I placed my order for the U-Haul I needed weeks ago, but found out at 10 PM the night before that my reservation have been changed significantly. This is completely unacceptable. I rented this U-Haul for a very important community event giving out 800 backpacks to lower income families in Buffalo. The entire event hinged on this truck because we had nowhere to store the backpacks in advance and volunteers were literally giving them out from off the back of the truck. The event began at 10 AM. My original reservation was for 7 AM pick up. When it had been changed to a 10 AM pick up instead without any notification to me, I had to scramble to fix it at 10 o'clock at night the day before the event. Again, this is completely unacceptable. I will not be using U-Haul again.Rebecca C.

Really unhappy person took care of me. My pickup location was changed and I called Uhaul to confirm that the equipment was there for an early pickup. I was told it was and I went to that location. I was tild that the equipment isn't there and told ot go to another location. When I arrived the person at this location was clearly unhappy and not particularly nice.Stanislav B.

1. The rep adjusted the # of furniture pads from 12 to 6 and told me they were in the truck. I trusted him. They were not in the truck and it caused a lot of pain during my move. 2. There isn't any visible sign or instructions for a drop-off vehicle location on this branch. The aren't any professional staff at this branch. No one gives any receipt when you drop off the vehicle so what if someone stole the truck? How can I prove that I already dropped it off when I don't have any receipt in my hand to prove it? Next time you rent a truck to someone, make sure it is totally EMPTY of the previous client's belongings . They called me and said I had to return the truck....immediately to them because it never should have left the lot due to someone leaving things in the truck. I though that was rude and unprofessional esp seeing I would have been charged for the extra mileage. I brought back the person's belongings, and the man there was very cavalier about the whole incident. I drove my own vehicle to return the items because we had already started packing it up for my move. I was told I would be given a credit for my troubles.
