The pricing structure for our rental was never explained. Our associate barely spoke to us and instead told us to reference all of the information on our cell phone. I feel that we were overcharged. I called and spoke to the location manager who then referred me to a customer service line. At the end of the call I was given a reference number and told there would be a follow up call in 3 days or less. That was four days ago and I have not received that call.

The Superior U-Haul is very well managed. I always felt that my belongings were safely stored at this location. Having 24 hour access in a climate controlled location was very convenient.

The garage door started coming down before I could get out. I feel this is a safety concern. Also the light in my hall does not turn on until I am about 3 feet away from my door. Not good.

Maybe not first of all not want to deal with you so they transfer you to someone else almost to the end of your order only to have to repeat everything you just said 20 minutes ago or maybe not lie to your customers about how much would be needed to bring to rent a truck ( getting not returning) and then failing to mention that only a select few cards are accepted so on a day where I had to move when I had help it took me a extra 3 hours to rent the uhaul because I kept getting misdirected and ended having to move by myself so I did not have a plesent expierence I will go to other locations.

Overall the truck was clean and what we expected except that is pulled to the right every time brakes were applied. We did report this to agent when we dropped it off. The process of reserving it and picking it up was very easy, the customer service folks I talked to on phone several times (I needed to change dates) were helpful and polite.

The price was more than quoted and the company still has almost $130 still hung up on my account and they aren't sure if after 5 days I'll see it. Absolutely ridiculous that instead of charging my card the difference they had to charge me in full again. Its Christmas time and money is tight, I don't like to be overcharged and charged twice

The service individual was friendly and helpful. The computer program was EXTREMELY slow and cumbersome. It took at least 30 minutes to simply check out a 5x8 trailer and even then the result was incorrect and had to be redone. You really need to review and improve that program. I mentioned my experience to family in Rochester, MN and they have had similar experiences with U-Haul. If it does not improve, I will have to take my business elsewhere.

I had to drive from hermantown to superior to pickup a truck when there was a uhaul a mile or so from me but they didn't have trucks.

Fix the self serv checkout,I was trying for 10 minutes,your system let go until it asked for a picture of the gas gage and odometer reading,then would not proceed past that point. It fluster a person to spend 10 minutes trying and not being able to get checked in

They should have locks on the back door of trucks so when you park them at night when you have them for more the 1 day i had to purchase a lock. So i could park it at the lenoxs over night when we had it packed

Absolutely nothing. Calling to order the U-Haul was easy and[LaserTools, Picking it up at 7:30 A. M. Was a snap— the gentleman that help us was very friendly and more than willing to help. Res turning it was just as nice - the girl was ready to leave, as her shift was over, however she took time to help us unhook the trailer and gave us clear directions to get back to Duluth. Nice experience.

Get rid of your Ford vans and replace them with GMC or Chevy brands. I've driven both, and there's no comparison in comfort and safety.

Brian, the gm was great. Friendly, fast, even showed me a map of the facility and explained it. When I brought it back I was greeted in the parking lot at my car and he brought the dolly back in. Excellent service all around!

I work before U-haul opens, so when I tried to drop the truck off after hours, the website for doing that is HORRIBLE! It would not recognize my location(MY LOCATION WAS ON). I sat there for a half an hour trying to get it to work, and talking to customer service e. The first lady I talked to was very rude and unhelpful so I just got off of the call. I am very displease with this experience and would like a refund of my money or a free rental for the huge inconvenience and bad attitude from the customer service representative.

Truck was good. The dolly we rented the next day was missing a strap to secure around the appliance. We couldn't go back because it was after hours and we had people to help. The next day the girl helped take the cart out service and refund my money. The guy that rented the truck and cart to us needs to go. Poor customer service and didn't give 2 shits

It isn't cost-efficient, but I would suggest that you reconsider getting any more of those smaller Ford vans. Everything works like it's supposed to, but I'm a 6'2" man, and the driver's area is really built for the average-sized woman. Hard to see with those outside mirrors. Hard to fit behind that too-small steering wheel. Staff at U-Haul is very helpful.

The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, professional and always goes above and beyond! They helped me with storage after I sold my house and then plan a cross country move. Sales pitch on the website says 24 hr access and order confirmation says 5-10 access 7 days a week. I really only get access to my unit 7-7 M-Sat and 9-5 on Sunday unless I pay extra $10. Not happy
