Checkout was confusing and equipment was changed 3 times. Check in was smooth but then my final bill was nearly double what i was told I'd be charged. I was called the next day to confirm my equipment because it was wrong in the system. I'll most likely drive to a different location when I use U-Haul again.Jared K.

It seem that it was a lot of lying from from uHaul. That told us it would arrive between 9am to 5pm it did not. Then a lady named dawn (I think) told to different people checking on the pod that it would be delivered between 5pm and 10pm. I waited myself until 10pm. Then they said the driver should have call on what time he was going to be there. No one bother to call when they reschedule the drop to the next day. So we waited from 9am to 10pm and never got the box.norma K.

The experience picking up the vehicle was excellent, and the employee extremely helpful nd friendly. Returning the vehicle was horrible. A sign at the drop off area clearly stated to stay with the vehicle. After more than 10 minutes, I went into the building where I was told to just leave the vehicle. The employee would not provide my final bill. It was emailed later. The person in charge that shift was not friendly or helpful at all.Todd M.

the staff at the store were unhelpful and rude including the manager. it took me almost a month after i emptied my pod just to get them to do the paperwork to close my account. i will heavily recommend against anyone ever going to that uhaul. plus i got charged an extra month of storage after i was told i wouldnt be charged.James M.

This location was very kind and courteous despite the NATIONWIDE shutdown. They were doing their best to help customers. Although all locations should have paper contracts and be trained how to do them so they don't have the issues we had on Subday. We were a day late getting the appliances we needed picked up. We lost out on money, had to hire movers and baby sitters again as well as take time off work on Monday to move what should have been done on Sunday.CORY M.

Both guys, when I picked up and dropped off, went above and beyond. Friendly and helpful. I came in on a Saturday evening about 5:30 and the guy was eating and he hopped right up and helped. Whatever is happening over there needs to continue, because these guys know what they're doing and they do it the right way.BRETT H.
My pickup time was scheduled at 7am and no one even arrived at the store until 7:22am. The payment system was down so the employee had to call the credit card company to manually process the card which took another 20 minutes for him to figure out. We were given an auto transport and after driving two miles to my place to load it, we realized the auto transport had a flat tire. We had to go back to uhual and they discovered there was a hole in the tire. We had to unload my car off the transport to put it on the other. The worst part is the employees showed us the new transport than left us to attach it. Thankfully I had my uncle with me because they were zero help and I would not have been able to attach it myself. If the employee would have been on time for work and the equipment was checked, we would have saved probably an hour and a half to tour hours off our trip. I was charged for a miles I didn't drive and when trying to return my vehicle no one came out I even called ahead and they just left and every time I've called no one answered it just sent me to customer serviceJaleel F.
Please don't waste money on anything else except buying rope and that is the best to keep Tarp in control Otherwise all fancy cords , bungees , tarp ties etc etc will loosen with a little bump or jump and tarp gets loose flying in the air. I ended up stoping midway realizing trap is not well secured and buying a rope from local store saved my day.Muhammad I.

The bay doors don't work. I have been there twice and and had to back up and go to another door before it would open. The front desk manager did a great job and I had no issues with him. There is someone sleeping in the indoor bay. The first night I went there, there was a van parked in there and a guy was sleeping. The second time he had the same van but was not in the front seat. I would not let my wife go there on her own due to this guy hanging out and sleeping. I also drove into the bay and the door to the storage facility opened without me using my card. There were buckets all over the second floor catching water and several empty units had the doors open with buckets catching water. I would encourage you to better train your folks at your front desk with your program. They were nice to me, not so much to each other, but I think they were just frustrated not knowing for sure how to get me or the other customers in our units in a timely fashion. I offered to just go online as there was much confusion on their part and no resource for them to turn to for help. The day prior to renting a storage unit I had rented a small 4×8 cargo trailer and the move was intense and stressful. I was 6 hours out and the store I was going to was going to close the minute I got there. The staff were amazing and stayed 30 minutes after close to insure I was set for this move. We reserved a 15 x 10 Unit on the first floor knowing that we had a lot of heavy items. We arrived at the appropriate time to move into a rental unit and we were told they did not have any 15 x 10 units available at all they only had 10 x 10 units and they had none available on the first floor. They had a 10 x 10 available on the second floor we would have to bring all of our items up a set of stairs And then down a long hallway. When I asked about why we made the reservation she said that it was policy that they just give the units to people as they arrive so it was first come first serve. When I inquired why do I make a reservation at all then she did not know why this was the policy. Very unhappy did not choose to rent a unit there after all. If I had known the only way to access the second floor is by a single stair case, I would have chose a different facility. I have to move my stuff from the car to a cart, wheel it inside, carry everything up the stairs and load it into a second cart, and then push it to the far end of the second floor, where there is another staircase that can't be used?
