#6 question is more of a maybe than a yes. Customer service at this location is really poor. CS reps can barely figure out the computer (always messing up) every time I come in, nor do they seem to want to assist. Work attitude at this location needs to change.Harold J. | Overall Experience
At this time I would not recommend this location. It is poorly run. The people behind the desk have no idea what they are doing nor do they seem to care - outside of Rose. The last couple of times I have gone in there to rent something, the computer is "messing up". I feel like it is user error from what I can see. I really think the attitude at this location needs to change. Customer service is very poor. The person in charge at the store was patient, helpful, and polite, but I was overcharged for two extra days. I was charged for three days instead of one day, even though I delivered the pickup truck 45 minutes before the expected time. The key was given directly to the person in charge of the store, and right after, she gave the key to an assistant to check the car out. Still, I was charged an extra $95, and now I am disputing it.Felipe D.

Mike did my paperwork to assign my units and process the transaction. He was very nice and professional. Rose and Jonathon were also there and were both very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Jonathon volunteered to take us to the units and explained how to access the building. He was extremely efficient and took pride in his work. I didn’t realize at the time that Rose was the manager. I asked him if this was his store. Mike was from another store (he had told me this) . He told me that Rose was the manager and she did a great job. He said he had been there a few months but has expectations to move up within the company. It’s not often to see an office filled with three smiling, efficient, and very capable people! I know Mike was just there temporarily but with Rose and Jonathon there -this location is sure to thrive!! I was very happy with the help he provided. The second person who helped me was wonderful, as was the third, who helped me access the storage unit! The other customers were awesome too; a man whose out of state move was cancelled by the seller. He helped me load the trolley when he had an entire truck to unload. Rose and I think Chris were both amazing, they did everything they could to make my experience easy and friendly. They really went above and beyond. The key box was unlocked and dangling when we attempted to return them. We didn't want to leave the keys unattended, so my husband will bring them by in the morning when he goes to work. When we returned the equipment, the employee on duty at the time somehow didn't process the return correctly, so in UHaul's system it looked to them like we hadn't returned at all. Cue the phone calls. After having to argue with the employee (Susan) that the trailer was in fact on their lot, she hung up on my husband and me a total of FOUR times. I went to the physical retail location for resolution and to verify with my own eyes that the trailer was on their lot. Susan's customer service was terrible from beginning to end and a formal complaint will be escalated. It seems like there is an egregious lack of consistent training across UHaul and customers are punished for the employees' incompetence, to say nothing of the extremely rude behavior they display toward customers. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.Christina H.

The experiance with Uhaul was the worst experiance I have ever had. The truck was so poorly maintained that I did not even make it less than 30 miles before the truck completly shut down and lost power in the MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY. This truck in perticular stopped 4-5 times throughout the trip. Service employees were called and we were assured they were on the way. Fast forward 3 hours later, the service employee cancelled our service and not a single person called or messaged to let us know. When we finaly did get a service employee out there they tried to tell us that there was not enough gas in it. Low and behold, after another 3 hour wait and a drive to the local autostore (1 hour round trip), the spark plugs on the truck were so bad that the truck was leaking gas for over 100 miles. Luckly, the driver of this truck was a CDL driver and has experiance handling issues like this, if not it could of ended very badly. Uhaul wasted our time having our driver stranded for over 10 hours, put our employee's life at risk and I will NEVER use uhaul again.maggie S.

I purchased the storage unit for a month 2 days ago and still have not been able to get in. It does not say you have limited access for certain hours. I don’t understand the point of that. I work during the day and my only time that I am able to move things around is the evening but it won’t let me. This storage facility is still in the process of being finished. Once the facility is completed, it may be a great place but currently, there are several inconveniences which lead me to not recommend it. First, there is only one door into and out of the storage facility. It is easily blocked when someone is loading/unloading a truck making it very difficult for more than 1 group to access the facility. Second, the access hours are quite restrictive (9-5). Online it is advertised as 24/7 access which I understand is planned but it should not be advertised until it is available.
