Return I needs to be better. Not every one has a cell phone or data on there phones It was impossible to know what to do. When that how to do it the old way. Not everyone has a cell phone and the hours were not accurate. They said open till 7. Web site said 7. I was there shortly after 6:12pm. Loocked up tight. No one there so change what you tell people. And correct your web page. Time WAS A Problem.donna J.

The man at the counter was repeatedly curt and rude not only to me but to 2 other customers that were there. Another customer an older lady said to him, "You yelled at me yesterday please don't today." Your man seemed like a good worker, But should not be representing your business, to your customers. The gentleman who I worked with at the location was great. He was helpful got some changes made to set me up with the equipment that was better suited for my needs that day. However the customer service agent that I dealt with that morning that called to make changes to my reservation was RUDE, unhelpful and argumentative over everything I said. She had a rude tone the second I answered because I said I had issues with the website reservation system the night before, and all she wanted to do was argue with me that it was my fault. The onsite agent that helped me saved this visit he was a 5/5 start if it where not for him I would have rated this a 1/5 transaction with the agent.BRANT L.
