Employee had a nasty attitude, head her air pods in having a a conversation with someone while barely paying attention to me. Rented me a truck where the lock was already cut. I had to drive over my miles to buy a new lock, which I got charged for. No one at the facility seemed to care at all. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Will tell everyone to go else where for moving trucks.

Manager Martin was very rude about the gas policy when I returned the truck 2.5 hrs earlier I wasn’t able to take the truck down the street to get a fraction of gas in it so I was charged an additional $69 for not even a gallon of gas. I would never in life use uhaul

Be more accurate with gas readings. Mine was off I didnt realize til i pulled out but just figured U would ut extra gas on top of what I used. And it said that was not enough I do have pictures to address but everytime I called 800 number it was never answered under 35 min. Plus the app says my order number does not exist. Uhaul makes it impossible to address anything. If I knew there would be so many extra charges i would have just rented a car for 40$. Even on my bill that had estimated charges at 44$. I was billed 75. Ridiculous.

Awesome location/proximity. Service was slow due to the entire UHaul system going down. Also they need to get retail going there. Otherwise super friendly people and great location.
