Being received in the state of Montana by this facility made me feel warm and welcomed. The staff was extremely helpful, offering assistance with unloading and explaining our options for storage space at this and the other location in the area. I am very grateful to be able to interact with the folks at this location in the future whenever visiting and accessing the items I have in storage!

Every time I have been to this location there are huge lines and lots of waiting. Always under staffed. However, the young lady that checked my trailer in was very prompt and polite. Knew exactly what she was doing and in all truth probably the best employee there.

Clerks should concentrate on customers not whether or not the till balances. At drop off, would help to check the vehicle in when the truck arrives. WE WERE MORE THAN ON TIME BUT LEFT WAITING 15 MINUTES. My time is valuable, too, and we were not late.

Employees at this location dont answer the phone. One male employee uses only one-word commands to customers (me) as if actually talking to a customer is too gard, too distateful to him.

To charge 27.00 when they said 20.00 for 1/8 of a tank and gas prices were 2.63. Its basically a RIP off. Overcharge for gas.

Jackson went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and correct computer error of incorrect size on available unit to avoid what I would consider "bait&switch". He used his own resoures to correct "

The manager, Jackson, was very personable and professional. He seemed busy (a brisk business), yet moved in a relaxed but efficient manner. He was helpful when meeting little obstacles (hitch fit).
