My only disappointment was where I was charged 13 cents for going 3/10th's of a mile over the allotted mileage, come on Uhaul, seriously, I know it was only 13 cent but you probably spent more money on the transaction than you made in profit.DAVID J.

I had to drive 40 outta the 53 miles just to the location to get the U-Haul not counting the day before I had to drive to a different location to get one I had reserved but once I got there it wasn't available so I wasted my time and gas to go another 40 miles outta my way.Kayla S.

Make sure what you say is the same as in the agreement. I was repeatedly told to return Van with same amount of fuel, which was at a half tank, but agreement require more fuel. I didn't read the fine print because of what was told. At return site had to pay extra. Contact pickup site to resolve issue didn't care for response got from manager. It is this experience why I would recommend to a friend with caution; that is the inconsistency with what is said and written. The equipment was excellent; it was the human issue I had a problem with.RICHARD J.

I feel sorry for the folks there. No help, few folks working. I don't blame the people there, it's everywhere; I know their training has had to be minimal, and they have no idea how to really converse with customers. Friendly, yes. Again, I feel sorry for the Grove Road staff.RONNIE M.

Everything was awesome. Truck needs a little engine maintenance but other than that equipment was ready when I got there and it was clean and the staff was great with giving tips and information to make my experience awesome. Time. There were only 2 people working. So the person on the inside had to inspect the truck at return as well as physically check out equipment to customers checking in. I waited 35 minutes to turn in my rental truck.Kelsee R.

Reuben was great. He fixed all the errors that other people made. I was charged for two extra days with the trailer, though I had returned it already. I was also charged for an extra day with the truck and the gas indicator was wrong. All of these charges added up to about 130 bucks. And they were all wrong. I tried calling the local number to get this stuff fixed, and kept getting the national number because nobody locally would answer. I tried calling the manager, and her mail box was full so I couldn't even leave a message. My man Reuben listened to what happened and made things happen. So - this location overall kind of stinks, but Reuben is a good dude, and should be the manager. He actually does his job, and is the sole reason I give this place a review of above average. In fact- I think he was excellent. I never met the actual manager. Seems like she just hides in the back not answering her phone.SPENCER T.

Just to add a special thanks to Ruben Vegao who went above ( in my view ) customer support by taking time to explain and replace the electric connection between my track and the Auto Transport platform. The head manager is the careless person I think I have ever met I will tell all my friends and loved ones to avoid this location. She was very rude to anyone that came in the building often acting like she didn't wanna be there and hated her job and often disappearing to where her employees couldn't find her or customers. She made this trip for me and others a nightmare do yourself a favor Uhaul demote this worker and hire someone who actually cares about their job cause Smith apparently doesn't. Very very Rude to say the least so unprofessionalWILLIAM C.
