Customer service men especially the manager Ben were rude, short and unprofessional. You also had the nerve to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for a truck that was car and hardly moved and I had to deal with those men who you put to represent your company.This was my second and last time at that facility. These were the same two men who I had to deal with the first time. I just figured the first time they were having bad days. GET RID OF THEM

When i explain that i WILL pay with a co. check for my rental on its return and i DI NOT want my card used to HOLD the rental.. that is what i expect. Please CREDIT back to my account the two charges placed on my card T, $106.56. I paid this in a co. check like i said i would . # 7645. T$ 106.56 YOU may NOT have both. Only my check. Thank you.

Your app to used to check in and to show the condition of the truck I was renting, didn't work. I had to take pictures myself to keep it as proof of the condition of the car, and the cust. services guy, had to do writer down. UHaul charge me $25.00 for cleaning inside the box, because cust. service guy said that was dirty. It was some dust left over but not dirt. I broomed myself, but I guess it wasn't enough for him. The console of the truck was lose from the driver side, had some white spot on the inside door. I didn't check the box at the time of pick up, but when I opened wasn't spotless clean. They asked for perfection when they don't perform perfectly and sometimes they are rude. One the other hand, the cust. serv. guy (Spanish speaker) who help me getting the truck was nice and tried to set up the app but didn't work. The cust. serv. guy that help me when I dropped the truck back was rude, from the time I gave him back the key to the end when he charge me $25.00. He said that I should washed the box and dried before bring it back. Looks like he doesn't like his job (no cust. serv. skills, no smile, no thank you for using Uhaul, bad attitude) and that translates in how he treats Uhaul customers - us.

Bad because I used for moving only 6 miles to one place to the other, maybe I make 10 trips and they charge me 170 miles I make a mistake to not check the miles but I toll them at the beginning 30 to 40 miles but 170 I thought they take advantage of me

The initial registration was quick and easy. The check-in required me to wait 15+ mins but it wasn't surprising because it was the last Saturday of the month at 830AM. Using the app was to acknowledge the condition of the truck was easy as well. Returning the truck was a breeze. I was incorrectly charged for two days but as soon as I called it was corrected immediately.

The slide on the door was rusty and very hard to open (even though I mentioned it, it was never greased. The employees and owner were extremely pleasant and nice to work with.

Needs better pest control. After 6 months, I found a mouse or mice had gone through almost everything, leaving trails of droppings, dyed blue from the pest control trap. There was one dead mouse.

The only huge downer is pricing. Your competitor, one-tenth a mile up the street is considerably cheaper. I got the same size unit less than half of what I pay with U-Haul & its atmosphere controled.
