Great Customer Service. Anny and her team were great. She was very helpful very nice. I know I was probably being a headache with all the questions but Anny took the time to answer them all and made me comfortable from the information I received. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer

Kiddos to Anny M.!!! Awesome employee. Like every U-Haul I've been to, the location goes from dead to super busy in 10 seconds and proper staffing is understandably difficult to manage. On my two visits here, not only did it become extremely busy all of a sudden, there was literally a difficult customer and another, likely schizophrenic, man carrying on about his life of being under surveillance by foreigners and the FBI. Despite the chaos, Anny was very professional, courteous, and friendly, both behind the counter and when handling the equipment. Anny kept calm and just took care of everything, including de-escalating/calming the difficult customer in front of me. I had a most pleasant experience talking to Anny. I hope U-Haul recognizes and rewards this kind of work-ethic and general demeanor.

ARMAN A.Took forever to get the truck. The customer in front of me, they couldn't find the keys to their truck. The delay made me late. The truck had ashes in the ash tray. It wreaked of weed. The inside of that windshield hasn't been cleaned in ages. The truck was obviously not cleaned recently and in this day and time is troubling. I described it as being in a Motel room that had been used by dozens of people and not cleaned.

ROGERR L.Three things happened with my reservation. 1) I have reserved the furniture dolly which wasn't available at time of my pick up. I have to buy brand new one to finish my move. 2) The gas was below the quarter tank but the reading said it is above the quarter tank. 3) Finally, this is most important thing. I rented the one way truck and I filled the full gas tank, just wanted to feel safe and not to stop in between and by the time I reach my destination the gas level is close to three quarters of tank. I lost close to 12 gallons of money. I Know it is written in the contract that UHAUL is not responsible for the extra gas but there is some clause for these kind of situations. I called customer service and they were not responsive as well as they were referring back to the contract. I feel if this is the case may be you should the low gas charge as well to make it right for the customers. Apart from the above three, every thing else went fine with my reservation and truck was good as well. I hope UHAUL will make some kind adjustments to the contract in future to help customers.

TREVORM K.Frankly, the app based rental pickup was an abisimal nightmare, that i will never repeat again. Making me re-enter all my information while standing in the parkinglot is unaceepatble, that all should have been handeled before i arrived. It was such an abimisaly painfull experience that was slow and eventaully errored out that i went into the office to have them manually process my reservation / pickup. Comimg from someon who works.in IT / retail and knows the technology can do better, and what a proper customer experience shoild be this gets a heartfelt. Get your app right or get rid of it, in its current state its.doing your brand image more damage then good. The next time I need to rent equipment I will be doing my pickup through the office directly

Harry Padadakis , Exhibits tremendous customer service in place of Annie. Only thing that needs to approve on is the 24/7 Availability of renting a truck. Stephen S.Have used this placed before and it was excellent this time horrible. No one was at the front desk for 20 minutes took it upon ourself to go and look for someone. Finally found someone and the equipment was not check in. Had to wait for the trailer to be looked over from the previous person strap was broken then had to wait for it to be repaired. The clerk was to busy texted and continued to text while waiting on customers. Took almost an hour from the time the reservation was supposed to begin to even get out of the store.

Jon V.1. I was incorrectly changed after hours return fee, despite the fact that I return the key in person . I did get a letter from the general manager Andy Martinez saying the the $20 has been reimbursed. 2. The odometer was egregiously off and showed twice the milage that my iPhone GPS showed Is there was no way to dispute that? Even though I raised this in complain# 308-9159, I have not heard any feedback on this. 3. The Uhaul center has a very narrow alley leading up to the parking lot. A lot of UHaul trucks were parked on the side to the alley, resulting in a logjam. We had to wait 15 mins for the staff to move the vehicles around, just so we could drive out. Overall it was a terrible experience.
JOASH V.This was very poorly handled. I booked a one way rent from Stamford CT to Ewing NJ. When I arrived at the Stamford location, I was told that the reservation wasn't "registered in the system". He called someone and then told me that the trailer was only available in White Plains (40 mins away) and that I would have to return it to White Plains. No apology. No sympathy for the fact that the change was massively inconvenient. No customer service at all.

ANGEL M.My vehicle mileage was off by 85 miles, The gas I was told 1/4 tank, it was on empty. I had to stop for gas right away which slowed down my business. I was told I would be reimbursed, not so. And I was asked to ,bring truck back with 1/4 tank for which I received no credit. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years this was the worst experience that I have had. I used nyour app to report mileage and gas but that is a project on it's own.

I still went with unit because it is a little more space for me to go through/organize my stuff & I don't have to climb (It's ground level).... :"t's complicated" at home. My only comment about the facility itself was I wish it had more climate control. There is another self-storage location about a 7 min walk from this U-Haul but I had a bad experience with them before they changed hands. Part of the bad experience may still have a unit there so I am not comfortable using them which Is why I'm using this U-Haul location.
