This location is clean but adjacent to a very busy thruway and no place to get off the road if there are multiple customers trying to pickup or drop off-- as in my case. It presented a very dangerous situation trying to enter with the lot busy and traffic backed up behind me. Also I was charged more for the trailer than the contract. I had a 1 day rental of 5 x9 ramp utility trailer for $46 but agreed to drop off at this location for a $16 discount. My card has been debited the full $46 not the $30 as quoted and contracted. I need this resolved to continue business with Uhaul! Please contact me

The location is a very tight squeeze with all of the trucks and the road is very, very busy. Nothing you can do about that!

Nicholas I.We traveled 16 miles. I put 3 gallons of gas in. Then got charged for 4 more gallons of gas. That figures out too 2.2 miles to the gallon. I know you people are out to make money. Maybe you can improve on the gas mileage.

He remarked one/ or some were rented for the downtown Lewiston, Maine general area near where I live, but still missing/ or not returned yet. I had during the week or so previously seen a large Uhaul box driving around this general area of Kennedy park/Walnut Street in Lewiston. TELL THEM that THIS MORNING MAR.22, I SAW A BIG WHITE BOX TRUCK, the size of UHaul trucks, DRIVING DOWN WALNUT STREET. IT WAS CONSPICUOUSLY FRESHLY PAINTED SPARKING CLEAN WHITE!!!!! FRESH PAINTED SPANKING CLEAN WHITE AS THOUGH JUST DONE stood out like a sore thumb!!!! With dirty snow salt and street dirt being blown around by wind for days, NO CARS ARE CLEAN around here. ALL, especially white cars, have a dusty film all over. I thought I'd let them know in case the BIG WHITE BOX TRUCK, I SAW DRIVING DOWN WALNUT STREET this morning was stolen from UHaul and repainted!!!! This area has become a very bad neighborhood with a lot of crimes/shootings just this year with new people moving into the area!!!!

When I booked the reservation I booked it for a discounted rate to be returned in Oxford. But after speaker with a “service managerâ€. I was told that I would be charged almost 800 dollars if I returned it there that I I wanted the discount I would need to drive 40 minutes each way to Auburn Maine. Very very dissatisfied will spread word to anyone that will listen.

I purchased these insurances as I knew it would be snowing and in Maine a rear wheel drive is not optimal. Still confused as to why a multi billion dollar company would even have useless vehicles int he northeast, or any northern region for that matter, something tells me you can splurge on the few all wheel or 4 wheel drives it takes to move in the north. Not only was i told false information I was told i recieved a text to confirm all of this. I DID NOT. The customer service was terrible, the storage unit did not seal well so my items were completely covered in road dirt and I could not access my unit at my leisure because they park their trucks in front of the units. They told me to give them notice. So I went all the way out of my way a few days before I would be there with movers and let them know the day and time I would be there. I was repeatedly promised the trucks would not be there. Sure enough the trucks were there. Went out of my way for nothing. The Manager at that location lacks any and all customer service skills. I have worked in customer service and as a customer service manager for 32 years and can feel confident in telling you he has no skills to be in that position working with your customers

This happened twice. The customer service is very poor to the point almost everyone is rude. There is also something wrong with the mechanism on my unit we had to pry open the lock every time we went there. I advised the staff and was ignored every time. I also was not offered a refund on the time I have left not renting the unit when I payed until April 9th.
