I expected a Appliance Utility hand truck upon arrival. Customer Rep should have let me know in the phone call I made prior to pick up that none were available. Thus I ended up purchasing one that in the end did not work for my side by side refrigerator but yet I still had to pay $7 for. Otherwise the entire staff was quite friendly and efficiently handled the pick-up and return process. The friendly smiles from Emily and great attitudes were so appreciated. The Staff was patient with my questions and treated my old guy and I with such respect. Thanks Gals (special thanks to the Darling gal at the return station, what a delight Shereka Smith was.)

The employees were rude and not helpful at all. They charged us $20 bc they never explained to us how to check the truck in online. UHual should not have employees working for them that are racist jerks who want to just get over on people

I had reserved a set of dolleys and when I went to get them from the location that lady didn't have a clue I had to go to 2 different other places until I got what I needed won't recommend anyone to use your services I was quoted 54.95 for the rental it cost me 88 and some change yeah I'll let everyone know to do their best to rent from someone else

the pickup truck tailgate would not open but one time. If it has a interlock that allows it open under certain conditions, i would have liked to have known that before i left.

I called ahead knowing i'd be a couple minutes late for my pickup. The message must not have made it to the staff, or they weren't going to help anyway, because I arrived 2 min after closing and was turned away. Understandable, I guess, but lacking in humanity. Easy to reschedule for the following day, so that was nice.

The car did not fit on the trailer. I gave them the make and model over the phone and explained the car was lowered by 1 inch from stock height. This resulted in the front bumper not clearing the plate where the front tires need to rest on. Due to this now the front wheel straps would not wrap around the tires. The rear end of the car was hanging off the back of the trailer by over 2 feet. Securing the car was now not possible even trying to use my own straps. I was not told to elevate the car on the trailer with multiple boards to clear the front tire plate. I also did not have such boards to elevate the car and it would have not seemed safe to me. The trailer was rented at 6PM in the evening and promptly returned the next morning upon store opening. The rude manager told my fiancee i should have known to use boards to stand the car on to secure the vehicle. This was not mentioned in the rental process. I was charged for a single day even though it was never used and returned immediately. I was very disappointed with the overall experience! Steven U.

The girl that helped me was very rude from the time she asked could she help, and it only got worst from there. She was very unprofessional and was cursing the whole time. The equipment was fine but I would not recommend anyone to come to thus this location just because of the poor customer service. I believe her name might have been Shareka.

The staff was friendly and the carts inside the storage building are great. Our only problem/complaint is that the map of buildings and storage units given to us was NOT correct and therefore, we had a very difficult time finding our unit. Otherwise, all went well.

I had reserved a tow dolly for a move cross country. It would have been nice to make sure the equipment is in tip top shape for such a trip. The tow dolly had tires that were bald.

Have more than one service member on staff on a Friday night. Especially at the end of month. I had to wait over 20 minutes before my cargo van was inspected for turn in. There wasn't a seat available for the wait. It was 5 minutes before someone came in to assist the people who were there before me.

I was charge the wrong price . I was told at the Spartanburg location that I was renting for 1995 and then the Greenville location charged me 109 dollars very very unprofessional and neither location performed their job correctly Customer service was horrible

Truck smelled heavily of smoke when I got in. Had to wait nearly 15 minutes for assistance when I arrived. I missed the check in time by about 10 minutes, if they had been fully staffed I could have returned my rental on time.

I found it hard to give a good review to this location. The equipment was totally fine but where this place sucks is in customer service. The manager, a woman, has a horrible attitude. She doesn't even look at you in the eyes. No smiles, no greetings Nothing. People forget that their job is not just renting equipment. It is making the whole experience a satisfying one to the CUSTOMER - the people that pay for their jobs- If the manager has an attitude like that what do youbexpect from the people under her belt? I will not go back to this store again

The Unit rented worked great and got the job done completely as expected. No problems. Sunday evening I returned the rental with no clear space of where to put it, an app that would not download to one phone(it did load on another phone) and a notification that never came. This was followed by charging my card for 20.00 for not using the non-working app. Minutes after driving away from the facility on the day of the rental, I received a spam text to my phone with the information just provided to the uhaul personnel wanting to purchase the property at the address given. I would recommend the product but the rest leaves a bad taste.

Understaffed in Greenville. Staff who had left for the day had given a customer before me a wrong truck which delayed my checkout. The person who helped me was calm and friendly despite being the only counter help that I saw.

Could not find an open U-Haul location went to SEVERAL different locations according to the the U-Haul locater map and none of the businesses were even in business! Finally found this location after an hour of driving place to place. And was met with disappointment when I found out that they only had a single unit of what I needed to rent available and I was required to return it to the same location! I’ve never had to do this before even under the same circumstances, I’ve always been allowed to return a unit to any U-haul location. So after I was finished with the unit I had to drive it back nearly 2 hour round trip back to the location. Will not be coming back. Apart from this experience this location is fine, with good staff and helpful people. It would be nice if there were at least 2 of a specific unit per location. Instead of one of this and 20 of another unit.

When they physically moved units around, ours was facing away from the main area, & it took weeks for a fence to be installed. Then a low fence with no top wires and no cameras installed. NOT SECURE.
