The unit was not pulled up and ready to go. Had to pull truck out of tight parking space.

PATRICK DOnly nitpicking at this point because overall experience was excellent and that would be to spray the ratchet strap mechanisms with some lubricant on the car dollies.

David KHow would I know if the facility was clean or not? I have not been there yet. It took me almost 3 days to get the storage unit because the link they kept sending to my phone didn't do nothing for me, but make me go round around. It's been nothing but a hassle. and I've had to rerun the truck because it's been so cold out. I can't find nobody to help me move.

antionio wThe only thing I'm not happy about is , I told the guy when I brought the trailer back that I didn't use the furniture pads. He said he would send my adjusted receipt. But I never received credit for the 2 bars of pads I didn't use.

THOMAS SThe place to enter wasn't clear and it's on a busy street. There are multiple points of entry, vehicles parked along the street, and then a wide area with curb that doesn't have vehicles and it's even more confusing because of the storage units. There's just a lot going on visually and there's a lot of traffic. For someone dropping off a rental that is unfamiliar with the city-- it's stressful. Update the "enter here" sign with a giant arrow like the big boy sign or find a different place for all the trucks along the street. I recieved friendly efficient help, the rating for the guy who helped me is five stars out of five but the lot gets two stars.
LAURA MPlease MARK THE TRAILERS that can't be moved outside of the area. It is confusing and even the attendants don't know the difference at times.
KEVIN Ktrailer broken u haul could not fix it at that time used it broken no refund no money off has said last week when I rented it it needed to be fixed bronek rachet strap could only hold 1 wheel down on trailer.

JAMES KYes, we rented a 5" x 8" trailer that we pulled with a Toyota Rav 4. We used our own ball and hitch. The noise while pulling the trailer in the vehicle while the trailer was empty was insanely loud and we drove over 130 miles trying to make the best of the loud noise. When we returned the trailer, the U-Haul staff told us our sleeve likely did not have a tight fit and that was the cause of the noise. My suggestion is to provide customers a list of what might be causing a loud noise and how to remedy it. ¡Gracias!

FUE L | First ImpressionsAttention to detail & follow through. I came back to this location after I made my initial reservation to make some minor changes. I was not contacted 24hrs before pickup & when I checked the app to confirm my rental I noticed that those changes were not implemented. I had the wrong size truck and # of days it was assigned to me. Luckily an employee fixed the problem before pickup, but this extra stress does not help; moving to another state is stressful enough.
Matthew BThey showed me the keypad inside the building to login for the day but they forgot to show me exactly where outside the building it was to log in for the day. And calling the helpline for U-Haul wasn't very useful because the person couldn't tell me where that other keypad was to log in for the day we had to search for it.

SANDRA LPlease refund deposit money sooner. I had a $100 hold put on my card that I was told I was going to get refunded and I am still waiting for that. It is very frustrating and it makes me not want to rent from u haul.
COLTON LWe had our rental for Friday morning at 7 a.m. We traveled from the Northwoods area (an hour + away) to pick up the cargo van and no one was there. Business hours stated that they do open at 7. Waited until about 7:45 before I called UHaul who proceeded to tell me to grab a key from the lockbox. The locks were frozen over and couldn't open. By the time everything thawed, it was 8:45 that I had keys in order to grab the cargo van. Multiple people came up to me and my companion asking if we worked the facility. At 8:45, there was still no one at the store and multiple people were waiting. The van itself was in great condition. We did what we needed to do and returned the van quite early (Sunday by 11:00 a.m.) and had no issues. Would I recommend this location? Only if they either change their hours to appropriately tell you when they are open or make sure someone is there during the times listed. It was quite frustrating and we were 2 hours behind. Don't usually leave complaints but it was quite the morning on Friday 11/1.
JAMES PNot overcharge for miles that weren't taken. Have better records taken from previous riders. I also requested a dolly and was given a truck without one. The rep said he'd get it removed twice but instead I was charged for it and now have to wait for a refund. I also over filled it with gas but was still over charged for about 3-4 miles I didn't drive.
ANASIA UWas unable to verify mileage and fuel and stuff on app upon picking up truck. Let me when I dropped the truck off.

ROGER PI did not receive a receipt like the clerk suggested I would. He seemed lazy and didn't seem to want to check the vehicle in when I returned it.

DAVID WGrand Ave, Schofield: I rented a small truck thinking my move would only take 6 hours but had to extend my time more than once..Each time I contacted them to see if it worked out they were extremely polite and helpful. I've rented several Uhauls over the past 15 months and this experience stood above the rest.

BETCHINA JWas very impressed with the centers set up after the massive renovations it's undergone. The renting experience was very good cost for next year, but I'm not going to but then that would still cost us 50%. However he believes Chick-fil-A went Friday too we won't probably get the Ashland done today. We'll get the done done.
