I called and told the office staff I was moving out and they told me I would not be charged and I was the day I moved out and they would not give me my money back. I don’t appreciate it and it’s poor communication and customer service. I would like my money back because it’s not fair that uhaul had poor communication!!!!!!!!
Check tire pressures, 20psi in 1 and another was low as well. Trailer handled poorly, even after filling tires to correct pressure. Trailer was loaded properly, have never had an issue, many years of experience loading..

Simply Professional in all aspects!
I was greeted like I was an old friend. I had to extend the U-Haul rental everyday due to the movers changing plans at last moment. I received my free storage and the staff was exceptional and very courteous to me. The female that answers the phone at this location is very professional and had the paperwork ready for me when we arrived. Thank you for making moving almost a pleasant experience.
Great service
I could not have asked for a more helpful and professional staff with my motorcycle trailer rental. Having been my first time pulling a trailer, they were patient and meticulous in explaining to me how to properly load and drive the trailer with my bike in tow. Great prices, excellent equipment and a helpful staff will bring me back for all my trailer rental needs from now on.

Make sure there is a strong enough battery that doesn't die on the renter twice. The roadside assistance takes 2 hours to respond.

I've always seen this facility and have rented trucks from them in the past so when I went to get a storage unit originally reserved with a different facility I went there by mistake but it was a good mistake as I feel I got a better deal.. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable..I also like the fact that this facility has an alarm on each individual unit. Thank you U-haul for a wonderful experience

The employees were friendly and courteous. It was such a long walk to my storage unit that I pulled a muscle in one of my legs. It would have been nice to have a motorized cart for the elderly. Seniors should be offered priority on easy acsess units..... Other than that, excellent service.
My experience with U - Haul was extremely pleasant. The staff was very professional, friendly and courteous. This was my first rental from this location and it will not be the last. Keep up the good work!
The process for mobile checkout was tedious and not clear markings.
I stored my things from 2016-2020 the increase every few months for “pest control” was ridiculous especially when I cleaned out my initial unit 219 and saw several dead mice. Some had eaten through some of my belongings. Then I moved to a smaller unit 226 because I only had a few things to store and after only being in that unit a month you charge an increase for “pest control” . Thank fully I no longer need your services because you definitely price gauge and don’t deliver. My initial unit 219 was also broken into in 2017 but I was being upcharged for “security” and maintenance of the lighting and pest. What a joke

Review and rethink your rental policies! As a hardworking PROFESSIONAL looking to rent a van for a few hours I shouldn't have to call my boss and interrupt their family time on the weekend. That's a very ghetto policy. I work with high level professionals and their personal time AWAY from work on weekends is valuable. Furthermore the self-checkout policy to avoid this problem was inoperable over the weekend forcing me to deal with a clerk that overcharged me for the rental. Based on this experience alone I'll do everything possible to avoid renting from Uhaul if this is what I have to deal with.

Very rude and hateful. Trucks everywhere and you could not even pull in safely. Lady in office was terrible! Had me walk around entire yard looking for her “little guy†to give the keys to. I would appreciate a call from corporate to discuss. This place is unbelievably bad.
The staff on 10/17 did not assist me efficiently as I would hope. I walked around searching for this elusive qr location code for more than half an hour. I kept coming back explaining that I did not see it, and that I needed to be somewhere soon.
Horrible customer service and experience every time we use UHAUL. We will no longer use this service in the future. Blessings

This was the worst experience of our life. First the reservation wasn't what I put in so I had to pay more than expected. Then once we had the truck loaded it wouldn't start. I went to your website to get roadside assistance. That was useless. Finally I got someone on the phone at roadside assistance who helped us. Was told it would be 90 minutes. Turns out we had to wait 6 hours. Then when I went to turn the truck in they wanted to double charge me because we didn't bring it back the same day when we were told we wouldn't. I really doubt I will ever use UHaul again. The local people were no help. Horrible customer service.

Friendly, courteous, efficient! Couldn't have been any easier.
Our truck broke down- after only 30 miles of being driven oil gauge prompt low oil then no oil. As a result we lost about 5 hours of moving time, and had to empty out the trailer and put our things on our own trucks. The store did cover the charge for the truck and all I was responsible for was the mileage and safe insurance but nothing can compensate the hours lost and labor caused due to mechanical issues.
Did not receive my Refund I was told I would get back and did not so I was out of $100!!! But they were nice..

We had to go to three locations to get the right truck after having it scheduled in our city.
Move out request was on 08-10-20. Was charged for 08-13-20 thru 09-13-20 when in fact my request for move out was before this. Got emails for late notice. When I called to see what what was going on still not clear. Walked in and another lock was on the storage that wasn't mine I apparently got charged for. Had to talk to someone again. And 17 days later finally clear.
It was a very comfortable truck to drive. It was clean and very nice.

The sign said to wait in the truck, but no one came for over 25 minutes. I went inside and stood in the line of people who had come after me. The cashier was friendly, but said she was there by herself. The signed should be covered then.

I've been using this location off and on for over 10 yrs, as well as my family, even before the mgr. Leticia came on board. I have only had great experiences.
Yall need a gate for the amount of rent people pay to store their belongings here. Your units are way overpriced. I got 2 storage rooms somewhere else for less than half of the one 1 had here.
There were rats and pest in the storage. The staff always seemed angry all the time. I would not go bk to uhaul in my life
I appreciated the most of the 7 years was the fact that U-Haul worked with me and not against me. I didn’t lose anything. Everything was where I remembered.

This is my 3rd year using this location and I've never experienced any problems. Excellent facility and service as well.
This is the second time that I've had my stuff in storage there I go there because of the great customer service and I feel secure when I'm there everything is well lit the people are wonderful especially Leticia and when Christina was there also I recommend this towards to everyone the people there are great management is the best

The 10x14 unit we reserved online was no longer available when we arrived on schedule to sign the contract. We had to rent a 10x10 and will now need 2 units to fit our needs. Bad business practice!

The only suggestion I have is to include an upright dolly for customer use along with your flat dolly's. Some items too heavy to lift up from the floor when you have no upper-body strength.

The customer service was great Letecia always does and excellent job to satisfy everyone. I never had a bad experience with this location since Letecia has been here. I just got a bad running truck.

Entrance door broken, which made it a fiasco trying to access our unit with our card. We were highly satisfied with the business until this visit. Moved from the area was the reason for closing unit.

I live in Utah and have never used this Uhaul which is apparently in Texas??? I hope none of my cards were hacked???
I moved out of my storage section on 5/26/18, and was told I do not owe anything, yet I am getting emails that my payment is past due and I am being charged late fees. I need this resolved.
