We have used this location quite a bit and they're always great. App issues are pretty much guaranteed at checkin but the staff is always awesome about helping or just doing the check in manually. Any issues are solved quickly and efficiently. They're just pretty great all around.Kendall G.

The office personnel who checked me in were very helpful. When I returned to empty the storage, however, one the office persons was closing the door when I arrived and asked if there was a restroom I could use. He informed me that the storage building had no restrooms and that they were closed. I would have delayed them 2-3 minutes at the most. The person who helped us in the orange beenie needs a job away from people. He was miserable, rude and condescending. We rent from there every few months since is is right around the corner from our home. We will drive anywhere else if he is working again. He made us feel like we were bothering him by renting. I was called the day before my pickup and rudely informed that my pickup would be in a location 15 min from where I selected a month ago when I made my reservation. Pick up truck doing it all mobile is tough. After doing pictures of a headshot and your license and you then have to put stuff down to verify is crazy. I needed the truck for a few short hours returned it well before the time. That mobile pick up is frustrating at bestMathew B.

The two individuals that helped me at this location were awesome! So friendly, helpful, and had the truck ready so quickly. I recommend working with this location exclusively. Downside was that I reserved a 20' truck at least 2 weeks before the pickup date but they didnt have one available. I had to use a 15' - I expected them to have a 20' there ready for me. When I mentioned this to the gentleman that was assisting me, he not only did what he could to get me a bigger unit, he also informed me that because I relocated to another state I also got the first month free for my storage unit. If I was in a position to improve anything at U Haul it would be the wait time at your call center. I realize there are many customers all attempting too speak with a representative and some if not most could easily access your on line service. But in my situation I wasn't able to get access to make a reservation for my storage. I am not sure if I had spoke with a representative on the phone my issue would have been resolved? Because I hung up several times from frustration of listening to your recorded messages prompting me to use the online service that I could not. The longest wait time was almost a half n hour . My solution was to drive directly to the location .
