The gentleman who I worked with at the location was great. He was helpful got some changes made to set me up with the equipment that was better suited for my needs that day. However the customer service agent that I dealt with that morning that called to make changes to my reservation was RUDE, unhelpful and argumentative over everything I said. She had a rude tone the second I answered because I said I had issues with the website reservation system the night before, and all she wanted to do was argue with me that it was my fault. The onsite agent that helped me saved this visit he was a 5/5 start if it where not for him I would have rated this a 1/5 transaction with the agent.

The on line app wasn't user friendly! I was unable to check in on line. Then when store helped me they wanted info that was on line and upcharged me and am unsure why cost increased! Truck was clean but pretty beat up!

Maintain your trucks!!! I don't know if Uhaul had or had not been notified about the condition of that truck, but we showed them pictures of what the problem is so you all know now. That truck should 1000% not be out for use. We were VERY concerned that it was going to tip over or fall off the road. The back of the truck is not directly behind the cab so it goes down the road at a diagonal. The front driver's wheel has to be on the centerline in order to keep the back passenger wheel on the road and this made the top passengers back corner very tippy.

While I answered yes on everything. I am at odds with Uhaul. I feel that the company has put most things that need to be done prior to and after the rental on the customer. While I receive a $20 refund for the checking in after hours. It amazes me on that entire process. It is far from customer friendly. The check out process also is odd. I trusting to customer to see the damage and then sign off on it. The crew at this location were very friendly and this is why I would suggest them. But as far as Uhaul and the process of the rental I feel there may be far better ways to improve the process.

I reserved my equipment 11 days ahead of my required use but could not obtain it at the location I needed so had to go to the Tiffany Spri gs location which is over an hour round trip. I used the pre-check-in system when making my reservation but still spent 15 to 20 minutes at the check in counter. First guy checking me in seemed to not really want.to be there (slow, spoke so softly and unclear I had to have him repeat everything twice). Guy that finished the check in and hooked up the trailer knew what he was doing and was pretty fast considering he hadn't had any sleep due to a family member hospitalization. He is the only reason for the 4 stars. I drove almost 12 hrs coming back and after dropping off my load had to drive another hour to return trailer which wasn't fun.

Even after reviewing the transaction, it still shows "estimated" charges more than 12 hours after check in. I would expect the bill would be finalized shortly after the in-person checkin is complete. Beyond that - the people at the location were helpful, and the truck was nicer than I expected.

The after hours check in process sucks! The process is fine in theory but when there are a lot of returns and you have to park the vehicle back a little the internet doesn't stay connected and getting pictures into the form is nearly impossible. After a very long day of hard work, it should be easier....minimally your internet signal needs to reach further into your parking lot.

Only thing maybe have more trucks available. A Saturday booking limited the only option to one. It worked for my move but you could have made more money off me if you had more of the smaller trucks available. The step up from the van.

Millage was off in the truck causing me to be stuck at the pickup/drop-off location for probably a total of an hour combined. The manager did work with me and made everything right which was appreciated.

When we returned the truck the staff was rude and condescending. They failed to put the dolly on the truck (which we did not notice until they were closed), and we only got 6 furniture pads instead of 12. We were credited for the missing items, however, we were also made to feel it was our fault for not making sure they did their job. I will not rent from that location again.

Just be accurate on the gas tank because it was just under a third full and they told me it was 7/16 full when I first left the truck rental property. Also the weather stripping on the driver side door had fallen down a couple times I think it just needs to be glued in on the truck I rented. And the gate that shuts on the rear of the truck or sliding door needs to be lubricated as it starts to close( position) it's extremely difficult to close and open near closing tight and down.

The young man that helped me had a horrible attitude, he was on his personal phone selecting music to listen to on his air pod pros and was irritated with the guy in front of me and his energy carried over into our interaction. The manager asked him to get off his phone and his response was “This is so irritating.” Great rental affordable pricing horrible customer service!

It was nearly impossible to pick the uhaul up. The app and website could not find my reservation. When I did find it, I accidentally closed out of it and could not find it again. It took me 1.5 hours from the time I showed up, to the time I left. I will not be renting from uhaul again because of how inconvenient it was.
