i had two different rentals to pick up one truck and one car carrier the car carrier was the problem and the first drop off location was also a problem you should be able to pick up anything and one location and drop off at another location where you are and the rates changed so now im disputing the charge still waiting day 2john M.

The manager Destiny Sulima was super nice and accommodating to my needs. I remember renting a trailer about 2 years ago, and she helped me out as well. Very nice person. Her staff was nice as well when I returned the trailer. I have closer Uhauls by my house, but I'll be coming back to this location for future rentals.Joseph R.

I had to send my crew to this location due to the fact the location that had my reservation did not have a 15' truck. This is the third time that I have had a reservation and was told "no truck available" at that particular site. I don't think we will be using UHAUL any longer. I was charged for gas, although I filled the tank to the level it was at when I received the vehicle. I mentioned this during the process of returning the van. I haven't heard from Uhaul about this detail. The vehicle was new, in good condition and clean, but it smelled of cigarettes. No big deal, just mentioning it because it might be a problem for some customers.Peter D.

The box portion of the truck was perfect. The drivers section though very clean was extremely used, the drivers seat was very saggy, the center jumpseat seemed to be missing the closure for the seat belt and the passenger door had obviously been in an accident. There was an issue with a gas fee but it was taken care of over the phone by customer service. I would still recommend this location!Vicky E.

I reserved a 15 foot truck which would have made my move one trip. Upon getting to this uhaul location, I was told that they were all sold out and I could only have a cargo van. Took me 2.5 trips and wasted a lot of my time. Not happy with this experience at all. More hassle than ease.Corey B.

I can't see any room for improvement when you great management ran by Destiny like the way she runs it at the West Babylon location NY location off of sunrise highway. She along with the rest of her associates helped get situated with a tow last minute and they were polite and professional. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. That girl that was in the office don't remember her name short, short cut hair with a green e cigarette smoking in ppls faces in the building she is very very disrespectful the way she spoke to people and us was out right disrespectful â€œif you don't have a reservation I can't help you I have nothingâ€ â€œ oh I don't care you have to return it one way that's not my problemâ€ she was slamming things she was just really nasty If you don't like your job simply quit worst experience of my lifeDavion D.

truck was low on oil and washer fluid. truck burns a quart of oil evry 700 miles or so . the cargo area was full of debris (small rocks, sand and concrete dust). the fuel level was lower than on contract. no usage seal on hand truck. very high mileage was afraid of breaking down on my almost 1500 mile round tripJoseph V.

I wasted 2 hours at this location only to find out the mechanic did not know how to install the hitch wiring harness. Then the guy has the nerve to lie and say he could not finish the install because he is missing a part and I had to drive to the East Islip location to finish the install. The mechanic at East Islip confirmed the original guy did nothing. A install that shoul have taken 30 mins ended up taking 3.5 hoursJoseph C.
Had a reservation for 9am for a 15' truck. Got there and there were no trucks available. The two employees there were extremely helpful and friendly and they were able to rectify the situation, they were both new. The manager who was supposed to be there was nowhere to be found and they were unable to get ahold of her for some time. The truck I was given had a horrible smell of marijuana. When I returned the truck, I believe it was the manager at the store. I went inside to let her know and she said to just leave the truck and in about a half hour I would get an email with my receipt. There was no second walkthrough to confirm everything was correct and good with the truck. If it wasn't for the two new workers in the morning i would NEVER recommend this location. It appears management has no care and left the employees to drown, instead they excelled and saved a potential horrible situationROBERTANTHONY O.
The clerk checking me in cancelled my order for today having being a newbie on the computer. I had originally booked two trucks- one van for Friday the 27th (returned the same day) and one truck for Saturday the 28th; only to discover that the 20 footer I ordered for Saturday was cancelled (night before I need to pick it up and move the heavy things from my current place.) This of course was caused by the guy lacking the knowledge to check people in and run transactions on the computer- which caused me hardship and stress the night before my big move with my wife pregnant to boot. Having said that, I was forced to book another truck (smaller one - 15 footer) at a different location which almost didn't come to fruition because of lack availability (trying to book it a night before doesn't leave many choices since trucks are mainly used during the weekend) in locations near me.Nissim Y.

Originall my my reservation on line at 22 Bay Shore Rd in Bay shore. We showed up and the place was closed. We could not get a truck. We had to find another location. When I called U-Haul I was placed on line for 45 minutes and when they did answer I was told â€œwhat do you want us to do about itâ€. Thank God the people at 451 Sunrise Highway were professionals. Overall this cause well over an hour delay on a day I was moving and ruined our day.STEPHENT S.
