I was quoted on the phone 0.59/mile. When I payed he charged me 0.79/mile stating it was the weekend! Friday is a weekday! I returned the truck at 4:00 pm.

I was unable to add photos therefore unable to verify damage prior, or check the truck back in when finished. I called uhaul's main number ( we returned the truck on a Sunday) and received excellent customer service

I wanted to rent a van but none were available. It might be good if this location had a van. But the 10 ft truck did what I needed it to do. Excellent service and was treated very nice.

The gas gauge was faulty--it showed full the entire time. This required that I put far more gas in than I used, and when full, the gauge then dropped to 3/4. Other than that issue, everything was fine.

We returned the trailer after hours using the online return process. Worked like a charm.

i will never use uhaul again. I made my reservation on line. Had 3 conformation text. Went to pick up the truck and there wasnt any trucks to be had. I had to drive to another city to pick the truck up which added lots of miles to my costs!!!! There was no credit on my bill, no, Im sorry for the inconvenience!!!! Just way more cost and time i didnt have. this company sucks!!!

Nothing at all. Everything went smoothly and great customer service.

Doors to building were open but did not see anyone for over 30 minutes. Another customer went around back (huge store might I add, I walked around the store and did not see anyone) and found him unloading several containers. I believe that is fine but if no one is going to be at the front desk he should have a cell number to call or a buzzer. I was not comfortable leaving the trailer in the parking lot without any one knowing as I did not want to have to pay for it if anything happened to it but waiting over 30 minutes and having another customer hunt him down is unacceptable.

Great with explaining quick check-in/verification process. Also great at explaining the change in billing once the contract changed after I returned the vehicle with more than 100 miles logged - saved the customer additional fees. Thank you.
