First off we were sold a trailer with a tire that had a hole Got our storage unit which was unaware check in was definitely location Called GM several times and no answer or help

The tow strap was broken, so I have to go to katy location to get it fixed. Yet the guys, at the katy location Excellent help. Got to tacoma and the charge us for 2 extra day, we drop a day early

The Manager James was unprofessional and would not take my calls when I had a concern about my storage. He put it on in his worker then got upset with him.

There's no way to contact the employees inside this fortress when you arrive... No sign, nothing. Many many doors but no way to enter unless you already have a unit. Keys don't always work either.

Had to cancel after two weeks due to other issues unrelated to the facility but found out that even if I paid for a month and closed it in two weeks that rent was not prorated and no reduction to bill

We chose UHAUL as we had to have 24/7 access for 2 successive moves. To change access times with no notice mid move is not only a breach of contract but the worst customer service.

I rented a storage unit at this facility and it took me all day to gain access to my unit. There was no one on site to remove the lock on my storage unit. Went to Tacoma office to get access card.🤬

Hours of operation state 24 hours. Once I signed my rental agreement I was told the location is no longer 24 hours due to people living in their units. I was charged another month incorrectly

Very nice and secure facility ! I like the key/card system . Staff at the L & 12th Street U-haul were great and took care of all of my needs. Would recommend!!

I tried several times to cancel this unit, by phone and online. The site is unmanned and it was not possible to visit an office to cancel. I never used the unit as it was too small for my needs.

I was denied access consistently with no cause, It was regularly unclean, it had people living in the facility, I was overcharged, and management was helpless.

There were suspicious people out and inside the faciltiy. One guy was inside the garage drive up area playing music loud music while working on his car(inside). Acouple Inside a unit "hanging" out.

Alexis is great and deserves a raise. Trudie is fantastic. The staff at the L st location was unresponsive and it's strange that the office is not located at the rental facility.

Closing my storage account was a nightmare. The storage unit was eight miles away from office. I call the day of clearing the unit six days later U-Haul sent me a late notes with extra fee. Poor job

You guys failed to mention there is no office on site. So had to drive to the hilltop neighborhood sign up and then drive back to the location. Adds about an hour.

This place is garbage. I told them I was moving a one bedroom apartment into the unit and she rented me the unit the size of a closet. I showed up and had to get another unit 30 minutes away.

These unmanned storage units are a joke. It is SO HARD to try to reach people for assistance, not to mention the time you guys cut my lock to my unit just because another tenant says it was theirs.
