JOE C.Fire the long haired antaganizer who was insulting me to the point of calling me out to the parking lot to fight. Great PR and sales business model. I even told him to call the police. He's a genuine psychopath and as far as I could tell did nothing but walk around and hide in diff places all day. Disgusting. The installer Kyle was normal and this all happened at checkout when I was listing the discount items when he presented the bill. He recommended I talk to the manager tomorrow and see what he can do. That's when the big mouth pink opened up his bong hole. Nope never again. Horrible experience! He threatened me with assault and I reacted in kind. Great business model! The Worst!
Curtis N.On the truck I rented there was a dolly in the back . I never used this dolly at all and it came off the wall because either the zip tie snapped or the person before used it. I mean it's a 75 pound dolly held by a zip tie. I brought my own 2 dolly as I'm an experienced mover. I brought the truck back at 645 pm to the uhaul at Oakland beach. As soon as I pulled in I assumed I was doing a self return. The extremely rude gentleman came out and I didn't even have a chance to empty my belongings from cab. He pushed me out of the way and entered cab and began checking it in. He was throwing my belongings at me from cab and did not allow me to retrieve and make sure I had everything. I explained the dolly situation and he said oh well too bad. I've always had a positive experience with uhaul but this last one was extremely disheartening and I don't think I'll ever use uhaul again regardless of cost. To be treated that way after you guys have skyrocketed your prices is sickening. My mom was with me when I returned and she was absolutely shocked by how we were treated. I don't know the person's name but I really hope it was not a manager and I'd love to chat about my experience if an actual manager reads this.

Kurt V.Your capacity estimates are WAY off. I reserved a truck over the internet and selected a 15-footer based on your recommendation that it was large enough for a one or two bedroom apartment. We had to make two trips because the truck was way too small. What we really needed was a 20 footer. I had thought to save myself a trip to the store by reserving online, but I learned that I actually need to see the size of the truck and not go by your recommendations.

Linda S.Manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. I almost couldn't rent the truck because he would help me. Then I called customer service and they walked me through. We was telling me that I needed a Rhode Island ID or lease agreement or passport. I don't have any of those and I have rented uhuals many times over the years. He yelled at me and told me to take my attitude out of his store. I am also a storage unit tenant at this location and informed him of this. He said he didn't care. So I will be terminating my storage rental at that location as soon as I can get my belongings moved out to another company.

Never told about this limitation at start of rental. Huge inconvenience. Price of rental was a bit steep for size, but facility was very clean, convenient loading docks for truck or car, unit always kept at a cool room temperature, and video security. Would be 5 stars except for restricted access through large door.

Nothing wrong just found a spot to live with more storage. Bernadette S.Nothing to do with the location itself, but I made a reservation for a location in North Kingstown which was only 1 mile from my apartment. Uhaul fell through on my “guaranteed reservation†as the truck we reserved was not available on the day of pickup, so we then had to travel over 30 mins in the opposite direction to this location. Uhaul then charged me an “over mileage charge†even though it was their fault we had to travel further away.

Because I hung up several times from frustration of listening to your recorded messages prompting me to use the online service that I could not. The longest wait time was almost a half n hour . My solution was to drive directly to the location . I was pleased with your Staff and the associate who help me reserve my storage unit as well as the simplicity returning your truck the next day .
