truck was covered in bugs and dirt, but when you need a truck you take what is available. Truck was so low on gas I had to fuel it before we could use. Both of the individuals we dealt with were prompt and courteous and handled check-in and return quickly.William B.

The truck I rented was horrible. It was clean but it drove like there were no shocks on the truck. It shook and vibrated so badly that when we finally arrived most of my furniture and boxes were damaged. Very disappointed!CASEY W.

Truck is starting to show its age. Ignition switch constantly turns when the key is out. Bell will not turn offBILLY S.
I reservation for the truck a week before and when it was time to get it they changed the location to pickup and then it went back to the first location and didn't have my truck ready then told me go to another place and they didn't have a truck there ... they didn't know where to drop the truck off when I asked ... I didn't find out till way later... I was supposed to pick up at 8 ... I had to drive from macon to Warner Robins to get a truck... didn't get back to start moving til 11am ... so I'm not really happy with the overall experience and no one apologized or Compensate me for all the time wasted and gas I spent to pick up the truck. And if you check the truck return I had over a half of a tank of fuel returned and started with 1/4 tankRANDY N.

On 2/9/21 I checked out a covered 5X8 Trailer. During the checkout process the attendant requested my Driver's License which wasn't a problem. My concern is a picture of my license was taken on a cellphone. In this day and age of Identity Theft, I don't think that is very safe. I should have asked but didn't if it was a personal cell or company issued. In either case, it's a security risk. While I know nothing is 100% please provide me some degree of assurance that my data won't be compromised. How is my personal information protected?LARRY L.

W. Golden must've misunderstood me bc I rented for 2 days and he only put one. It cost a customer of mine that I moved (I was told it would be $30 for the extra day) $40 EXTRA...never had a problem with W.G. so I'm assuming a simple honest mistake. Love his speed and professionalism. The Watson Blvd store is...."a little rough around the edges." They are very fast and prompt it just seems everyone is always uptight bc of other customers. Keep up the good work! I vote for Mr. W. Golden for a raise or promotion! ðŸ˜ thank youWILLIAM W.

The van had a noise inside when running and it smelled horrible; I sprayed inside but the seats and the inside smelled so disgusting could not wait to turn this van back in. The employee that checked me in, and out was very professional. I booked online, which sped up the check-in, and check-out was fast and easy. This the third time I have used this facility in the past 12 months, and will be using them again in a week. It's not the closest UHaul location, but the service I have received each time will keep me coming back.David M.

I was overcharged. I know where I drove the truck and it was not what i was charged. The location was not even willing to try to correct it. I only rented to move some furniture which should have only been at most 50-60 miles and I was charged over $200 on what I was expecting to be around $70.Kelly H.
Owner is extremely rude and was motivated to double book the trailer I used. He tried telling me that I had to bring the trailer back before 3pm on Sunday and said that's how the system works although i picked up at 7am on a Friday and purchased it for 3 days making it not due back until 7am on Monday morning. He wanted to book it for someone else the same day instead of giving me the liberty from my purchase to bring it back anytime before 7am before being charged an additional day. He tried threatening me with being charged anytime after 3pm Sunday not knowing that I was aware and informed of the REAL uhaul policy. Take your money to an honest location at least. The owner, Mr. Golden, has no integrity and was extremely rude during my entire experience. I was very grateful that one of the other employees was there to return the trailer when I arrived so that I did not have to deal with him.Steffon B.

The young gentleman (Cal) was hooking up my brand new trailer lights to the uhaul and broke my ground prong. (I physically saw him do it) This made the trailer lights not work. I had to take the vehicle back to the shop and have them cut off my brand new pigtail and install a jumper with butt connectors. It looks terrible now but I did not have time to install a new one. We were behind schedule and this caused a 1.5 hour additional delay. Not to mention I had to pay $25 to have the pigtail installed and now it looks horrible.Billy M.

I hate everyone who work in this particular location specially the property manager name Mr William. He was very rude & not very helpful nor friendly. People who work under him were ok but still not happy w/ them. I had my household in this property from August 29 2019 & was still planning to keep my belongings until I couldn't take it anymore. I feel like I'm being watch each time I check my unit. I was planning to stay but it was way too much for me. I will never rent with any uhaul property in the future because I had bad experience even when I call the call center. They also rude & I told my family member not to deal w/ any Uhaul businesses.
