Better training for the representative. He really did not know what he was doing. He also needed my husband to help lift the tongue on to the hitch and pullit sideways 10 feet because of how it was parked. If I had gone to pick it up by myself that would have been a problem.Mary B.

It took a long time for registration requiring two licenses and a reference from a third party individual to complete registration. That is a bit extensive considering that all parties were Wisconsin Wausau residents. If a single person without family or relatives or dependents wanted to rent a truck with an approved credit card, would they be not able to? Be allowed?James W.

The worst customer service I think I may have ever had anywhere. The guy at least apologized when I came back but the girl that works there clearly didn't want to be there and was incredibly rude. I'm not going to waste my time with everything that was horrible. I just won't be coming back.James L.

First of all we requested a 26 ft uhaul. It was covered with snow...no attempt to at least get the snow off the doors or windows. The back of the truck was filthy with small round pads and cigarette butts. We had to sweep it out before we could even use it. The customer service when we picked up was not good. I get every one is short staffed but that doesn't mean the service needs to be crap or we have to deal with rudeness. The gal who helped us seemed like she had a hangover. Just not right.Ashley H.

I had a really big problem with extending my use of vehicle. On line didn't work. This location could not do it. Call forwarded to next manager somewhere else could not do it. I paid for a 24hr rental of a trailer and had it reserved ahead of time. When I got there I was informed that location does not allow after hours drop off so I only was given enough time to moved one load before I had to return it before 5pm. If I knew this before or when I reserved I would had made plans to move a different day. This location was the only location within 50 miles of my location that had the trailer available. I now know to only rent from my local place in Antigo as he allows after hours drop off. I feel I should receive a partial or full refund as I no have to figure another day to complete the move.Travis B.

It didn't affect me, but the other computer terminal kept crashing and locking up for the customer next to me. I was promised a 26' truck and ended up with a 20' truck, because that's "all he had available." Since, I set everything up 2 weeks ago that's not acceptable. It would also have been easier to pick up and drop off the truck at the Weston U-Haul, rather than the Schofield location.Terry F.
I reserved a 10' truck on line 3 days before the move. On arrival to the U-haul center, I was told I would have to accept a 15' truck at NO reduction on rental fees. I ended up taking a van instead. I asked about the U-haul $50 guarantee, I was told I didn't qualify because they had other equipment I could use in exchange. I just couldn't get the equipment I reserved under the guaranteed reservation.Thomas S.

The location both in Schofield and Leesburg, FL are very hard to get in touch with. The local number never answers and you get sent to the U Haul general operators who you have to wait a long time to get through to and then they sometimes don't follow up with the local offices. Overall our experience was satisfactory other than the communication issues. Please work on that.Sue Z.
