The guys at this location were great. Hooked up the trailer for me and moved the trailer next to the rental as it was too tight to pull out. the yard was covered in ice so they did all the hard work. GraciasChris R.

I really found the use of the cargo van easy and convenient. As I live in a duplex that is built sideways to my street the sliding side door of the cargo van made it easier to load the van when parked in front of my duplex apartment. I only used the van to move stuff from my house to Goodwill and storage before a rental property management inspection. I had too much stuff, and I needed to meet inspection requirements quick. The size and design of the cargo van made hauling and moving stuff quick and convenient. I have a pickup with a camper shell but climbing up in the back all the time hurts my knees and back. You can climb in and out of these cargo vans really easily without hurting your knees or your back. I recommend renting or owning a cargo van to anybody over 35 years old with bad knees and back. I wish cost of renting the equipment was less expensive. The employees at twin falls U-Haul are polite and reasonably understanding of my moving equipment needs.Steven G.

Customer service was terrible. The first employee we talked to about reservations acted like he would rather be taking a nap. When we made the reservations, we had to ask if we should come back at another time because no one seem interested in helping us. No one told us that no locations in northern Idaho were taking drop offs. That would have been really nice.Rick H.

The people at pick up were nice but inside the truck was dirty and still had stuff in it. As well as a gummy bear stuck tothe wall. I asked for tire chains and was told you don't do chains. U had to buy some. Then when I went to return the truck I was told uhaul corporate said they weren't taking returns do to bad weather. I had just driven over an hour to return it in REALLY bad weather. Thank God the guy took it. No one from uhaul ever called me to tell me. I would have waited until the next day when the weather and roads were alot better. I'm very displeasedAnthony J.

Service was nice, but the U-Haul had a bad leak on top and a lot of my items got wet and my 55 inch tv got a lot of moisture on it and I have a red vertical line in the middle of my tv now which does not look good.Allen J.

The customer service was HORRIBLE. The guy who set us up was rough but not impolite. When we checked the vehicle back in, when we walked in he greeted us with a very annoyed â€œwhat do you want?!â€ And we told him we were checking back in and he asked where we parked and we told him, and he slammed his stuff down, shook his head, muttered â€œoh Jesusâ€ and walked out the door to check the vehicle. This was the first and last time we will ever use this location. We get that times are tough and customers haven't been the nicest lately, but that's still no way to treat anybody.Myranda F.

My wife received an advertisement from U-Haul with regarding a trailer you could get the first month free on a U box . So we inquired about a U box that would hold the contents of our trailer which was 6 x 12. When we arrived we box we got box that was only large enough for a 4 x 8 trailer. We requested another you box at this location to fit the rest of our belongings that wouldn't fit in the original U box . The manager at this location said that he could not assist us because he didn't know who we originally had spoken to when we arrived at this location for the free month for the U box . I told him I didn't care who my wife had spoken to you just wanted another you box so I could load our stuff into a U box to get on with my day. The manager said that he would see what he could do to locate another U box to help me out or I could unload the one U box and put my stuff in a storage facility in the middle of his building. Finally the manager located a Nother you box so I could clear up the rest of my stuff that was lying in the alleyway and said I will get the first month free just like the first you box and it would be $93 a month after that . I told him the $93 doesn't matter I just want to get my stuff out of the alleyway so I can get on with my day. Well the manager located a Nother you box and we cleared up the stuff out of the ally way . Upon finishing loading all our possessions into the to Uboxes I went to find someone to let them know that we were finished loading and that they could put them in the proper location for storage. In the process we needed someone to move one of the U boxes so we could back our trailer up so we could return it to a designated location given to us by U-Haul. Upon that request one of the training people at this location told me that no one is available and I would have to wait for someone to come back to finally move the Ubox and get on with the rest of my day. My experience was just a bit better than I had through the whole experience with U-Haul but not much better.elaine O.

Improve maintenance. Taillight was out on the trailer but employee assumed it was the fuse on my vehicle. I changed it just in case. Tested it later and my vehicle was fine. The issue was the trailer but the employee did not take the time to check and just assumed the issue was my vehicle.Samuel B.

Something needs to change in your order process. When I ordered online, I got a phone call. The agent told me the truck I ordered wasn't available, so I had to go to another location and do after hours pickup. When I went to that location, there were no trucks. The drivers side mirror on the truck we rented wouldn't stay in position... It kept vibrating down as we drove causing it to be near impossible to use the mirrors to drive safely. Was also charged over $100 more than the initial quote. NOT HAPPY!!!Kimberly O.
When I arrived to pick up my truck and trailer the man (Nick?) was less than friendly. No friendly greeting. I came in a a joyful and even asked how he was doing and I got "what do you need" with food in his mouth and whatever he was still eating in his hand. I consider this very unprofessional. It was just awkward. I asked for his name and tried to confirm it with another employee and all I got was shrug of his shoulders. I then asked "so you don't know your fellow co-workers name?" Then this man said "what's wrong with you"..."you've been on one since you got here." Of course he wasn't present for the first exchanges between Nick? and I. I spent over $3000 and got a very less than friendly experience. They also forgot to give me my ID back so I had to make another trip back.Jeremy G.

The employee that check me in obviously hates his job. Not only was he grouchy but when the right side brake and directional lights did not work on the trailer he blamed the issue on my truck ( a 2021 Ram with 2,000 miles). He had no interest in verifying this, just sent me on my way. I got home, disconnected the trailer and attached it to my Yukon and got the same result...trailer issue, not a truck issue. So for 6 days I had a trailer with only running lights on the right side. When I returned the trailer, the man who check me back in was quick, professional, and upbeat. What a difference.Richard P.
