Clean storage units and easy process for renting van and storage. I recommend getting there early as the processing can be slow. Getting the van, storage, and pre-ordered items took about an hour. Friendly staff. And plenty of carts to unload vehicles and vans/trucks. Make sure to call and book the storage unit in advance since the website does not seem to link with the units available.Shira J.

Talk to us! We met a gentleman in the parking lot who was apparently supposed to "check us out". We went to walk past him and he said "leave the keys in it" and that's all. So I went inside to sit in a line for 10 minutes to check out and finalize my contract, only for them to tell me that the gentleman outside is supposed to handle all of that. So I leftRick K.
The customer service agent was extremely rude. I have very little service in the massive concrete bunker and of course the check-in process relies on the customer's cell phone, which I take issue with. The last time I rented, the woman assisting me scanned my license for me. This particular worker refused to rent me the van if I didn't upload it myself. The vehicle was not clean, the back was covered in a layer of dirt. The passenger side mirror was shattered, there were scratches on the back door, and the driver side was really beat up.Nathan B.

The truck I used ran out of engine oil (twice) I had to have the service person to refill the truck with oil before I could leave off of the lotâ€¦ I extended my rental until Monday 3/6/23 the truck ran out of oil again I barely was able to make it to the uhaul lot on Saturday 3/4/23 I was unable to drive the truck the alarm would not shut off with a error light to shut the engine down the oil level is at zero I had to make arrangements to get another truck to handle my job I was to busy to go through checking in the truck and going the the process of another truck so I returned the keys left the truck where I was able to parkâ€¦. Placed a call to inform the service worker that I was unable to move the truck to add the gas and that the truck has an engine oil leak where I barely made it back to the uhaul lot .. so now I'm being charged a cleaning fee ( which the truck was not dirty ) and a fuel refill feeâ€¦ I use uhaul on a weekly basis for my business as I am an event planner I always return my truck clean and above the gas line â€¦ to be charged these fees are unacceptableâ€¦.Tiffany A.

The personnel excellent, however, each vehicle listed (TM2000F, Tm2000F, TM1922R,TM1616F,TM3616R) this list does not include the vehicle that we finally were able to rent. It took a total of 5 vehicles before we could finally have a vehicle that did not have the tire light on. As far as we were concern if a vehicle shows tire pressure issues than it is not safe to rent or drive. TM2000F someone had spilled gas or oil in the back of the vehicle it smelled horrible should not be rented. It took us about a good 30 -45 mins before we found a vehicle that could be rented. Someone is not doing there job when these vehicles come in from maintenance and making sure that the tire warning light is not reset . One had a mirror broken so you cannot drive a vehicle legally with a broken mirror. The personnel or staff were excellent just need to be more attention to tire safety.Rhina T.

When I picked up my truck, there was ice on the windshield and the latch to the back was frozen. When I went inside of the store to let them know that the windshield had ice on it, I was told that they don't have ice scrapers. First the pick up location was changed which resulted in a 30 minute drive vs a 10 minute drive. The people were helpful and nice, and even changed the drop off location for me to a much closer place, BUT i had reserved 4 sets of moving pads and there were none available. They did call up the street to the location 1 mile away and they were also out. What is the use of me reserving them in advance for an apartment move out and then to find out that I cannot have them the morning of the move and no other way to obtain them. Also, the back of the truck had trash in it and broken glass all over the floor, which I had to clean out before we moved so that no one got glass in their shoes or in the furniture or boxes we packed on the truck. Overall other than the ease of one way booking and related discount, it was not a good experience.Philip M.

I used this facility to store some of my daughters extras because she is miles away from home , she is a college student in Pennsylvania. In my haste and travel, I forgot I had to use a uhaul padlock which was required in addition to the insurance. Unfortunately I had inadvertently left the key to the padlock home. The staff was not very helpful and told me there wasn't much they could do. I had to figure this out on my own and had to get a very expensive locksmith to break the lock . Just wish I would be able to use my own lock next time and wish for the staff to be more helpful during college move which is already a stressful time. We had an issue with our access code. We found out after many issues that our code we selected to enter and access our floor was already in use by another tenant. I would suggest checking to see if a 4 digit code was already in use by someone else before the same is assigned to another person causing lots of delays and issues. First off, your workers at this storage unit do not care at all. Was talking to a local that was an African American that says he has 5 units at this places right now since he buys them at auction and he even said those 3 woman are laughing at us right now since we are 2 white boys in the hood. I called in advance asking if we lost our keys to the unit, what would happen. The person on the phone said you pay a $50 and we cut it off. Thats it. I traveled over 3 hours away with that information for them to tell me they never said that and I would need to make an appointment. Which can't be done today. No help or anything. I then had to call all around for an emergency locksmith to come cut the lock off and get charged an emergency rate. Then your staff gave him a hard time when they found out he was cutting it off. Educate your employees on working with customers instead of sitting behind a desk not caring at all about them. Then when I finally get into my locker to move out, what do I find? A dead mouse in my Locker and your staff did not care at all when told about this. After this experience. I WILL NEVER use a uhaul product or storage service again.Dylan N. | Overall Experience
