Rented a uhaul at West Roxbury location originally, but arrived at 8am and no one was there. I then called the Norwood location and when I arrived they said none of their uhauls were in service. I finally went to Stoughton and was able to pick up a uhaul. Upon return of the uhaul, the staff member was rude. I would not recommend any of these uhaul locationsRobert P.

There was no information given about disarming the units in any of the emails I got about my online reservation, so I had the siren go off multiple times and had to go to the office and wait until a representative was off the phone to find out why. This information should be in the emails about how to check in. Also, google maps said that access lasted until 10pm so I drove out later in the evening only to find out it had closed earlier. only thing that was noticeable was one female employee that wasnt very friendly no smile no greeting the customers easily frustrated even when a simple task is required for example customer thought the tow hitch and ball were included but then realized wasnt as she informed him they sell it and he asked to be shown the hitch and ball she was visually frustrated or mad simply cause customer asked to see it Not a very difficult task.but I digress Anyways I used to haul a couple times more than a couple times but as I know of the regular employees that I visually see every time I don't know if they're regulars are full timers but they weren't there and it was just her and one other person in the elderly gentleman he at least at hiLol I usually use the mobile app/truck share things to pick up and drop off my rental so that has probably contributed to my overall satisfactory experience with U-Haul I love that you guys have this now gives employees less chance to get something wrong going to be frustrated as an example of the story I just gavekevin S.

I pick up a truck at this Stoughton location at 11.54 am. And the truck should be returned by 8.15 pm. I return the truck about 7.17 pm. The short young white guy was outside when I get there. I call him to check off the truck for me. He saying that he closed. He take the key from me and check the truck. He told me that I owe $15 and some cents. Because I went over the amount of miles. I told him that I don't have any money on me now. I get the truck with less than 1/2 tank of fuel and returned the truck with 1/2 tank of fuel. Sunday afternoon a lady called from uhaul about the$ 15 dollars. I told her that I return the truck with 1/2 tank of fuel. She said that it doesn't matter I have to pay the $15 dollars and some cents. We start arguing on the phone about the money and the extra fuel. I let her know that I am willing to pay her the money she asking for my credit card and hell no I am not going to give her my credit card. She told me that if I don't pay her she's going to put it in collection. Saturday the 21 of May I went to pay she told me it's in collections and I don't get back any money for the extra fuel. I booked in Abington and was a little late and called to let them know. They said fine and as I was driving there I got a message stating if you are late you lose you truck. I called that number and they said I had to go 30 min to another town where they had a truck. I did that and left my car there. So when I called to drop it off back to where I left my car and where I picked up the truck in stoughton, they said the would have to charge me another 100 to do that. What an inconvenience. The most aggravating time of my day wasn't loading and unloading the truck or moving it was uhaul. I had to go to Abington to return it and then find a ride to stoughton to get my vehicle. I didn't have a problem with UHaul until the day after I moved out. I was moving to Texas the next day after I cleared my storage. I had two objects I couldn't load on my Penske truck. Time was not on my side I had to move fast by my self the storage closes at 7pm. Now I had to wait a hr and a half for a lock smith. That's why in my survey I was no to access hrs. The manager and I got along good. My thinking is I was going to rent a truck from uhaul but I canceled and chose Penske who had a better fleet to me. Now I owe all this money for two junk pieces of furniture. I guarantee you they did not keep in the storage area waiting on me to pick up.
