our trailer number was not the same. We were sent 4 OF OTHER PEOPLE'S AGREEMENTS if completely different items before receiving the email for ours when trying to return this trailer. It seems like they dropped the ball at every single chance they could manage to do so, so pretty poor.Alec C.

this auto transport was in excellent condition, i have rented two u haul trailers in the last month and have had to travel almost five hundred miles round trip to pick these units up. i find this unacceptable. Everything was clean, safe and accessible. Staff efficient and effective. The only issue I had was that when I rented the unit I only paid for the standard use of hours of the storage unit. I needed to pay that extra fee to access the unit after those hours and it was after normal business hours when I called to add that on. I did reach a live person rather quickly, however they left me on hold for 45 min and didn't really know how to help me.So I suppose that later access just wasn't in the cards for me. Trailer WAS in good condition, generally, but very dirty inside and out. In fact some of my furniture got black stains on the fabric. I realize it's a rental vehicle, and I don't expect it to be perfect. But some basic cleanup â€" washing the interior of the trailer, as well as the exterior, is not difficult to do, and very appealing to someone that's considering paying a fair amount of money for its use. It's like someone giving you a rental car that's not washed, has trash inside, and generally looks beat up. It would be a bit disenchanting, to say the least.roger J.

I only wanted the Uhaul for 24 hours, I was charged for 3 days.They said I wasn't able to rent it for one day! I never heard of that!! I had to drive for 8 hours with my emergency flashers on, because the lights on the Uhaul trailer went out. 15 minutes after I was on already on my way home from and to Wyoming.I had to buy a extra light and connecter for the trail and that wasn't the light problem have my hummer. I even had my light connection tested/checked on my hummer . It was all working correctly. Imagine getting caught in a snowstorm with no lights and hearing a flash or blink on and off for eight hours! I won't use Uhaul ever again. After this! Picked up from the Williston location and was told everything was good to go. After loading the trailer, we double checked the light hook ups to find out that it wasn't ever connected! We had planned to leave early AM so lights on the trailer was a must. Thinking it would be a quick â€œjust plug it inâ€ fix we realized that our truck needed and adaptor. Nothing was open at the time we had planned to depart so we were delayed SEVERAL hours, thus starting off our trip on a very sour note.Melissa A.

The day and night before our original drop off date Williston got snow and lots of it. My Wife had never driven in the snow/ice. Being a truck driver for the oil fields I'm used to it so I didn't feel comfortable having her drive the truck empty with an empty car hauler behind it on the icy roads. I had to work an unexpected 48 hour shift so the truck was returned 2 days later out of caution not convenience. We communicated all the to the drop off location and Asia's answer was â€œreturn the truck in an hour and a half or you'll be charged!â€ So at drop off I had $132 charge on my account and another $50 charge (never even got a receipt for that one!). Two days later $108 was refunded back to me. These people need training on how to treat people! I'm still not understanding what the extra $50 was for and why I wasn't refunded the entire $132!Brandon S.

I drove 11 miles total and I did not look at gas gauge. I noticed how low it it was and called the store immediately. They said they get lower gas mileage. I was In a new pickup truck rated for great miles to the gallon for a load that probably weighed 300lbs total. I run a food trucking/delivery company with multiple styles of trucks so I know mileage and how to look the type up. I put in 5.03 gallons on way home. I stopped on purpose at that and brought it back and your store still wanted to charge $7.53 on top of it. That truck used less than a gallon with me in it. They removed the $7.53 but this was not the first time I heard of this from Uhaul and this location. So this brand new trucks mileage was less 2 miles to the gallon according to them. So I wasted $15 extra on a vehicle that you all can't fill up properly or check it's gauges. I showed receipt to a gent for the gas transaction. She was nice and just following her job(new agent from when I grabbed it 4 hours before)Dustin K.

I did not even have to get out of my vehicle to do anything. She inspected the trailer, and to my surprise had it all disconnected when she handed me my receipt and told me you are good to go. I can not remember their names but they were both great. The newer gal was EXTREMELY nice and got help if she didn't understand. That was very important to me, she was making sure everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately after hours we struggled with the website, BUT, they were super accommodating the next morning.
