I have always received excellent customer service at this location. the manager, Derek, is highly professional and very accommodating. Kim, the uhaul representative who handled this particular rental transaction, was also very proffessional and pleasant. i have only positive things to say about my experiences at this uhaul location. the service here is top notch.

Very disappointed with the set up if this rental. We asked to pick up the truck in Pawtucket and they changed the pick up location to Taunton- 30 miles away. Tou gave us 30 free miles but could not make up the 1.5 hours lost in travel time. The store was fine. We were to drop off the truck in Johnston, received a call to Bri g back to Warwick instead. We were 25 minutes late as we didn’t realize how much further we had to drive and was charged for an additional day. We called to let the know and they said there was no one waiting for the truck Never said a word about the additional day charged, just charged it and I noticed on the invoice after we left the store.

This location was outstanding and everyone was very helpful. Phone support service for U-Haul... another story. With the exception of the last lady who transferred me to this store no one had a clue. I spoke with 5 departments prior, one booked my reservation wrong, all others couldn’t explain the process of self check in so I could pick up a truck before the shop opened. I ended up figuring it out myself through a process not 1 of the 5-6 people explained correctly. The lock box had no key so ultimately I ended up at this store where they did a great job getting me finally squared away.

You honestly have the best team at this location. Everyone is so helpful, fast and give excellent customer service. I've been to this location twice now and had issues with the app and the ladies in the office were quick to help and got me in a truck and on my way. Excellent customer service keep up the good work.

I couldn't use the app to return it properly and was overcharged. I called a number that put me on hold for an hour and I never got anyone. I was overcharged at least 80-90 dollars. I won't use U Haul again.

Originally I was set up to go to this location to pick up my U-Haul. The day before I went to pick it up I was messaged that my location changed which was perfectly OK. The problem was the person who was helping me at the gas station where I was to pick this up really did not know what she was doing. I use the pre-pay since it would be in and out but I spent about 40 minutes with her. Also the location I was sent to Does not have any appliance dollies or regular dollies which I did pay for. So with my limited mileage I have to drive to pick up the dolly from the original location I was supposed to rent from. So I added 5 miles to my ride which I did have to pay for because I went over because you did not have what you needed in stock at the location that I was sent to. It also took about an hour and a half longer by the time I had issues with the woman at the gas station , drive to the original location,then had to wait in a line explain what happened, then get the dolly. So I was charged by my movers $100 for their time because I was not ready. Again I pre-paid for an easy transaction.

Stop the after hours cellphone drop off HELL. I used to record my ending mileage and fuel level, drop the keys and paperwork in a slot and DONE. I would never put anyone through the new online BS. Next time it's Ryder, Penske or Hertz.

The location was great, clean and well stocked. The representative that gave us the key was extremely friendly, greeted us with a smile and explained why the mobile process (it was a little slow loading and moving onto the next step). The truck was in great condition, the cab was comfortable and it drove well!

My reservation was for a pickup at 8:30 am. When I arrived and tried to sign in to account to access my rental, the website prompted me to wait until the location opened at 9:00 because the truck was not ready. The employee told me that nobody had left a key in the Dropbox so I was unable to pick up the truck until the location opened. Big inconvenience as I had to reschedule an appointment for what I was picking up

The Young Ladies who assisted me here were nothing less than PHENOMENAL!!! Fantastic!!! We booked an 8’ Truck with Auto Transport vehicle towing Equipment, and despite of having a confirmation number in my email, I still did not get the same truck and auto transport from the selected location. Later we were offered a different truck Which was too big for me, and also the auto transport equipment from a location that was more than 5 miles away of me. This move was exceptionally time taking, and of too much drive. Genuinely not suggestable!

Very inconvenient. My reservation was made weeks in advance yet last minute, was instructed that truck is in Warwick and car dolly is in Newport. This cost me the better part of Saturday causing a delay in my moving schedule. The truck could have been dropped at Newport as requested, or at least both pieces of rented equipment at the same location. Also truck wasnt swept, and windshield was filthy

The girl who called me about my complaint had an attitude immediately. Sounded uneducated and did nothing to resolve my issue. I expected a call from corporate or someone at least with customer service skills. She was unapologetic and nasty towards me. I drove across the country with hot air blowing on me and no AC. I am now sick because of it. It was the most miserable experience.

We tried to do mobile check in to save time. It ended up taking over an hour for them to verify our identity and we had to cancel the order and redo it in person. Then we didn’t have the mobile check in number to return it that night. We called The next morning and were told we had to rush into the location right now or be charged $20 for failing to check it back in on the mobile site. I got there and they said it was all set and I didn’t need to come in.

Employees were pleasant, but your rate structure is confusing. I booked a one day rental ($30), 350 miles at 0.41/mile($143), and insurance ($14) but the invoice before taxes was higher than that. The manager attributed the difference to a credit I'd get for 30 free miles at $1.09, but that didn't happen when I returned the vehicle.
