only one staff member at the site. The uhaul APP experience to more quickly pickup my rental was a complete fail. I got there and logged in and it said my rental was not ready. So I go inside and after waiting for 20 minutes the lone staffer had to ask me all the same rental questions again. total fail.

I have no suggestions the staff is polite, efficient, and work very very hard. I would give them a grade of A+. PLEASE TELL THEM WHAT A GREAT JOB I THOUGHT THEY DO AND ALWAYS DO , I ONLY RENT TRUCK FROM THERE, I GAVE UP ON PENSKE BECAUSE THE SERVICE WAS FAR SUPERIOR AT THIS LOCATION.

The truck had very loud exhaust leak that was not only louder than the radio, it dramatically affected the fuel consumption. I drove 39 miles and used 12 gallons of gas. Also, I remember the per mile rate when I booked online being advertised at .79 per mile and I was charged 1.29 per mile upon vehicle drop off. I have rented two trailers and 1 truck from your company just in the month of August alone and feel very confident saying that I will never, ever rent another piece of equipment from you again.

After 3+ hours the "technician" gave up on installing trailer wiring for my newly installed U-Haul trailer hitch in my GLK350. When I showed dismay about the work I also found that the employee would get up off the garage floor and without seat protector sat with dirty pants on my light colored seats. Additionally, no protection was used against scratching the paint as the technician would have keys hanging from his belt between him and the car. Absolutely NO respect for the customer's vehicle! Job never finished. Would not risk my vehicle in their hands!

One worker. Line of people waiting. No joint inspection of vehicle. Sent out to find the vehicle by myself. I advised that I had a flip phone, not tech advanced, suggesting that I would not be able to photo and send ODO reading to finalize the mileage and that I would not pay $20.00 because of it. Final bill and receipt sent and it included a $20.00 fee. POOR!

The service was slow. Other workers refused to help the 1 worker in the front, even after they had asked for the people in the back to cone forward to help take care of the 6 people that showed up. Had to wait 40 minutes after my reservation time. I would go to another location to get quicker service, which i had at other locations in western mass

I called Saturday & spoke with a pleasant lady who helped make my reservations. Unfortunately, it was followed by 2 very rude young kids at the front desk for our check in who clearly hate their job.

The units were clean and they have gutters so if it’s raining your stuff doesn’t get wet when you open the doors. Little on the high side for cost.

Your "President " Jerry Ouilettte should be ashamed to employ Greg Bonneau in a managerial position. Greg is rude, sarcastic and cares nothing about customer problems. Unit full of rodent droppings.
